Location Location Location! Also loved the size of the room—much larger than you normally find in Europe.

The shower—nice to have a bathtub, but the shower nozzle tubing kinks & was difficult to handle/control so that the whole bathroom was wet by the time showering was done. Needs a better solution.

Location was great. Lufthansa Airport bus has bus stop in front of the hotel. Very close to city center and tram and metro. If you get bored from American style hotels perfect for you.

Perfect location right across the street from the HB. The room was small but clean, modern and comfortable. The bed and duvet were of excellent quality. Even though it was close to the train station, there was no noise at all. There was a decent breakfast selection. I could not have picked a better place to stay in Munich.

The bathroom configuration was not too friendly. The toilet paper dispenser was so close to the toilet that it was difficult to actually reach and pull out the toilet paper. And the showerhead in the bath was in the middle of the bathtub rather than at the end. The curvature of the bathtub also made it difficult to get out. I would not recommend this room type for anyone who has some kind of physical disability.

The bathroom is new

It's in the morning around 8-9 am, the cleaner knocked on my door without my permission and entered my room when I was undressing, that's crazy! The room checked out time is 12pm, and they just want to clean the room earlier. They entered my room twice, though they found I was in the room and shut the door immediately, but this incident never happened in my life.

The location was unbeatable, literally just outside Munich HB. The staff was friendly and more than accommodating, with an S-bahn entry point just outside the main doors. There's a DW only two minutes away as well for any small cosmetic/hygienic/junk food needs.

(Minor complaint) The mini bar items were unreasonably priced and took up nearly all of the space in the in-room fridge, making it difficult to find space for take-out and personal drinks. Second thing: There was no coffee maker in the room. This made it very difficult (for me) to get an early start, although other guests' mileage may vary.

Hotel was pricey for the 2 nights but I guess everything in the area was too because of Octoberfest. Was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in the cost. €26 for buffet breakfast is very expensive. Do yourself a favor and take a walk around. Lots of places to get a bite to eat. Location is easily accessible by central station if you are coming off a train. If travelling from the airport during Octoberfest, take the airport bus, best €12.5 I have spent. The S baun from the airport didn't stop at central station, which ended up beign a headache. The hop on hop off bus is not too far from this hotel 3 min? It was a great option to take around. It also stops at Marienplatz, which is the city square. It has looks of shopping and sightseeing. The staff were amazing, could not fault them. They made my stay very enjoyable.

Breakfast not included

This was the last stay on a family vacation through Italy and Germany and we chose the perfect place. we traveled with our two older teen daughters and requested their room be next to ours. we had two rooms at the end of a hall so we felt secluded which was great. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was so welcomed. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was helpful and accommodating- one night it rained and they provided us with umbrellas for our walk to the restaurant. The location is across from the train station which was very convenient. In many cities in the states, I would hesitate to stay across from a train station, but this hotel was lovely. If we are ever in Munich again, we will definitely stay here.

The location was right across the street from the train station with accessible sidewalks and ramps. There is a stable of taxis right around the corner. The hotel is very elegantly decorated, has an inviting, well stocked bar, knowledgeable and friendly bar tenders and a beautiful formal dining room with excellent food. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were two low tables upon which to place our suitcases. The windows provide good soundproofing. Even with the window open, it was quiet outside after midnight. Loved the marble bathroom and the pouffe quilts.

It's unfortunate that there is construction directly across the street. There are no ironing facilities in the room.

Location was perfect, easy access to public transport. Breakfast was a bit limited, there could have been more options and variation from day to day. Also for someone with a sweet tooth the stale pastries were a disappointment. 5-6 different shapes but all with the same bland taste and a yesterday's feel. Thank goodness for lovely bretzels and semi-ok croissants.

Wellness area could use air conditioning. On top floor it's hot even in the morning and working out is more comfortable if you can breathe. Sun deck is lovely, but definitely needs a parasol or two.
