One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The desk staff guys are kind, welcoming, elegant & helpful. The location is excellent for anyone just being a tourist in Copenhagen. It is a 7 minute walk from the Central Train Station that in 14 minutes takes you to the airport. Or you can take the metro (one change only) to/from the airport; the metro station is closer but the overall trip takes longer. I suggest the train. Splurge for a room with a balcony, especially if the weather is good. I used the balconies constantly. There Illy express machine was amazing & the room was a proper size with a comfortable cushioned chair. The outdoor furniture (for your private terrace) was solid, attractive & quite comfortable (for being solid iron). The breakfast is unsurpassed! It is varied and abundant. Everything from hot food, to baked goods, juices (good ones), cold cuts, cheeses, yogurts & any coffee type you like. The jams & cereal were great; on, tons of fresh fruit (not green). The Wide Hotel is interesting in that I think it is a group of different hotels with one central lobby & one shared front desk. The desk is staffed 24/7 and the security is excellent; no one passes without being seen by front desk staff. This was my first visit to Copenhagen & I picked the perfect hotel. I could tell it’s popular, so book early & get the balcony rooms on the top floor. I saw some of the YouTube videos & I was worried. The rooms on YouTube looked so small but nicely designed but that was NOT the case with my room; it was AMAZING! Any questions? Just ask. I’ll post pics as well.

Loud Music venue across the street. Lloyd during the day with live music. Hard to take a nap.

The property is in a great location for getting to and from airport and within walking distances from all the sightseeing of beautiful Copenhagen. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Having the bar at the hotel was great for having a night cap after a long day walking around the city.

Although the rooms were very nice, we would have liked some additional storage for our clothes, there was one small wardrobe for the two of us with no drawers or shelves in the room to put items of clothing, we had to leave the majority of our clothes in our cases. It would also have been ideal to have a larger shelf by the sides of the beds for water, phones, tablets and other items that I like nearby at night.

Really good location, lovely views of the city from our balcony. As well as loved the TV could be connected to your phone. And the bathroom having underfloor heating.

The room was booked as a double bed as a couple. But we had 2 separate duvets. With a double bed. One thing that we noticed to be concerning, being that if you shut yourself out on the balcony there wasn’t a handle or way to get back into the room, unless someone lets you back in. Which did happen to my partner, when I was in the bathroom.

The hotel is well located, close to the metro, train station, restaurants. The room was a good size and equipped with appliances (coffee machine, mini bar etc). The bathroom was small but well thought through - mirror with good lighting for makeup, anti fog mirror, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel. The shower door closed through meaning no flooded bathroom. They have a secure luggage room to leave your bags before check in and after checkout if needed. There is a toilet next to it for you to change and shower is needed.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. You have to let them know you want the room cleaned before 9am. The staff could’ve been friendlier.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wide Hotel in Copenhagen, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts a chic and modern design, with rooms that are both cozy and stylish. My room had a lovely balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the city’s atmosphere, and there was also a shared terrace that offered a great spot to relax. The staff at the hotel were incredibly lovely, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations. The location couldn’t have been better – very central, making it easy to explore Copenhagen. It was within walking distance of several attractions, including museums, the city’s main shopping street, and the train station. It made getting around so convenient. Overall, my stay at Wide Hotel was fantastic, and I would definitely choose to stay there again the next time I visit Copenhagen.

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about my stay. Everything was just right, and I would definitely stay at the Wide Hotel again on my next visit to Copenhagen.

Nice hotel, felt posh, a complex of some different hotels working in the same building. Really nice staff, nice apartment,good location. Would definitely stay here again. Bed was so comfortable, air con and heating great, great shower with amazing free shower gel that smelt incredible (need to find where I can buy it back home). Loved the room and the hotel.

Difficult to find due to looking for something that was part of a wider group of numerous hotels in the same building. It has a sixth floor balcony walk to each room which was amazing once I got used to it, but being scared of heights was a shock when I left the lift. I didn't research the place enough before booking,but even though I was a bit scared I quickly got over it and enjoyed the balcony walk each night.

Boutique hotel vibes, wish they provided options because I was expecting a brighter/green themed room but got a horrible red with super dim lighting. Wifi and TV were great, and water pressure and added amenities not too bad. Would really have preferred better lighting though, with the red velvets and the dinky lighting felt like i was in some kind of dungeon 😂 The downstairs shared areas are decorated very nicely and each room having an espresso machine was a nice touch. Brunch spots nearby are also fantastic. Bathroom is tiny tiny but for the price I get it.

Staff weren’t THAT friendly or helpful to be honest; I arrived early and saw a guest harassing the staff for an early check in so I’ll chalk it off to an off day.

A great location for getting to central parts of Copenhagen and for proximity to Metro station. Lovely size shower with good water pressure. A comfortable bed and it was wonderful to sit out on the balcony. It was really useful to be able to store luggage on departure day for free. Close to a delicious spot for breakfast: Ø12 and also some quality bakeries- Skt Peders Bageri and Buka Bakery. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The location was convenient, however, there is a pumphouse across the road which did host live music until late so it was quite noisy - just something to be aware of if you struggle to sleep. A little surprised by size of room, which was smaller than expected for a King Size.

Lovely room, well fitted to feel spacious in the city centre, beautifully designed. Hotel has an excellent location and shares a lobby with other (different style) hotels owned by the same people so there is a buzz about. Catastrophic thunderstorm one evening kept me inside for a bit and I tried one of the excellent house cocktails (rhubarb Paloma) which cheered me up despite the downpour.

One or two practical blips suggest the style is more a focus than electrics (broken kettle, minibar barely under room temp). If you're not worried about facilities like that it would be brilliant.

Located extremely close to major attractions such as Tivoli Gardens. The hotel itself has a lovely calm vibe, with a constant flow of people in the lobby. Staff were all very friendly when we needed anything and were helpful with suggestions when asked. Our room was located on the top floor with an interesting double balcony at both the front and the back (not that we used it much in Copenhagen in December). Our room itself was fantastic,, Spacious, clean and very well designed. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was great and a welcome surprise. I would stay here again when I return to Copenhagen as me and my wife really enjoyed our stay. Also, the metro is located very close to the hotel and you can get to the airport within 25 minutes.

Nothing to dislike.
