Very close to the Friedrichstraße station, with a direct S-Bahn service to the airport. Quiet, comfortable, well-equipped room with armchair. Very good buffet breakfast, although crowded on the Saturday morning of my stay. Friendly, helpful, well-trained staff. The complimentary winter tea, hot chestnuts and biscuits in available during the day in Reception were much appreciated.

I couldn't seem to increase my room temperature above 21C. The service in the Bar was rather slow and the prices a bit steep, as were those of the mini-bar in my room.

Very large rooms, bathrooms and beds. Very clean. Vegan breakfast options: cold cuts, spreads, bread, mueslis, soy yogurt, fruits, avocado, plant based milks, breads etc. Underground parking accessible directly via hotel lift, so very easy to get bags to and from car. Other cool’s items included: very quiet rooms, Proper coffee machine, bottled waters, steamer, focus on sustainability. Late check out was possible, for a small hourly fee. Cool vegan restaurant and coffee shop options all around the hotel, and very close walking distance to all tourist attractions.

The view from room wasn’t great, but that’s just Berlin centre.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable, with all the important landmarks just a short walk away and one of the main train and tramway stations 2-3 minutes walk away. The cleanliness of the property is impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The Christmas decoration is beautiful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight, though, was the breakfast—definitely one of the best we've ever had! Every detail was perfect, and we truly felt at home. Thank you for everything! We will definitely return for another stay. Highly recommended!

The room was fabulous. The bed was large with a comfortable mattress. The bathroom towels were big , having a bath and a shower was amazing, such a treat! All the staff were very nice, helpful, and efficient. The hotel is managed very well by a predominately young work force. All were great! The breakfast buffet was good, and it never felt too hectic or un relaxing. There was so much choice, it was very generous and good quality - for me personally though far more than I would ever have. Location was really good for museums and getting to the main sights of Berlin. Couldn’t have been better really.

The pillows were rather too unsupportive and the bedding was a bit unbreathable

The hotel is very nice, clean, and offers daily housekeeping. The bed is extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a restful stay. The area is lively, so you feel safe with people around. The staff is willing to help you! It was my birthday during our stay, and they surprised us with complimentary drinks, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture

we were initially given a room on the side above the train station, which was quite noisy—challenging for anyone who has trouble sleeping with sounds. However, we asked reception to change our room, and they were very accommodating, promptly moving us to a quieter one. Additionally, there are a few homeless individuals along the main road, so it’s good to be a bit cautious when going out. That said, there’s nothing particularly concerning about it.

First of all, I appreciate the location, which is exceptional, perhaps one of the best in Berlin. The hotel is elegant, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The cleaning lady entered the room twice without asking for our permission. She checked the minibar and left without asking for permission, without saying hello or goodbye. In fact, she didn’t speak either German or English. This does not excuse the serious impoliteness of disturbing guests in their room. The hotel management should be more careful in how they select their staff. Also, the safe for the notebook is too small!

I stayed here with my daughter and really pleased with the location, a few minutes walk from the Friedrichstrasse Station. The reception area was very spacious, modern and still comfortable. The reception was welcoming, staff helpful, efficient and friendly. Dat, who was on reception, was particularly helpful and really pleasant. We were really pleased with the room, it was well laid out, dividing the seating area from the sleeping area with plenty of room for moving around. There was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for our clothes and surprised that we had a hand held steamer, which was really useful. The bathroom was a really good size, the products lovely and the shower was amazing. I’ve got to mention the beds, really comfortable and the pillows, all 3 of them so plenty to choose from, were the most comfortable I’ve had in an any hotel. There was air conditioning in the room but was pleased that we could open (safely) the large windows to have fresh air. Even though we were near the station it was still very quiet, no disturbance at all. All in all we were delighted with our stay at this hotel. It was also a great location.

Excellent hotel. Great location—close to transportation to anywhere and within easy walking distance to many sites. There are restaurants and cafes around the hotel, ranging from fast food to fine dining. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant. The room is spacious and comfortable; the coffee machine in the room is a luxurious touch that enhances the stay, and we also received a delightful chocolate set in the room. Room cleanliness isn’t quite what’s typical in Israel, but if anything is missing, like clean towels or toilet paper, reception and housekeeping respond promptly. Breakfast is varied, plentiful, and the dining room is a nice place to sit. The staff is excellent: attentive and does everything possible to help. In my opinion, the value is worth the price.

The hotel has a very nice modern design and offers several amenities, incl. a gym. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was high quality and offered great selection. The staff was polite and efficient. The location was extremely convenient, just outside the Friedrichstrasse U-station.

If I need to find a minor weakness, this would be the shower, which was not separated from the toilet with the exception of some curtain. This didn't create any issue, it's mostly a matter of comfort since one needs to be careful not to spread too much water around the toilet.

The location of this hotel is superb - right outside Friedrichstrasse Train Station, with excellent connections to/from BER and all over the city and beyond. We took a taxi from the airport, due to time constraints, and it was only EUR 60, which I felt was reasonable for the distance. Check in was very easy and the staff were very courteous. I speak German but my husband does not but the reception staff are fluent in many languages so there should be no communication issues (they were happy to communicate with me in German, which was great for me). We stayed in a Junior Suite (Room 637, on floor 6). Our room was in sight of the train tracks but you would never believe it as we did not hear a thing! The room is very spacious and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, bidet and also a bath. We had a slight issue with the shower not draining properly on the first use but a quick call to reception and that issue was resolved. Bathroom is well-appointed with all the toiletries you could need, a magnifying mirror and a powerful hairdryer (absolutely no need to take your own one from home). Room has a fridge and a payable mini-bar. There are ample sockets by the bed and near the desk area (some with USB ports) and there was a full-length mirror and safe for your valuables. Bed was comfy and cleaning was done daily (if you do not want daily housekeeping, you get a voucher for a drink at the bar, which is a nice touch). Windows in the room either tilt-and-turn or open fully, which is great. We had drinks at the bar, where the staff were very pleasant, but did not eat breakfast there. There are ample choices in the vicinity, which are cheaper, so we decided to skip this.

It was SUPER hot (30+) in Berlin when we arrived and though the room has good air conditioning, we felt it could be a bit colder. The Junior Suite has the capacity for 4 people BUT the storage situation is not good (ok for two but too little for 4). There was plenty of space for a drawer unit or another wardrobe, so this might be an issue for 4 people sharing. The TVs in the room are not Smart TVs - just a minor point, but worth mentioning.
