An excellent, central location to explore central Copenhagen on foot. 5mins walk from the main train station if you are looking to travel further afield. The hotel is very comfortable, gorgeous Arne Jacobsen design. Rooms are a reasonable size, very good layout with a window seat and a comfortable chair with still and sparkling water (complimentary). A sense of a separate seating area to sleeping area which is nice. Good shower with a long shelf to store your toiletries. Reasonable hanging space. Good full length mirror. Restaurant was very good food, we had not tried Peruvian Japanese fusion and throughly enjoyed it. Nice bar area and reception seating area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice location just across Tivoli. It’s not on the seaside. Breakfast was good. Restaurant for dinner also nice. The reason we booked this hotel was a size of the room (suit) which is around 40sqm.. Room service was good and also the front desk was very helpful.

Mattress was too soft which is not my preference, so Whoever likes firm mattress you will have a problem. The biggest problem for me was cleaning. The room was dirty when we checked in even tho I explained that we are coming with a toddler and a baby. The whole hotel was full of dust and smelled like it needs a good deep cleaning.

The location of the hotel is fantastic if you want to use public transportation. It's 5 minutes walk from Copenhagen's central train station, and close also to bus stations and the subway. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the city hall square and the shopping streets. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. The concierge service was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

The room has a very small closet, especially if you come for more than one or two nights. the room was not spacious although we took a superior room.

Clean Hotel with very professional staff. Location was great. Room had the essentials as well as some bells and whistles, and the look and feel were comfortable. Sound insulation was good, although not enough to block out the harsher part of sirens for people who are light sleepers. We are pescatarian when we travel, so the breakfast for us was diverse enough to not be boring (but not to the extent that it was exciting). Also having fresh made poached eggs for breakfast is always a plus! Breakfast staff were friendly and responsive.

Room was small for the price tag, including limited storage space. Breakfast for vegetarians would only be worth it if you really stuffed yourself as the variety was limited, especially if I were to compare it to other premium/non-budget hotels with breakfast. Vegans should definitely avoid paying for breakfast here as there's basically no vegan protein.

The lobby and the restaurant area were very spacious and beautiful. And the room had a really nice view. The room was spacious and comfortable for us. The room also had a walk in closet with a decent sized bathroom, with shower and bathtub. The restaurant was incredible. Delicious and intricate plates. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The cleaning service was not efficient as not only they didn’t clean certain parts of our room, but also forgot and left behind items like the trash bag and the coffe refill box. You can slightly feel and hear the trains passing as the train station is really close by.

Not really. But a random guy who seemed not to stay here was at the restaurant for breakfast and a lady was sleeping on the couch on the first floor.

The location was excellent. Just across the street from Tivoli Gardens and the Central Train Station. Lots of restaurants in the area, easy to walk around and the Hop On Hop Off bus was just outside. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We could see into Tivoli Gardens from our window. There was a refrigerator and we were given fresh water everyday which we appreciated.

The room is ultra modern with form over function. Nowhere to store our clothes aside from a small open closet and one drawer. So we never unpacked. We were only there for 3 days but if we were staying longer this would have been very inconvenient. There was only one luggage rack so we had to use a side table. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang our clothes when getting dressed or to hang wet towels. And the ultra modern shower made it difficult to shower without getting some of the bathroom floor wet.

An excellently located hotel, close to the city's most important attractions. The staff was very friendly and at the same time professional (I salute the involvement of the guys from Spain and Italy, from breakfast, who guided and advised us every day). The food was diversified, for all tastes and requirements. Having a birthday in the family, we even found cake in the room and a nice message from the hotel, we were pleasantly impressed.

I had nothing to complain about. As a suggestion, in the reception or in the restaurant, a soft music would be nice, for a worm atmosphere.

Radisson collection is the first designer hotel in the world ! It was designed by famous danish designer Arne Jacobsen . The hotel is in excellent location facing the Central train station and the Tivoli . It’s few minutes walk to many attractions . It’s an excellent location to explore the city . The have wonderfull restaurant in main floor named Issei which has Japanese cuisine . The view from the hotel is amazing ! The staff in the hotels are amazing ! I was first given a room which I dint like they upgraded me to corner room in high floor has very amazing view of the Copenhagen , it’s even possible to see the sea from the room ! The front desk staff are excellent, the concierge , house keeping every one did wonderfull ! I am thankful to front desk ladies who upgraded the room !

The hotel was conveniently located next to the central station and opposite of the Tivoli/City Hall. Everything was in walking distance or you could take the metro and there were many shops/cafes around. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of Tivoli. We were able to watch the fireworks on the 26th right from our window which was great. The staff - reception, breakfast and house keeping was fantastic. They were super professional and always made sure that the guest feels looked after. We were able to check in 2 hours before official check in time.

The breakfast did not have a 5 star hotel standard. It was quite basic and they offered every day the same hot dishes. The a la carte dishes were either frozen pastries, one little piece of bread with a (not) poached egg on top or watery porridge. There were other dishes on the menu but these once we have tried and then decided to stick with the buffet. We expected much more variety and quality considering the price of the breakfast. The windows in the room leak a lot, especially when it rains. The exterior of the hotel looks a bit outdated and also the hallways to the rooms.
