So we were actually moved to Richmond which is more or less the same hotel and part of same chain 200 metres down the road. The staff was so lovely, friendly and helpful. They'd arranged a late checkout which was very helpful and much appreciated. The room is quite small, but comfortable and it had a little balcony which was nice. The breakfast was great with a big selection and you can't fault the location either which makes many attractions walkable.

Cleaning was too early and would come and knock at 9am which meant we missed it twice and didn't get our room cleaned. There was no aircondition but the fan did the job and luckily it wasn't too hot, but can imagine it could get uncomfortable when it's hot outside. This doesn't mean I wouldn't stay there again as I absolutely would do that!

The hotel is situated near the city center, which is wonderful because everything is within walking distance. If you need to get someplace further, the train and metro stations are very close as well. There are plenty of grocery stores around as well, everything easily accessible by on foot! The staff was nice and welcoming, they were extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance. Breakfast was very good, there was plenty to choose from and it never once happened to us that they would run out of something, even during the later hours throughout breakfast. If you are looking for a place to rest after an eventful day of being a tourist, this is definitely the right place. Bonus, the view from our room was beautiful!

The bed was slightly uncomfortable, we had a double bed but it barely fit two people. The mattress was too springy. While we had an amazing view from our room, the window was into the street which means that it was relatively loud even at night (we were there in the summer when there's light outside until nearly midnight). The bathroom could have been cleaner but overall we were satisfied considering the price.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I liked having the balcony. The location was also good and I felt really close to the city centre and the train station. The breakfast was great and I liked that there was such a huge choice of breakfast options to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that there was no English tea or coffee in my room, only herbal tea which I don't drink. I didn't like the hot breakfast options. The bacon and sausages weren't to my taste. Some of the noise from the main street kept me awake at night but I know the hotel can't control that.

Exceptional value for money overall! The facilities were in good condition. The rooms were good enough for sleeping and working and clean. The housekeeping was friendly and professional. Breakfast exceeded our expectations in terms of variety and quality. The staff was very professional. The beds were also very nice, on the fluffy side but very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, just 3 min from a metro station (Vesterport) and 1 minute from a train station (S tog Vesterport). Also, just minutes away from the Town Hall square and Stroget (the main pedestrian road). Everything (including places to eat, drink and shop, within walking distance). We will stay there next time in CPH for sure.

We actually booked at ProfilHotels Mercure, but due to overcrowding three weeks before departure we were rebooked at ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza without any problems, nice communication and uncomplicated handling. The hotel (Copenhagen Plaza) is a bit outdated but the charm and history of the building is worth a visit. The hotel is very central, right next to the train station and the rooms are very clean. The proximity to the nearby Tivoli is also great, but noise is not a problem. The breakfast is very good, with a large selection and freshly prepared. The hotel staff is very friendly, accommodating and you feel very welcome as a guest from the very beginning. The bar, which is integrated into the hotel, is also a must. Again, very friendly and accommodating.

We liked the proximity to the central station and to the city centre, the size and tidiness of the room, the comfort of the bed. The view towards Vesterport station allowed us to watch the sunrise when we left early for our flight. Although there are trains passing by, it is not noisy at all. Hotel is also close to nice cafes and a number of supermarkets.

The only recommendation I have is to place a shelf/small wardrobe in the room as there is enough space and it appears slightly inconvenient when there is no place for your clothes and open luggage.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. I have stayed 4 days in Copenhagen and The hotel is walking distance to the Central station 7minutes walk which operates 24hrs so you wont miss your flight. The breakfast buffet is very good. I have an early flight they are so kind to give me a take away pack breakfast consist of Danish pastries. It is close to the Tourist information which helps if youre planning to do daytrips to visit Helsingor and Frederiksburg Castle. I was happily able to explore the City Centre, Round Tower, The little Meramid and visit Nyhavn (theres a bus stop near the hotel) for yummy lunch and dinner. Theres No Air condition in the room. I stayed 1st week of May 2022 so theres no issue since its still cold in Denmark.

Although the bathroom is clean but old and needs to be refurbish and renovated.

The desk staff were extremely helpful. We were having a logistical problem when we arrived and they provided every option they could to help us. On other days when everything was going well they were very friendly and helpful also. The breakfast was generous and a large variety of food. The room was clean and serviceable. Copenhagen is an expensive city and this affordable hotel is a good option

Nothing, the hotel room was good value for money

Front desk reception is 10/10, extremely friendly and very helpful. Great location, very close to the train station and to attractions. I liked that the gym was open and it was nicely equiped (however the treadmill was not working) Comfortable bed. The balcony was very good with a lovely morning sunrise and evening sunset view. Good value for the price.

If front desk reception is 10/10, then housekeeping staff is 2/10. They probably only made my bed and emptied the bins but thats all. Did not refill coffee/tea in the room, did not change towels or shower gel in the bathroom. Front desk staff kindly gave everything to me, which was needed. The gym was nice but the running machine did not work - it would be recommended to get it fixed, and it was also very dirty. I doubt the gym has been cleaned during or even before my stay. I think this is because the hotel just opened up after lockdown and is short staffed, I am sure with time and more staff, cleaning will be better too. All in all, I think this hotel is perfect value for the price and I would definitelly stay there again.

The staff were the nicest hotel staff ever! Let us check in early, provided us with a plug when we didn’t have one, let us store our luggage there for free, and all very friendly. The facilities were amazing - 2 shampoos, conditioners, shower gel and body lotion. Only 1 soap though so 2 wouldve been better as it’s the most used for hands. There is a gym and a room with table football. There is also a tennis court - I assumed you would have to pay but saw on the way out that they give you rackets and balls for free! This was also the best priced hotel we could find for Copenhagen but it doesn’t feel cheap. We had a lovely view over the beautiful pink theatre and it’s in a great location, right next to Tivoli and we walked everywhere.

There are 2 single duvets - we noticed this on all the accommodation we were looking at for Copenhagen. This is quite annoying as a couple. However there was one double mattress, unlike others we saw which was 2 mattresses pushed together.
