Very clean. Had everything we needed. Appreciated the floor fan, mini fridge, and lift. Location was great for our plans. Enjoyed walking about. Felt very safe.

Our upper room faced the street and had lots of sunshine which made the room warm. Perhaps only an issue during certain months. Again, the fan was nice. Tight car parking but once we were there, we didn’t move it. Reserve spot ahead of arrival.

Very comfortable, nice bedding, incredibly helpful staff. Danish style breakfast was really nice with a lot of options. Had a power converter available for us when ours didn’t work. Accommodated an early check-in for us. Quiet, didn’t hear other guests while in our room.

The toilet paper was subpar (only real complaint). Low water pressure in shower but this is logical based on the bathroom setup and didn’t cause a huge problem for us.

A quiet and comfortable stay on Nørrebrogade. We enjoyed walking into town walking around the lakes. The rooftop terrace is a real asset with good views over the city.

We loved absolutely everything. From the friendly staff who waited for us until midnight since we had a late flight, to the perfect location and to the hotel itself, which is secluded, cozy and beautiful and has everything you need to visit this wonderful city. The breakfast was great, and it would be waiting for you warm, freshly prepared at the time you chose. The room is warm, with enough towels and probably the most comfortable bed, which is very important after walking around the city all day. The hotel also has a wonderful terrace on the roof, an elevator and a beautiful view. And all that for a pretty good price considering you're in Denmark. All recommendations and thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay.

As I was travelling by car, being able to reserve a parking space in the yard was a great benefit, especially as it was OK for me to leave the car while I went to a meeting the following morning. Remember to reserve parking in advance, though, as the spaces are limited. The breakfast was great. Really good idea to take breakfast orders the day before so you get exactly what you want and the hotel avoids the waste from a breakfast buffet.l

Copenhagen is a beautiful and very pleasant city. The location of Nora is perfect. In a pleasant and lively neighborhood, within walking distance of the main points of interest, and away from the cohorts of tourists. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast, ready on time as requested.

The price is probably right for Denmark but seems very high for a Canadian budget. The room furniture is very basic and made me doubtful of the celebrated Danish design. I didn't see any signs or indications of where recyclables can be deposited.

The staff were amazing, so accommodating and kind. We had to check out early for our flight home and they facilitated an early breakfast for us even packaging it up in a takeaway box so we could have it on the go. They also allowed us to check in early to our room which was very helpful as we had been up travelling 7 hours at that point. The TV was very good for when we came back in the evening and had BBC nordic which meant we could watch some shows in english. The hotel was super central so we were very close to everything and there were always the bikes to rent nearby.

The only thing I would change about the stay was they only have single duvets, it wasn't a deal breaker and the single duvets were more than enough to have a goods night sleep, it is merely a personal preference for myself and my partner that we like having a double duvet.

It was the first time I saw a pre-booked breakfast. It is an excellent idea regarding sustainability. The rooms seem to have good sound isolation. It is a perfect place to have some peace and quiet after a day in the city. The rooms in the attic are really cozy, neat and clean. The roof terrace offers a charming view of the city and it is a great bonus. The staff is very friendly and handy.

The breakfast room could be a bit small for the number of rooms in the hotel. Usually there is no problem as the staff ask you at what time you would like to have your breakfast.

I loved the rooftop terrace, with a view over all the roofs in the city. the hotel was easy to access and everything was clean. The hotel staff was nice and I felt free to roam about. The rooms were standard.

Somewhat strange to order what to eat for breakfast in advance, not being able to alter this menu the next days. Also too expensive for this kind of hotel standard. And lack of communication made the evening receptionist call me several times, although I had made an appointment for picking up my suitcase in the evening.

it’s simple, not budget, but simple. Excellent staff, really comfortable beds! beautiful roof terrace with amazing views.

Norrebro is perhaps a bit younger than we are!
