Comfortable, spacious apartment, with sliding door separating the bedroom from living. Our apartment was also nice and dark when the shutters and curtains were closed. Separate airconditioning for bedroom and livingroom/open kitchen. Relatively quiet from street noise.

Noise levels of the machine outside at the back of the apartment which provides the airconditioning for the hotel (Ascot) and apartment. This is a rather intrusive noise even though windows have been double insulated. So make sure to have some earplugs.

Kitchen the best, bed are comfortable, location so close to the center, love the gym in the building

My room is right above the restaurant, it has stinky sewage smell. However it doesn't affect I want to go back next time, just please not that room again

Did not eat breakfast at hotel. We had an apartment at the hotel with a kitchen, bathroom, separate bedroom and living room. Very roomy and comfortable. So we went to a bakery and bought pastries to eat in the kitchen. Had a washer and dryer in the apartment so we did a number of washes. But a wash/dry took almost 5 hours.

We needed help from maintenance people to figure out how to operate the washer/dryer. Also weird that even though the apartment was air conditioned we could not change the temperture setting and the hotel staff informed us it was regulated by the government. Room was too cold. I wanted to save them money. Only way to make the room warmer was to turn off the fan setting.

Spotlessly clean. Warm and comfortable. Equipped well enough to make reasonable meals. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Good check in and out times and useful luggage storage. Comfortable bed. Quiet despite being just off the main busy boulevard with Tivoli gardens close by. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Minor point but a dishcloth would have helped us keep the area clean when cooking. The hotel claims to be green and asked guests to put towels on the floor when needing to be changed. We didn't need a change so left ours hanging up but towels were still changed which seems wasteful of resources.

Our studio was very comfortable and had what we needed for a 5 night (extended from 3) stay. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom though small had a touch of luxury. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is stylish and very central with easy walking access to centre of city, restaurants, cafes, shopping, sights, tours, transport. Highly recommend staying here

The only issue was the front loader washing machine had mould inside (around the door seal), and our first load of clothes was contaminated for multiple washes later. Suggest cleaning regularly and keeping door ajar.

The location!!! Absolutely smack dab in the center. What more do you want? The facilities. The bed. The separate entrance. The wifi. It actually felt like a second home. It is honestly the best hotel I have stayed at in all of my travels to Copenhagen. I am very likely to stay here again when I visit CPH again next year. Great value for money.

Reception. Was a little cold for my taste. Even though I know Scandinavians aren't the warmest people, this is a point of improvement. I also was not informed about the separate entrance. Luckily I found it out. They don't provide shower gel. And asking the hotel staff didn't anywhere, despite advertising with free toiletries. So, make sure you bring your own.

The apartment was furnished to a high standard, including all appliances within it. It has everything needed for a fabulous self catering stay. Bed huge and comfortable. Bathroom , shower was a rainfall one but on the smaller side cubicle, though the enormous bath was wonderful. Absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. Location 10 out of 10. Considering it is in a busy area it was very quiet in the apartment. Plenty of restaurants to choose from around the apartment if you fancy a rest from self catering. Nice city view from the large windows in lounge. Would highly recommend. We had an excellent stay.

The location was excellent, very well connected in the heard of the city. The suite was large and clean with comfortable good furnishings. We had good night sleeps with good bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Although the interior space was well decorated, it lacked some small touches - there were no place to dry towels, it could have been helpful if some essentials were supplied in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper, olive oil, kitchen towels. We wished it was upper floors, ours was on the second floor without much view, just backyard of the building behind.

Location was excellent very central, with the train station and metro 5 minute walk away. Most attractions easily walkable from the hotel. The room is like an apartment allowing us to have flexibility with cooking and eating out. The apartment was beautifully designed and well appointed with cooker, hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Kitchen was also well equipped. There was lots of space and the room was very comfortable.

The entrance was initially confusing as you have to check in at the Ascot. The room would have benefited from having instructions for the appliances and the bins. Also some more information on nearby restaurants, grocery shops etc. It was noisy at night due to it backing on to another restaurant who emptied their bottles several times every night, late at night (this didn’t bother us but I imagine it would for others).

The location was convenient to the train station and Tivoli. The staff was very accommodating and the service was excellent. As we were staying several days it was great to have a large enough space to relax during the day or night after a long day in town. The bonus of having a washing machine made the stay even better.

The air conditioning did not appear to be working well and the room was a bit warm for the duvets. The view out of our windows was of restaurants trash.
