We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast ok. Very good location, especially for going to the Opera, or just visiting the center. Friendly staff. Both terraces, the front one and the inner one, very nicely arranged.

A bit disorganized regarding the fiscal rules and the understanding of the payment regime versus supporting documents - invoices. I paid for the accommodation in full upon arrival, but they said that they can only make the invoice upon departure (although the fiscal rule is to have the invoice when you make the payment - on the same day). I left a cash deposit, but I did not receive a receipt for it (I requested it the next day and received it). At breakfast, the tomatoes were not fresh at all, and the situation was identical for several days. I told the waiter on the third day (considering it was an accident, but it was the same situation every morning). In a 5-star hotel, it would be normal for such situations not to exist.

The staff and management were terrific and very reactive to our requests. We appreciate the effort made by all of them. Breakfast as always was outstanding and the restaurant was nicely set up.

The Property is extremely dated and needs immediate renovations. This cannot be a 5 star or even 4 star property in this state. Housekeeping definitely needs to be addressed. Our first room was dusty and definitely had stains on the carpets, wood paneling and curtains.

The hotel os extremely well located, nearby all the main points of interest of the city, and also nearby the best restaurants in town. The hotel restaurant itself (La Brasserie) is a strong option to eat. The silence, the clean and the breakfast is also remarkable. Staff team is always ready to help you.

Not a thing that trouble the sleep, but the pillow top in the bed could be better. Ours was a little to soft.

The location is nice, it was nice to have mini Christmas food markets inside the hotel. The boucle materials used in the rooms are of high quality and a feel-good choice.

I tried to choose a room with a view and as big as possible, but I guess I didn't get an upgrade. The rooms are a little small, but that's not a complaint. A nice hotel, a pleasant stay experience

Great location, close to the Christmas markets. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Room was spacious as was the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Room amenities could be improved. Had to ask for standard black tea bags since it was not provided in the room. Although stated in the room amenities, there was no toothbrush. A little more attention to the details would have been good.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our requests were met and could not have been more helpful. Do check out and ask directly for the "Little Prince Suite" - an adjoining room suite, fully half of which is dedicated, in extraordinary detail, to the book of the same name (Le Petit Prince).

The hotel, as others have noted, is in an older building and some things like HVAC and bathroom venting show those signs of age. The aircon works, but may not be up to some US travelers' standards.

We stayed in this hotel 9 years ago when we first traveled to France. I booked it again because we enjoyed it so much. It didn't disappoint. All staff is friendly and courteous. Any small requests were handled easily and without a problem. Service in both the restaurant and bar was wonderful. I love having coffee in a press for breakfast!! The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas to go along with the Christmas markets in town. It is a short walk to the Christmas markets, the cathedral and any other sight seeing you might want to do. We parked our car for the 3 nights we were there and didn't feel the need to get it to drive anywhere.

Staff was great, breakfast excellent, skating fun, location fantastic.

The rooms, especially when billed as a “junior suite” were very small and disappointing.

wonderful clean room , the bed was so comfortable and the in room extras were a treat! it had an excellent balcony and the breakfast was superb, the freshness of the food was 10/10

Th e room was slightly smaller than expectation but this did not spoil our stay

everything was more than amazing the girl in the reception with the blond hair she is very nice and helpful also I can not forget the concierge guys “ Tariq and Mattiuo “ they are so good and helpful and they helped me with everything I need and even more. the room was clean, the bathroom is clean and yes I can not forget the excellent location.
