Just right near to the city center. Easy access by public transport and by walking. Wide range of options for breakfast.

Cleaning should be more through (under bed, etc.)

The room was super clean and the hotel itself inside was super nice with nice lounge. The hotel is not central located, the metro is 7 minutes on foot.

We had a room next to elevators and we could hear them all the time. For 4 stars hotel the bar should provide the drinks in a nicer way than just a glass of water. Super expensive

Nobody noticed my birthday. I didn’t expect to much but would be nice if someone from reception mansion it.

The room itself, the staff and services were great and we were even upgraded to get an amazing city view. The location, though not really central, is close to public transport, both bus and metro. Overall, great value for money.

My 14th floor room was spacious with a lovely view over the lake to the Christianshavn area (a nice walk along the lake & across the pedestrian bridge). The flat path takes you to town (approx. 2km & be wary of bikes) or use the bus from the stop on the main road at the rear of the hotel. There is no air con although the window can be opened slightly. I found the room a little stuffy at times (I visited in August). There was a mini fridge however it did not work (I forgot to advise the hotel about this). The room had basic bulk bottled toiletries, iron & ironing board, tea & instant coffee making with a kettle, however no milk, so I obtained this as needed from the bar. The breakfast was great with a good variety & the light meals eaten at the bar area were delicious.

Please provide milk for tea/coffee making (long life would suffice).

Great location, walking distance into the main centre but also close to two metro stations. Hotel was clean and reception staff were friendly. We asked to change rooms and were accommodated without problems. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious. We also had a great view of the city from our room! One day of our stay was rainy and they let us borrow umbrellas too, which was helpful. Special shout out to Christian for always being helpful, smiley and warm.

Rooms near the elevators are very loud as you can hear the elevators moving. Our first room was opposite them but when I asked to move it was no problem. We found some staff in the bar a little dismissive and like they didn't want to serve us but others were OK.

the hotel is very clean, it has a good location near public transport but also walkable to and from the city centre. the breakfast was delicious and the bar is very spacious with plenty of seating. self-check-in made everything go very smooth without having to wait. Good and easy system.

The rooms were quite loud, you could very easily hear the people in the adjacent rooms. Some sets of earplugs available in the rooms could partially solve that issue. The temperature control in the room was very stubborn. We ended up being very hot in the room every night, because the system kept returning to a temperature that was too high for us. (And this was in wintertime)

Great breakfast, clean and nice room with gorgeous view, convenient location

I booked a single room and it turns out that all single rooms are located next to the elevators which were unbearably noisy so that it was disturbing even with earplugs. The staff was very helpful in getting me a new room (apparently, they were well aware of the issue), but this is something to consider when booking. The single room and the twin room I was moved to were beautifully furnished, but neither of them had a wardrobe so be prepared to dress from your suitcase.

We loved the family room design and the city views. The foyer was nicely designed and a good place to sit and relax. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice indeed - varied, plentiful and good quality. Loved the ginger shots. The coffee was lovely. The food at the restaurant near the bar was very good too and we enjoyed some evening meals there.

We thought the lifts could be frustrating during peak times like breakfast when you had to wait longer for one to arrive. The breakfast was beautiful but the area where the food was presented appeared to be a little too small to accommodate the volume of guests - spreading out the food options would allow the guests to be less congested and tightly packed and the room would not look so busy around the food serving areas. Perhaps more coffee machines - again to help ease congestion/queueing when all guests want the same thing at the same time.

Comfortable bedding, large rooms, amazing view, quiet nights, nice bathroom, daily fresh flowers in the lobby, breakfast with danish specialties (28€), nice breakfast room, lovely staff, apples, and fresh water in the reception, quick online check in/out, hotel was recently renovated, easy and quick (5min) access to city center and airport (Bus 5C - bus station in front of the hotel).

Cleaning service needs to be improved (!): the room was not really clean (dusty, multiple hairs in the bed, Nespresso machine very dirty, lime stains that could have been easily removed throughout the entire bathroom, glasses not clean). On one day, our room service was only done partially. Bathrobes and slippers only for a supplementary fee. For a hotel of this category this should be a no-go.
