I had stayed at another local hotel the night before. I had business in the city and became ill. I was taken to UPMC Mercy ED and spent all evening getting treated. I no longer had my prior hotel so I called Indigo and they had a perfect room for me. The front desk was kind, assisted me in getting some fluids, and made sure I got to my room. The front desk told me they placed a note at the desk that I was ill and if I called I needed help immediately. In the morning the desk called to see if I was OK and I left. I will be staying there again.

I did not notice any bad things but then I was so sick I just wanted to fall into bed and sleep. I was put in a handicap room which was very nice and allowed me to sit while I bathed in the morning.

It is right along the river, close enough to give access to the main parts of the city but tucked away enough to feel quiet. Great view of the river and within a short walk of a tremendous park. The staff was very helpful and it was easy to get around to all the city sites without a car.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was very modern. The entire hotel theme is sort of retro industrial. Pretty cool. The hotels is close to the river. The area is all high tech office buildings. on the weekend it was very quiet.

I needed to do some laundry. There is a laundry room and it was clean but there was no vending machine for detergent, etc. and no change machine. The front desk didn't have any change and the restaurant also didn't have any change.

They offered me a late checkout of noon since I am an IHG member, even though I didn’t use my points to book & went through Booking.com. I also loved the double blinds with the super light-blocking quality!

Not a thing! Everything and everyone was great! One suggestion, though, would be to offer a microwave in the room to heat up any leftovers that get put in the fridge that’s provided. Really though, everything was great!

Great property, modern, extremely spacious clean room, large updated bathroom, very comfortable beds. Loved the free parking (a very rare find in Pittsburgh).

Due to the narrow, one-way, busy streets we had to take to get to the property, the location was a bit inconvenient and cumbersome for us, but only because we had to travel to the UPitt/CMU campuses several times a day during our stay. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

The decor was very pleasing. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was awesome -- especially the Aveda toiletries. It was relatively quiet -- a little highway noise.

Had to park in the next door parking deck since there was a large party filling up the hotel lot. It actually ended up being cheaper, but it was a far walk in the cold. The iron in the room was malfunctioning. Late checkout should have been offered until 1pm.

The inviting atmosphere.

The parking was full after we paid. We then had to park in the parking garage after coming back to the hotel for the night. There is not much parking in the front. Too many handicap spots. The room could've been cleaner. There was drops of food on the side of the bed under the lamp and night stand and a handprint on the wall. Parking is pricey. $20 a day is a bit much.

the breakfast was good although I was charged for it. my reservation stated it was included so I requested a refund, which was granted

was disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open for dinner, husband had a procedure and couldn't leave room. this made me have to leave and get food. a microwave in the room would have been nice.

I like the cleanliness and decor. Very modern. The beds and pillows were more comfortable then my own. Staff were friendly.

The only issue was the water was completely white. I didn’t penalize the hotel because I’m sure this is out of your control.

Awesome sitting room down the hall from bedroom and large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Convenient restaurant in bldg with very nice waitresses. Corner rooms have 3 large windows.

Poor communication with staff at front desk. Loud sliding bathroom door.
