The hotel is super friendly, quiet, and very clean. Great location in Berlin. The rooms are super friendly and the bed is super comfortable.

The only slightly annoying thing is that the gym cannot be reached through the hotel, you need to go outside. The hotel staff did not provide me with a good description of how to reach the gym and I could not find it easily, they should have a plan printed out to show guests exactly how to reach the gym. In the gym, I was informed that the staff should have called that a guest was coming over. The gym itself is super nice and the staff there was very friendly.

The room is so comfortable, the bed is like a cloud and towels are very fluffy. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the hotel looks. The location is super convenient, close to many hip restaurants, cafes, shops, and walkable to most tourist attractions. There is a nice park in front of the hotel, so it's quiet at night despite everything.

Staff at the front desk were very nice and sweet. However, it seemed like they were not paying attention to communication before check-in. I wanted to request a pick-up service, but they almost scheduled it on the wrong date with the wrong name. There is nobody to help with pickup up/taking luggage from/to the car, even though the hotel has a more casual vibe, this type of service is expected at a 5 stars hotel. Also, the pet fee is expensive, but there are no amenities for pets (such as a water bowl, etc).

Location is perfect. It's a quiet street but 10 minutes walking from the Main Street with all the boutiques. I think the best thing in the room is bed. I loved the mattress, down pillows and down blanket. It's like you sleep on the Heaven. The food on the restaurant is delicious. I recommend to visit it three time a day at least, you will not regret it. Interior and exterior of the hotel is something exquisite. I was impressed.

There is almost no place in the room to put your clothes. I didn't have much stuff because I stayed for three days but still I did not like it and it was uncomfortable. It would be nice for the stuff on the reception to smile from time to time when they greet their guests.

Everything, staff very good but the bar service was very bad.

On one particular evening we wasn’t allowed in the bar until 8pm due to a private function and was asked to leave before 11pm once the private function had finished in the restaurant, also was unable to eat in the restaurant on that evening. There was no notification prior to this particular evening.

This is such a beautifully restored old building, it was a pleasure to stay at Telegraphenamt and it felt quite special to be there. Our arrival was also very smooth, the staff so friendly and accommodating! The bar and restaurant are also excellent and the interior design is brillant! I just wish we could have stayed longer...

The impressive historic office building has been nicely renovated. The rooms are quiet and well designed. The location couldn’t be better if you want to explore Mitte, since most sights are in walking distance as well as several subway stations. Lots of bats and restaurants are closeby as well. Staff are very friendly.

They should have rental bikes.

I did not like that stuff entered the room while I was away the fist day of my stay and that from my room it was an unlocked door to the neighbouring one. I locked it and the stuff came and unlocked it. The air conditioner is also very noisy

A/C didn't really work - just simple air out, not cold. Light switches don't allow specific area lighting it's all everywhere in the room or nothing. the room picture DID NOT match the actual room, though we did not ask to change

Amazing place, outstanding service! We went for 2 days for a business trip and this place was like a hidden gem. We were so glad we have booked it. We are definitely going back there for holidays and the reason is 100% the hotel.

We ordered room service one night and it came a bit later than it should.

Great location. Cool decor. Excellent staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Our luggage was delayed and the staff were very caring and helpful.

The room was pretty tight - very large bed took up most of the space!
