The exceptional cleanliness of the suites and the hotel in general, speaks volumes regarding customer care and services. The breakfast was outstanding and well maintained by the attendant on duty, DAVEY, who goes out of his way to ensure quality service is afforded to each guest. He is definitely a top choice as a representative of Comfort Suites! (It was asked where the Tip container was, but there was none, so I handed a monetary tip to Davey, as a favorable gesture for his hard work.) Management should recognize that tips are absolutely warranted in this service industry, just as leaving a tip in the room for housekeeping, it's no different with breakfast attendants.

Short trip this time around. No visible tip container for breakfast attendants who represent Comfort Suites, in a favorable, professional manner.

Friendly staff, clean room, priced right, and the location was perfect. We had a gas leak and had to shut off the gas to our home and were without hot water and even though we didn't spend the night and only used the room for showering for the time we had it, it was exactly what was needed and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

My only complaint is the shampoo and conditioner…sucked. I'm a curly-haired, picky product, person and brought my own because of this but I tried it anyway and it just didn't have that amazing smell or leave my hair soft so I just re-washed and conditioned my hair and all was good. It's just nice to have that added touch. I love it when we stay someplace that has great smelling good hair products.

Modern and clean furniture. + Location was great near the highway that connects you easily to North and South of the city. + Nice view over the city. + Mini golf and sport bar in front of the hotel to go out near the hotel. + Breakfast included. + Free baby crib available + Free parking with lot of available spaces. + Big commercial area around with lot of shops and restaurants.

- Proximity of the highway too close from the room. You can hear the noice of the traffic even with closed window. - Breakfast is always the same and pretty basic.

It was clean, the breakfast was good. For the most part the staff was very friendly

It seems due to a putt putt entertainment facility in front of the hotel the parking gets limited during the night. I ordered a king with a pull out sofa but received 2 queens with a pullout sofa. I wasn’t given a refund or charged more for the inconvenience but it ended up working for us so I didn’t make a big deal. There are a lot of stores around the area and entertainment as well so I feel it’s in a good area with not a lot of issues

Clean bathrooms and everything was better than expect (powerful toilets, great water pressure on the 3rd floor) . The shower was fantastic! AC and Heater worked well. All furniture was new. TV was great, and you could connect off your phone. Fantastic view. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Very impressed! The other hotels we stayed at missed a lot of marks (85% on average). This was around the same time frame. This facility was a great way to end our trip! I give this hotel a solid 100%. A++

Nothing not to like! Staff was incredible and the all amenities we superb!! However, The walls are not thin but you can here if someone is coughing. Also, the doors have a lot of air on them so if light passes through, so does sound. You can hear people walking by and such. If it bothers you put a towel on the bottom of the floor. Not going to knock them on it though. They controlled what they could.

Our check in person was exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel was quiet. The guy who worked the dining area was friendly, really worked to keep everything filled and was constantly cleaning. I’d rate him and the check in in clerk A+. Our room was decorated very tastefully. Very clean room and bathroom. Would definitely like to stay there again

The parking lot is a nightmare as there is a miniature golf place next door and their customers take over the hotel parking lot When we were checking out the desk clerk more Or less Ignored us We took the luggage cart outside and brought it back in. And we hauled it back down to the cart storage. Felt he should have said let me get that for you instead of just sitting at the front desk. And didn’t say thanks for staying with us come again. Not at all like the guy who checked us in. Assume the guy who checked us in was the manager or assistant manager he was the best along with the guy in the dining area

Breakfast was pretty good, liked having the biscuits and gravy option. Staff kept the tables cleaned off, and the food area tidy. Liked having the electric car charging stations, but wish it was subsidized by the hotel. Room was a quiet as you can expect for a 2 star hotel. King suite had plenty of room. Exercise room was good, had a treadmill, elliptical, bike and free weights. Pool was clean and heated in the winter.

For a longer stay, more variety of hot foods would be nice, All 5 mornings had the same potatoes and scrambled eggs, with alternating sausage patties or links. Other hotels I have stayed at had omelets and bacon offered as well. The toilet paper holder was kind of funky, wouldn't stay straight on the wall, When I asked about this, they said all the rooms had that problem, the fixture was not the best.

What a great spot on the outskirts of Scottsdale, right next to Salt River fields and the Top Golf. Tons of food and entertainment options are within walking distance, and the property itself is clean and well apportioned. The beds were comfortable, there's tons of pillows, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly, and the free cookies at the front desk were a nice touch for fat guys like me. The price was right, and we would definitely stay here again.

It's more of a nitpick than anything - but for those driving, a bit more shaded parking would have been nice. What's there is totally fine for the most part.

It is in a perfect location. Plenty to do within walking distance, and within driving distance, you can do basically anything you want! The staff were friendly, the room was immaculate, and the breakfast was great

The only thing I did not like is that the A/C is extremely loud and shuts on and off throughout the night, even if it is set to stay on continuously. If you are someone who struggles to fall asleep like I am, I would think twice

Breakfast is good, need more healthy options, boiled eggs and less bread items. The trash cans in the breakfast area need to emptied instead of allowing trash to pile up and persons start placing trash on the counter because he trash cans are too full. The time frame for breakfast is too early 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. This time needs to change to 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. If you have to take medicine or have small children, the present timeframe is too early. Also, why is the staff asking for tips in the breakfast area? I think this is too much.

Trash cans not emptied. No hook on the back of the door, Floors in the restroom area of the room seem to never be moped. Elevator floors dirty, and the elevator door track area need to be clean, put more than one face towel in the restroom. No one wants to clean their face with a face towel that was also used on other body areas. Get rid of the rotten soft oranges that had green mold on them. Front desk staff seems unconcerned when issues are brought to their attention.
