I had to use your lost and found and Kathleen was absolutely amazing in helping me locate my lost item and assuring me of how it will be returned. She is a tremendous asset to your organization and her exceptional customer service excellence has enhanced your brand considerably. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got away for a night to celebrate a birthday and the amenities were very accommodating. Was upgraded to a king bed and had an excellent breakfast.

I had stayed here when I was younger and totally forgot about the open concept elevator... after a few trips up and down to the 19th floor I got used to it again. The great stay helped calm my fear of heights, lol!

I am going to start with the arrival at the building. The exterior of the building is very unique and beautiful. We were in awww.

The only issue we had was with breakfast and it was so small. My son had asked for no beans in his breakfast burrito and when it came out there were beans in it. He did not want to say anything and just ate it anyway. Needless to say he still liked it but did try to puck out as many beans as he could.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure your stay was comfortable. Very courteous and respectful.

Things that are beyond the control of staff - the warning alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning. The fire department had to respond to assess the situation. Travelling from BC with a three-hour difference this made for an extremely long day. Unfortunately, there is only one elevator currently working. When tired, this can be cumbersome.

We've stayed at this location before. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

The seal on one of the complimentary water bottles in our room was broken. It had been opened. The front desk did give me replacements when I told them as we threw away both bottles as a precaution.

The inside of the hotel was clean and comfortable. The setting unique. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property is located in an absolute scum filled and dangerous feeling area. At least one group of either homeless or prostitutes was removed from inside the property but the hung around outside with their untrained pit bull all night. One guest car was broken into because of a lack of secure parking.

It’s a good thing we got complimentary breakfast for two. The breakfast selection in my opinion was not worth the price it charges. What was exceptional at the property was the staff at the front reception Lorena and Anna at the Cantata Lounge. Their customer service skills were amazing. They both made me decide I would come back to the property. I was impressed with the room because it was ready for occupancy especially with the cool AC. The beds were comfortable and wonderful to sleep in.

What was very disappointing at the property is the hot tub being levelled off when on the website it was clearly shown. My daughter was looking forward to swimming only to find the water in the pool was very cold. She went to the sauna to warm up and unfortunately it was not working.

Clean and spacious room with an excellent view on the 19th floor. Excellent breakfast a la cart choice if your preference is not buffet. Friendly waitress.

Parking far and had to pay 15.00 a night. Restaurant on the premises needs a bit more food selection apart from " bar food" . We had to eat out but we were glad there was a great local restaurant 2 min walking distance from hotel that served excellent food on Dundas St. Hallways were way too cold with air-conditioning. The hotel may save a lot of money by having it at 22C when it felt freezing at 18C. ( maybe it was set for working staff)

Nice property, decent sized rooms

You have to Pay for parking, rooms are a bit overpriced. Booked a corner suite king room, which they couldn’t provide, they said they upgraded us but we just received a regular room with a king bed.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated as a valued guest. Earl on the front desk was fantastic! The Staff in housekeeping found me a lint brush when I forgot mine. Room was clean and comfortable..the beds and pillows like heaven! The amenities in the room, including shampoo, conditioner, gel and body lotion was spot-on.
