The parking lot that was suggested was $54 per night BUT there is a city garage within 5 minute walk that is only $8.00 for 24 hours! It is city garage #6 at 42nd St and Sheridan Ave.

We had a great time at Circa 39 hotel - the rooms very comfortable and nicely decorated and the hotel amenities (pool and bar etc) are very good. We also really enjoyed our breakfasts and the dinner we had. The hotel is in a good location for exploring the Miami Beach area and there is a lovely paved beachside boardwalk all the way from the hotel to the Art Deco district which was great, very accessible and felt very safe. To visit the other sites in Miami you need to get Ubers and it takes about 20 minutes but this was always easy to do and not too expensive. On the whole the staff were great and really friendly - they made us feel very welcome and were very accommodating and attentive.

Housekeeping in the rooms was a little inattentive at times, although the rooms were clean

great in distance from airport and close to the trolly stops.Room was a good size, hot water in shower,and bed size good.liked the style of room and that it had fridge & iron, cozy for a couple.the front desk person was nice upon entry helpful with luggage and details of facility.cute robes in closet and grounds were quiet its close to outside pharmacy and easy for uber to find wish I had a flower in the room.

No microwave in room, Staff was rude cause we had outside food and wanted to sit and eat inside with A/C the rude bar attendant forced us to the back closed in picnic table where it's hot and filled with outside bugs not covered from rain, very humid she was mean. We didn't want that small menu from hotel restaurant selection and the lobby being turned into a 3 star restaurant all day sucks for paying/residing customers. Also,pool is kinda small and chlorine was too strong to enjoy.

the location was the best. directly across the street from the beach, next door to a corner market with fresh sandwiches, pastries and goods like bottled water or sundresses and hats. I loved the pool and the fact that they offered food and beverage service from the bar. the seating area was expected for a boutique hotel but the ambiance and setting of the pool area was chic and hip. We also loved the Paolo, he made you feel like family! his smile and his infectious energy was the best. He’s also incredibly funny he doesn’t make you feel like “just a guest” his personality was everything.

that 3pm check-in was a little rough but I’m glad they offered baggage storage, and the pool was open for use. the gym… oh that sweet gym. while they have one, it’s not very good. the machines need replacing it’s tucked in a tiny corner that staff uses for their daily work assignments and it’s just not a good workout environment. but I guess if you realllly need to workout, you can make do with what they have.

This is a cute little hotel that's steps from the beach. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Mario thouroughly explained everything when we arrived, and even checked us in a little early. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Only two cons: Drinks at the bar were on the expensive side (appreciated another reviewer mentioning that gratuity is automatically included!), and The bathroom layout in our room was a little strange. The bathroom was a little small, which wasn't a problem, but the counter and mirror was located right above the commode, making it a little awkward to get ready (you have to straddle the commode if you want to look closely in the mirror.)

The rooms are very nice and clean. Beds are comfy and the AC runs great. The restaurant’s breakfast was also very good. I also really enjoyed the hotels section on the beach which is less than 5 minutes walking distance and you do get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella included with your stay which helps give you shade from that Miami sun. Staff was very friendly and always helpful.

There is no parking for the hotel. There is a small parking lot right across the street but you have to pay $54 a day.

this property is in a amazing location walk to a lot of stuff. the room is cozy.

the only reason this location did not get a 10 was because my room had a tv that I couldn’t watch cause the remote was missing and the front desk couldn’t get another one. the second point I took off was housekeeping was very aggressive they was at my door 10 mins b4 check out and the back again 10 minutes later after I said I had a late check out.

We had no particular expectation and were really nicely surprised by this beautiful hotel! Great location (literally across the street from the beach), comfortable bed, nice pool area. The staff at reception was super helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers!

Unfortunately the wifi connection in the room was not great (disconnecting regularly) but I was still able to do what I wanted, just took a little bit more time. If the staff at reception was amazing, we can't say the same for the staff at the bar. It would be nice to remind them that lots of guests speak Spanish too... :)

Close to the beach, great location, very friendly staff. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels of high quality. They also offer great beach services location (chairs, umbrella, towels), beach is few mins walking distance, across the street. What I also like best about this hotel is that is quiet, albeit in walking distance from many night spots. And lastly, really great deal is proximity to a parking garage that charges only $8/day which is extremely good value for Miami Beach. Hotel staff was great explaining how to get there and pointing that option.

Maybe slightly larger rooms would have made it perfect!

The location was great. Access to the beach with lounge chairs, towels and umbrella was very useful. The wonder garden is a great place to gather with family. Towels were great and well stocked each day.

The shower took a bit of getting used to. It was hard to get the correct water temperature. The water pressure is more on the low side for those who like it more intense. Would have been nice if they had restocked the coffee for the coffee maker each day. We had to ask. No tea options either. Perhaps an electric water kettle would be nice in the room over the coffee maker. You can make tea and coffee with it. They do make some nice freeze dried coffee for this purpose.
