The Tv had a casting option, but it didn’t work and there was no troubleshoot guide provided. There was free tea and coffee in the shared kitchen but the coffee machine kept saying it needed urgent descaling. I made a coffee anyway and it tasted bad (because machine needed descaling!) In the morning the shared kitchen had a rotten pizza box and cans and bottles just thrown around. might be done by a guest or somebody cleaning a room, but it remained there all morning and was very gross and off putting.

The location of the place is great (close to the key interest points of Copenhagen and easy to reach by public transport from the airport). Room is clean and beds comfortable. On the ground floor, large space available to gather together with the other guests. Albeit no front desk (check-in and communication with the property management is through emails), check-in procedure is clear (email from the property management) and gives great flexibility on your time of arrival.

In case of noisy guests neighbors (especially in the hall way), you can hear them a bit too much

Perfect location in Norrebro district, close to all bars and restaurants and shopping, yet located at the end of a small quiet street. The place itself looks like a house and is pretty. It had everything one could need, including a common kitchen. The room was very comfortable, with even a second bed on a second floor. Finally, the entrance process was very simple and straightforward. I'm surprised this place has a 6+ rating actually.

Excellent accommodation. Location is near perfect. The cleaning staff were nice enough to let me use their laundry facilities..

The drink dispenser machine was empty

I like that it’s large, airy and open with a kitchen and a common room. the rooms are great and there’s even a climbing wall in the back yard.

It’s a bit off the beaten path and rather distant from the central part of the city.

smoking is not allowed in the facility. Going outside to smoke sometimes is not ideal (i.e. when it is snowing or raining)

Property is close to bus stops and shops. Shared kitchen allows for food preparation. Beds were comfortable enough.

Check-in process was complicated because the check in email was not received - no front desk to talk to.

Location is great. Checkin is easy. Room was very clean.

Opening the windows was a bit hard due to plants just outside the window. Problem only when it's very hot. Otherwise it's not a problem.

A lovely, quiet, peaceful oasis close to the middle of Copenhagen. Large, light room. En-suite with lovely towels. Shared area downstairs with fully equipped guest kitchen, fridge and guest freezer! Access to private garden area.

Nothing.

Was told there was no breakfast. Only selfmade. We would have enjoyed breakfast.

The lampes in the room are very Dusty .
