Excellent staff

Not fault of Motel but we had to change rooms due to plumbing problems. Motel did compensate with a 30% discount for our last night.

We were provided with a clean and comfortable room. Check-in process was fast. The hotel is located close to a shopping center (with a supermarket, gas stations and many places to eat).

We got noise from the freeway. Light sleepers may want to request a room not facing the freeway. Ammenities were on the low side (seems like double rooms with a single bed do not come with a microwave, fridge and other electronics) but this seems to be the norm nowadays. Come prepared!

Good location, lots of nearby restaurants and shops, ample parking. Very friendly and helpful staff on 24 hour reception desk - I was given some good recommendations for nearby wineries to visit, where to have dinner and they kindly rang my next hotel for me as I was having issues contacting them.

the location is really good to be honest . only 6 mis away from Solvang and there are delicious restaurants around !!!

the mattress was not good . my husband suffers from back pain and unfortunately the mattress was awful for him and my bother in law . very hard they both woke up with a terrible back pain and could not sleep . I was okayyy but they weren’t:(

I was very impressed with the woman at the front desk. She was very quick, clear, and efficient with our check in and check out. She remained friendly and patient even when she had to repeat herself with one person after another. Our room was very clean and the location off the freeway, near food stops, and gas stations was very convenient for our needs.

The faucet was leaking and ran all night despite us maneuvering the handle numerous times throughout. Top blanket on the bed was super thin.

Location from the freeway. It was right there when we got off of the freeway. No searching for it. I saw the big six sign and felt a relief. Also the front desk women was super nice and accommodating.

I would prefer coffee in the room and the small refrigerator leaked water onto the floor, and wasn’t cold.

EMILY at the check-in/check-out desk was very helpful and cheerful. I was visiting Solvang for two days and the hotel price was much more reasonable than Solvang hotel prices. Solvang is only three mile away from Buellton.

I have no negative comments.

Allowed pets with no deposit. We actually liked that there was no carpet in the room. This makes any messes an easy clean up and no damage to the room.

The vending machine food selection wasn't great. They should add food, like maybe cup noodles, since the microwave is right next to the vending machine.

The location of this property is excellent. It is only a few miles away from Solvang, Los Olivos, and other main attractions in the Santa Ynez Valley. It has easy access to the freeway, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Looks like the property is recently constructed or remodeled. I didn't see any signs of aging (which is often associated with properties in this budget range). Everything was clean and check-in was fast.

A fault does not come to mind at the moment. It was a great stay for the value paid.

Perfect solution for a reasonable place to stay while tasting wine On the central coast. Our room is quiet, basic, clean, and easy access to our car. There’s a Starbucks about one minute drive away. Nice little dog park two minute walk away. Would do this again for sure

It would’ve been nice to have a coffee machine in the room. But we did appreciate the refrigerator a lot! If you need a microwave or an icemaker it is at the front desk.
