The hotel area is very clean and well maintained. all the paths are paved with tiles, which are wiped with mops several times a day. On the territory there are 3 zones with swimming pools. In the first, as we understood, the water is heated, in the second, at the main building (the largest swimming pool) and 3 children's area with a water park. The temperature in it is about 30 degrees. The downside of the pools is that they are open only until 19h. There are 5 bars on site. All bars serve the same drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks are the same as in other bars. At a certain time in the bars by the pool you can take ice cream. Also in the bar on the beach during the day there is a snack. Like 12:30 to 18:30. There you can eat burgers, hot dogs, vegetables. The length of the beach is quite large, about 600m, there are a lot of sunbeds, we did not observe any struggle for sunbeds, we always calmly found a place near the sea. Sutra on the beach there are various activities: exercises, entertainment for children, if there are people - volleyball. The sea itself in the bay is gorgeous) clean, a very large number of different fish swim. Most tourists are constantly snorkelling. Just be sure to have shoes for the sea (corals) with you, because. the bottom is rocky, there are many sharp corals, sea urchins, etc. Nutrition. There are 3 restaurants - the first is the main one, the second is "Mongolian" and the third is "Asian". I must say right away that everyone works there clearly on time. If lunch ends at 15:00, then at the same minute all the food is removed from the hall (if you are still sitting there, then of course no one will kick you out). The food menu is large enough and everything is delicious.

Third time in Egypt. Absolutely love this hotel!!! The best thing was the staff and cleanliness and ofcourse the beautiful location. A special Thank you to Fatima from the dining department for accommodating our group of 7 including our 3 year old granddaughter, who is full energy, Egyptians are the sincerest, kindest and honest people I have ever seen. Believe me, I have travelled the globe! Also, a special token of appreciation for Zein who organised a birthday celebration for my middle age milestone 🤩. “Mahmoud Riyadh Elberry” 🙏🏽🙏🏽 from the housekeeping Dept kept our three rooms absolutely spotless. Reception: Is very quick, anytime available and speak English. Food and restaurants: There are several restaurants ala-cart with the tasty food. In the main restaurant you have possibility to sit inside with airco Or outside on the fresh air near the swimming pool Or just on the separate tables not far from the barbecue. Every lunch and dinner you have barbecue and also every lunch and dinner you have a separate pizza or pancakes or something similar in the stone oven. The cooker is just super professional and if you ask can make a real show with the pastry Children: We were with 5-years old child. Children club works everyday 2 hours before the lunch and 2 hours in the afternoon. All sweeping pools are suitable for children. There is also a separate children aqua park,that is new and very nice. Where children and adults can have ice cream and popcorn, and some nice sweeties and they offer other food. Room: We had Superior with a see view. Close to the main restaurant, aquapark. So no complains at all. Everything is new, cleaning is excellent. A lot of different lightning. And curtains are enough to make darkness in the room that we needed for a child. The cleaning job done by Mr. Ashraf was also on the top level. Waterslides for adult: There are 3 ones. One is really scary. Two other ones are funny. Rescue staff is polite and watchful. Children older than 7-8 who can seem were also welcome. View: What we really like - from any place you have amazing view either on the see or on the mountain or Tiran island If you want even more - from the second floor of the stairs to the waterslides - all surrounding are visible Beach: Several beaches. The reef is reach. I saw once big turtle. But the staff said that I was just lucky Result: Nice hotel fotlr children with friendly staff and reach reef. Maybe in winter could be windy. But in high season is perfect.

Need to improve house keeping staff services

A nice resort by the beach that is nicely maintained. At the arrival they upgrade it our room for free from garden view to the sea view and it was really nice. The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. The food in the resort was good with plenty of options to choose from. Room was big enough with a really nice view over the sea and it had a nice big comfortable bed. They have a few beaches that you can choose from and in everyone they are serving drinks from the morning till the night.

The salesmans on the beach can be a little bit annoying. They are too pushy and they are there all the time. On the 2nd day we've got a red flag that should stop them, but not everyone was respecting it.

Actually you get what you paid for. No big extras and most definitely no downgrade. The room was clean and cleaned every day by Mohamed Hegazy who is a very nice guy. The beach was nice and all those stairs were just a nice recreation. The food was good and I think anybody could find something for him/her. All in all we enjoyed our stay and if we are going to visit Sharm again we will stay at the same hotel.

People that are selling different tours and diving can be a bit annoying, but after first two days they saw what we like and don't like and they have stayed away.

I liked the place, staff specifically the waitress fatma and from room cleaning sherif. I loved the animation team and all staff soooo lovely

For a 5 stars Hotel there should be more quality monitoring on the way they should clean the tables at the restaurant to meet the standards of a 5 stars Hotel also the quality of shampoo needs to be changed as its so bad There need to be more food varieties

Great value for money, all inclusive option was wonderful. Private beach was just great, food was good as well with a wide choice. Staff was nice and available.

People on the beach always try to sell you tourist package in an aggressive way. Swimming pool can be cleaner. Even though I reserved a sea front room, it did not really feel like sea front. Even though the cleaning guy was really nice and available, he was too intrusive (once he knocked the door at 8am in the morning)

We stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon and we loved it. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Our room has its own terrace and view was amazing. Dont need to concern about cleaning, its very clean and proper. You should definetly try Mohammad's pizza in the Italian restaurant. We will visit once more with my wife as soon as possible we can.
