Location is amazing - right near the center of the town. The staff are all lovely and helpful. We had a room on the 4th floor which was small but perfect for 2; even had AC!

Breakfast options limited, but the coffee was very good!

The location is the key to this stay. 2 minutes from the central train station and the view of the mountains through the wide windows. The cleanliness, staffs, and comfort is perfect. The bathroom was spacious, so was the room. The beds were wide and comfortable. The balcony is a plus. Right in the middle of all shops and restaurants, but closing the door blocks all chaos. The luggage store room was very nice and secure.

The internet was a bit slow. So for workation(work+vacation), it could be a minor problem.

Modern, clean, and spacious room with a nice balcony over looking the plaza. The hotel is about ten minutes walk from the main train station, ten minutes from the central bus stops which can take you to all the ski areas, and fifteen minutes walk to Le Brevent ski area. I recomend you to take the bus because it's up hill, but do walk back after riding. We did it in the cold rain. It's worth getting soak and strange looks from coffee shop customers. The best sauna I had ever been in. It's on the top floor with views of the mountains, the ski lifts, and the town. Great breakfast in a beautiful dining room with views of the plaza. Helpful and kind staff.

The hotel’s service should be rated at 4-5 stars. We were greeted by Lupi during check in and he was professional and friendly. During the rest of the stay, everyone we met at the hotel from housekeeping to the breakfast staff were smiley and kind. Luggage storage before and after checkout was convenient too. We had the triple room with breakfast( extra charges ), Breakfast was good with a nice spread and well worth the price. Location is right by MontBlanc Station and a close 5min bus ride from Chamonix Bus station. Point to note was the good communication from booking up till stay.

location

there isn't ventilation in my room. There's no AC, which is fine for comfort because opening the balcony doors easily solves it. However when you shower, the steam is trapped in your room. There's a vent in the bathroom but it's not something you can turn on/off. I don't think it's passively on too. In the room itself, there is no HVAC, so the steam just escapes the bathroom and stays in your room. I have to open the balcony doors for a bit and let the humidity completely out of my room for a while. Simply making that bathroom vent work solves the entire problem.

Staff was always very polite and helpful, from the start at the front desk, through the cleaners, to the restaurant up until the checkout. Cannot fault them! The food at the restaurant is good and the facilities to store (and dry) your ski equipment are nice to have. Location is great for the city. Near everything in town (more on that) Cleanliness of the room was top notch. Although I haven't used them, having showers/changing room facilities in the reception for people that have to checkout but can squeeze in a bit of skiing on the last day is a very good touch! Being able to control the temperature. It can get really hot when all your neighbours have their heatings on. So I just turned off mine entirely and was able to sleep well

- Location for skiing. I'm two minds about it. I've only used Brevent-Flegere lifts and it is easier to walk there. But it is uphill and about 13min... It was good to 'warm up' but I could only imagine how the people with ski boots were doing it.... - Bed: It was two singles put together to make a double bed. Nothing wrong with that, but one mattress was good the other one was offering 0 support and just caving in within 5mins. So 50% there? Both memory foam - Room noise. It can be a bit rowdy if you're a light sleeper. I found it acceptable. - Restaurant prices were a bit over inflated. And 15€ for breakfast is on the steep side... But there are plenty of options in town to choose from

Location! On a main road next to train station. Must get a balcony room so you can people watch. Small grocery store across the street. Ten-minute walk to Mt Blanc cable car. 15-minute walk to bus station. Restaurants everywhere. Room was clean and a good size. And the view was to die for.

No refrigerator. Hot at night, tried to leave door to balcony open for cool air but the street is hopping at night and is noisy. For some reason we found the room very dark, needs a better ceiling light.

Ideal location with two beginner slopes within walking distance, a supermarket just 10 meters and a McDonald's 20 meters away. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed dining at their restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during our four-day visit, never experiencing culinary boredom. The balcony offered breathtaking views of Aiguille du Midi. For added entertainment, I highly recommend a visit to the Centre Sportif Richard Bozon, where you'll discover heated swimming pools with water slides.

I liked absolutely everything!

Pointe Isabelle has a great location, comfortable bedroom and bed. We had a gorgeous view to the mountains. It is a max 15 minutes walk distance to all main attractions and cable cars in the city and close to really good restaurants. The hotel has a nice bar and super kind staff. I would stay with them again without hesitating.

Internet is not the best, but as we were not working, it did not bother us much.

It is clean, close to everything because it is in the middle of Chamonix. The staff was nice, they are speaking both French and English.

It is noisy because of 2 reasons: 1. The walls are thin and you will have the chance to hear everything from neighbors. 2. The hotel is in the middle of the city, in some nights were people screaming on the street (because were drunk ) so..this could be disturbing if you want to sleep. The hotel is expensive from my pov. For 3 nights ~500€ without breakfast, considering that is just a normal room 🤷‍♂️.
