Breakfast was immaculate, delicious, abundant, various, and just perfect for the cost of the stay and there seems to be lot of fun activities around even though i did not have time to enjoy any of them

The staff seemed overwhelled and not in a particularily good mood but I understand however what I fon't understand is the fact that we have to pick-up bed linen in the reception and prepare the bed by ourselves. That's ridiculous.

The room was clean and according to the description, we had the windows open at all times and the noise outside was on ok level as it was possible to sleep effortlessly, thick dark curtains to sleep longer, free wifi, big pillows (80x80cm), did not hear neighbors (a big plus!). FYI, it takes 40 min by public transportation to get from the hotel to central station - 10 min on foot to tram stop and 30 min by tram.

Dear smokers, if you are staying in the non-smoking room, then please do not smoke in the bathroom. I can guarantee that the next stayers - the real non-smokers - will be disappointed by such behavior. In short, the smell in the bathroom indicated to some smoking activities. Keeping the bathroom door closed helped to some extent.

A nice facility overall for the money you pay. The reception staff was friendly and nice even though looked overworked with just one person doing everything. On Friday there were two of them. Which was better.

Tourist groups and single guests were registered by one person. Groups were skipping the queue, so others had to wait even longer. The bed linen is not included in teh price, so you actually end up paying more than mentioned unless you brought your own. (Who does that?)

It's a hostel !! and you have to accept the "philosophy" of being in a hostel and not in a hotel. In this sense, the room was good, enough large for my family (we were in 4): a double bed + a bunk bed. Enough quite even if the hostel was quite crowded. Possibility to have breakfast with an extra cost (not so cheap). Location: far from Berlin center, but very easy transfer with tram, at 5 min walking distance.

The bathroom was very essential, but ok, working. It was never cleaned during our 5-day staying. 1 large towel each, never changed in 5 days - not good! -. We had 4 trolleys, one each, and there was no place to set and open them, except the floor.

The room was quiet and very comfortable, the bed was really good! One bonus for this Hostel is the Guest Kitchen! Its location is not central, but the public transportation is good. Lot of restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby.

The guest kicthen key is available for 1 family at once. This was a bit hard to handle, but we managed somehow.

I liked the atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming and the lobby was colorful. The bedsheets were perfectly clean and ironed. Bed was comfortable.

I think the bedsheets must be obligatory, I saw a couple of people who hired bedsheets but weren't using them on the bed, which threatens the cleaniness of the beds. Plus, locker room on the ground floor was a good idea but I think small lockers would also be nice in the rooms.

Honestly, it is a beautiful and wonderful accommodation, especially the reception staff, who are respectful and kind.

There is only one piece of advice: you must wash the pillows and throws. It is true that they gave me the pillow cover, but the smell is annoying. Also, the water does not drain quickly in the facial basin, and there is no shampoo. Greetings and good luck.

The room was large enough for my family of 4 people. A children's bed with 2 levels was perfect for my sons. The bathroom was also quite big. TV with many channels and good image quality. Warm heaters and hot water (it's important nowadays)

The sliding door to the bathroom has a structural gap to the wall so it cannot be completely closed. It was a bit uncomfortable for my wife. Main bed consists of 2 independent beds so it was difficult to snuggle up to each other. :)

Great staff, very helpful and polite. the location is very far from the city center. The rooms were great and very clean.

I like the stuff and the atmospher i went to another hostel with higher price and higher facilities but in the secound day i backed to A&o especialy the kolumbus one When i back to berlin 1000% i will back Top stuff: 1) Hatem 2)dewi 3)luca They are super nice and fast help!
