Location perfect, Price was crazy good, Staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel is right next to a train station which for ease of access to the rest of berlin is fantastic. it’s also only a 20 min ish walk along the riverside to the centre which is great too. if you want to go Brandenburg gate or reicshtag they are only 10min walk. there was also many nice restaurants and bars nearby. hotel room is basic however shared bathroom facilities are great. very clean and good quality. didn’t ever have to share the bathroom with anyone, I don’t know if it’s because of the time of year but hotel was very quiet anyway. they have a small assortment of drinks at reception if you need. there’s also a Lidl up the road. very basic but for the price its absolutely acceptable.
the noise from the adjacent train tracks is deafening at times. starts early morning and runs til late at night. they do leave earplugs but it’s still very loud. bearable but loud. our room decor was very questionable (giant glow in the square at the end of the bed) but other than that room was ok. could use a large mirror somewhere though.

I loved the creative and arty feel to the hotel. The courtyard was stunning, I will miss having my coffee in these fairytale surroundings. My room was replenished every day and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful (the male staff), the female staff member was extremely rude.
The female red haired member of staff did snap at me for helping myself to coffee without paying, rolling her eyes and she never even said hello or welcomed me. It was unclear to whether you pay for the coffee in the lobby (with none provided in the rooms - all UK hotels have free tea and coffee even if it’s the cheap stuff), and they say ‘it is free for the first few times’ which is confusing. But the other members of staff were lovely, so I tried not to let this one member of staff effect my overall experience which was fabulous.

Location is perfect, close to train and subway stations and within a walking distance of major landmarks. The room was clean and decent, the staff was very nice and helpful. The inner courtyard is beautiful and a nice place to chill. Shared bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
Wifi was very slow (I was in the 3rd floor). The room was small, but that was not a problem. The decorations were really weird, but I saw other rooms that were beautiful, so probably I was just unlucky. I was in the furthest end of the train tracks and could still hear it very well, I slept well, but I imagine that is a big no if you are a light sleeper and/or if you are right next to them.

The Arte Louise Hotel is in a great location in Berlin. One can walk to the central station and the Brandenburger Gate, easily reach the park for a stroll or a run, or take the public transport to move around the city. I particularly liked the pieces of art in my room and around the hotel. The room was simple but spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable. As the building is next to the train tracks, the hotel also provides complimentary earplugs in the room. However, I did not need them at all. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

I loved the room I had. I requested one with a bathroom and that was absolutely perfect. The building is old and gorgeous but looks renovated recently. The blend is gorgeous and so was the art and all the posters on the walls. I love how the rooms have a theme and they're made in a very creative way! I had to leave early so i didn't get to eat breakfast but it smelled amazing when i left! It's a good thing that i can sleep anywhere, I didn't mind the sounds of the trains passing by. But I can't complain, i was happy to be able to be so near the station.

A hidden gem in a big city. The boutique hotel is interesting with its art works in each room and providing a great base from which to explore many of the cities attractions. Amazing proximity to the central rail station. The staff were thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast option was a perfect start to the day and good value. Although we didn’t utilise the option - well priced beer and wine available to enjoy in the delightful courtyard adorned with green vines.
Noise from trains - a small issue.

Size of room, tower fan, towels, eat plugs, I lean bathrooms, blinds, weird art, court yard, separate single bedding... Good for got weather, shower gel included and own bath mate. Location wasn't far from Bars and station
No lift, we were on the 3rd floor! No snack or drinks machine and the mattress with sank into a wooden frame that hurt when trying to get out. Front door jammed my finger not sure how but it hurt lol

A very good location, near to Central Railway Station and Brandenburger Tor. Nice service, modern design. Instead of wardrobes kind of movable luggage chests under the bed (quite capacious). Two types of breakfast; if you choose the buffet, you have to go tho the house next door but its OK. Important: A number of rooms has windows overlooking the railway tracks with trains passing by every minute. Not very noisy and if you like it (like I do) it is just another attraction but if you think it could disturb your sleep make sure at the time of booking where your room is situated.
All was OK.

The room was clean tidy and the addition of the artwork unique to the room gave it a quirky feel the courtyard is a really relaxing area and the staff really friendly. I booked the trip 3 years ago before COVID hit originally I booked it on a date that I couldn't go by accident and they rescheduled it without any issues and then when travel restrictions where put in place they organised it all again without any fuss. I will defiantly visit here again when I get chance to visit Berlin again in the future.
We stayed in an unusually warm heat wave and the room was hard to keep cool but I feel this would have been an issue anywhere.

The staff was very polite and helpful, even recommending a few spots for tourists around the city. The rooms to stay in were all looking very cool on their website, and i was quite happy with the room i got.
Having the room themed around flying / planes was very cool, however the bed was on wheels that didnt have brakes or stoppers so when i sat on the bed, leaning on the wall to use the laptop i always pushed the bed away from the wall. In the end i used my shoes as a brake pad.
