This hotel is amazing and I cannot fault any aspect of my stay. If you get a chance to stay here I would highly recommend it. Great value for money. From the amazing, friendly, accommodating staff to the location, the views, decor, the room with its layout, inclusions and technology - all brilliant. They have thought of everything to make a short or long stay cozy & comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with options to suit most / all cultures and diets / dietary requirements. There is ample space and seating options for guests to sit in the 24 hour lounge and read, work, grab a snack or socialise. I didn’t feel out of place sitting there to read my book at night sipping my wine. No pressure on guests to purchase food / drinks to use the lounge - just a great space to hang out. Location is within walking distance to most of the top tourist attractions, in fact, I’d highly recommend (weather permitting) that you take a walk around the local streets of this hotel to view the beautiful and amazing architecture. Close to the Tivoli Gardens, breath of other restraunts, quaint / quirky shops, local designers, shopping and convenience stores.

That I had to leave it! I can’t fault any aspect of my stay.

Comfortable bed, comforter and pillows, motorized blackout blinds, wonderful staff, tech-forward, location, rooftop view, bar and vibe, quiet rooms and common areas, and most guests were adults so no obnoxious children running around

Minor details.. rain shower pressure is light and shower leaks considerably into toilet area so the bath mat is routinely soaked, the noise the blinds make going up and down in other rooms can be heard in our room, also we avoided breakfast because of the price, even though it looks great. Don’t let these deter you though, the hotel is amazing and would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable, cozy rooms. The mattress and blackout curtains made it easy to sleep and recover from the jet lag. And there was a good amount of space for my partner and I. The hotel was in an extremely convenient location and made it easy to pop in and out throughout the day to change or drop things off. First couple nights while we adjusted to the time difference it was also really convenient to have 24/7 access to food in the canteen.

There was limited counter space in the bathroom and the shower drained a bit slow, which sometimes caused some sewage smells to come from the plumbing. But was not a deal breaker.

Excellent location, nice/modern hotel. Bed was comfortable (and large, rare for Europe), and blackout curtains and soundproofing in this room were AMAZING. Heard almost no street noise, and we were on the first floor facing a busy street. Blackout curtains were literally the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Water available for guests on the 7th floor was clutch.

It would've been nice if breakfast was included (we didn't partake, but it did look good), but not the end of the world...more opportunity to try delicious bakeries!

The location is great and I walked everywhere - very close to central station and the old town but also the metro. The bed is very comfortable and great technology including streaming. Great facilities upstairs as I needed to print some documents and staff were helpful.

I was in the room on my own and was glad I wasn’t sharing it - while there is a glass door on the shower and toilet - it doesn’t provide privacy. The bed was walled in at two sides so you could only access from the bottom ie crawl in. I didn’t mind but it was a different configuration than the pics. For the cost, a kettle would be appreciated.

The cleaning should be daily. It's a proper hotel

Central and stylish and food was available even late. Bed was comfy and large but to the detriment of any floor space.

Although the beds were nice they filled the tiny room so as not to have an outlet or any bedside table on either side making charging your phone at night or having water impossible. No amenities other than the restaurant. They said you can work out with the videos they provided but where? There was no floor space at all in the room so do they mean working out on the bed? We didn’t even have anywhere for our suitcases.

We could not recommend this hotel enough! A fantastic location to explore Copenhagen, it is in a good walking distance from all major landmarks, and one of the quickest check-in and checkouts I’ve ever experienced. The team were helpful with helping us set up the downstairs lockers to store our bags as we arrived before check-in time. The room was spacious and just what we needed for our weekend break. The bed was incredibly comfy. I was a little apprehensive about our bedroom facing out onto the main road, however, we didn’t hear any noise throughout our stay. The technology aspect with the iPad was very cool and easy to use. We would stay back here in a heart beat if we return to Copenhagen.

Unfortunately our plugs stopped working on the last night so we were unable to charge our phones, but this was a minor mishap.

Brilliant central location. Beds and bedding are super comfy and warm and the room was bigger than expected and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the range and quality of food at breakfast and the ample supplies of chilled water for the room. The Citizen M trademark style means you feel as comfortable working at a laptop as lounging near the bar. Staff were friendly, knowledgable and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. I'd feel very safe and relaxed staying here as a solo female traveller.

The bed design. Mattresses and bedding are wonderful but having to clamber over my husband to get to "my" side of the bed was a pain.

Excellent location, only ten minute walk from the central station and next to a Metro station. Room was very comfortable and of a decent enough size for a solo person. Novel touch to have everything controlled through the iPad which worked well and good to have a safe in the room as well as a fridge. Decent value for central Copenhagen too and the hotel bar was nice. Friendly staff who were helpful in terms of arranging a late checkout for me.

Nothing specific but note of caution for anyone not comfortable with using technology may struggle with room controls in using the app
