The bar was great!! Room was quiet and bedsheets were clean.
The bathtub was very dirty, my friend even refused to step in it to take a shower, even with flipflops, because the drain was also clogged (otherwise I would've just cleaned it myself), and so all the dirt touches your feet and it was yikes. I mean all you really need is a clean shower and clean bedsheets, so it really affected my opinion.

The staff was very helpful. I truly appreciate the good service. Especially two people from the staff who did all that extra to help me get an emergency bed for two nights when my flight home was cancelled. Despite this being an overly booked weekend in Berlin due to some festival which meant it was very hard to find beds they helped me. (I went to two others in the area and asked so.) Elly and Isi from the staff went that extra mile to help me out so I'm super grateful to them and satisfied with my stay here. A few other things I appreciated: *The social events every evening, with games and a free welcome drink. *Good prices in the bar for people staying at the hostel *They had a lounge in the basement where you could relax a bit while waiting for your flight after checkout, this really helped and was very nice. *All the beds have curtains which was a big deal for me for some privacy. *The beds had lightning in them, and outlets for electricity so you can charge your phone. *I general when it comes to the area in Mitte, it was very central, close to supermarket, stores, restauraunts and a train station. There were also many electrical scooters in the area which you can rent cheap. Perfect if you are on a budget and dont want to travel so much or far to get to places. *Also as a final note there were so many lovely people in the meeting place outside the bar this place seems to attract very nice people so I made alot of international friends on my stay. I will definately be back next time I'm in Berlin.
I do wish their laundry had a tumble drier or some better solution for drying your clothes. I had to hang my clothes in my room wherever I could which could potentialy disturb other guests in there.

I don’t really care about other aspects when choosing a hostel. But their staff is professional, excellent, friendly, and most importantly ‘enthusiastic’! Also there’s a bar at the ground level so if you’d like to meet some new friends you can visit there.
Lockers are way too expensive even compared to the price of lockers in Central Station. 5 Euros / 3 hrs and 8 Euros / 24 hrs. Breakfast is a bit dull but OK. Towels are not free so bring your own one.

I appreciated the very helpful staff, the location (proximity to transportation and places to visit), rooms were at all times warm, and the breakfast was what I was hoping for (i.e. lots of options, healthy too). I liked a lot that the bar/cafe downstairs was particularly vibrant in the evenings, and the bar staff was very attentive to the guests and remained positive at all times.
The shower that was on a 6sec timer and you had to press it to restart water was the only "lowlight" for me. I am all for sustainability, but as a woman with long hair, I request to increase it at least to 15sec, please?

I liked the hostel because it was clean, had a vibrant atmosphere with many people around, and included great features like an on-site restaurant and a rooftop area. Its central location near major tourist attractions was very convenient. The night staff was especially helpful, upgrading my bed for one night to ensure I could stay in the female dormitory throughout my stay.
However, my overall experience was affected by poor sleep during all four nights due to noise caused by other guests. Despite hostel etiquette being clear, some guests were inconsiderate, making loud noises late at night or early in the morning while accessing their bags. While this isn’t the hostel’s fault, better awareness and respect from fellow travelers would greatly improve the experience.

It is clean. They have new laundry machines. The place is good - close to the center, Alexandrplatz and metro. Guys sending advices in WhatsUp to which clubs and pubs you should go, and these recommendations are pretty good. You have a good breakfast for 6-8 euro. My room had separated shower + toilet in different bathrooms. Cheap. New. Had curtains on beds.
No smoking area on the rooftop, so I needed to go down from 4th floor every time to smoke. Also, the laundry/microwave is on the -1 floor. So you will be using elevator a lot and wasting a lot of time. You should also pay for most of thing. Not so much of area for working.

The staffs are very nice, polite and they accomodate me well during my stay, even also online they respond quickly to your messages. I like that their private bathroom is outside the room atleast you dont have to worry about the noise you make like using the hair dryer or doing your facial night routine or having a shower. They also have free post cards which you can see and locate at the basement. And i really appreciate when the coffee machine suddenly didnt function, the ladies assisted me and give me coffee from the bar during the breakfast. So overall, im totally happy for my 1st time stay at a hostel.✨️
More egg option during the breakfast pls.

I loved my stay here! Was originally only meant to stay for 3 nights but ended up extending it to 5. All of the staff were great and I loved the fact that they had activities planned in the evening so it’s easier to meet people that way. The location is fab as it’s located close to shops and restaurants.
Only thing I didn’t love were the keycard situation and having to keep it separate from your cards and phone so that it doesn’t stop working. And even then they may still stop working (like what happened multiple times for me). But from what I’ve seen they’re trying to bring in a newer card system just who knows when.

Reception team is awesome, super friendly and very patient 😊. I lived in 6-beds women dorm, the room was clean, there was a hairdryer, some shower gel, bed linen. Please, note you will need to pay for using a towel 3.5€. I really lived the place! Stayed here for 2 nights. Enough sockets, comfortable beds, they serve breakfast for 8€ but I had my own.
There is no actual kitchen with a stove. In the basement, there’s a small, overcrowded fridge, but calling it a kitchen would be a stretch. It’s labeled a “chill-out zone,” but in reality, it’s just a dirty old sofa and worn-out chairs in a large, non-air-conditioned room. Next door is a laundry room, and there isn’t even a sink or water to wash dishes—no table, no kitchen essentials at all. The common area is a cramped space filled with people drinking beer and loud music blaring. It was impossible to sit and have a conversation there, and I really missed having a proper space to chat and share experiences from Berlin! But it isn’t that important, as who wants to sit in some room while you cab explore Berlin :)

Staff are very friendly and nice. Breakfast was great, but would be great if we have some harsh brown as I do not eat meat or any cheese. The only thing I ate was eggs, some fruits and croissant on my first day stay. I did not see any on my other two days breakfast. That was fine, I a not complaining. The juice and coffee was great. Me being a vegetarian and not liking cheese is solely my problem, but ur hostel had quite a variety of cheese and cold cut meat. Great selection of breakfast type though. Juices were quite authentic and not flat.
The fan in the room. The ceiling fan is not working and we only had one standing fan and, it was not rotating. There were couple of girls who would just turn the fan facing them whenever they walked into the room. Not nice. If we have a ceiling fan working, or the portable one turning, everyone will get the air since the last two day was brutally hot.
