It’s very close to the train station. There is a little market down the street to buy some groceries at. The hotel employees were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast selection was very good. There is an outdoor patio on the 5th floor that we really enjoyed staying at during the early evenings. Nice neighborhood. There was a fan in the room that really helped us cool down since they don’t have air conditioning. The fan was good enough to keep us comfortable. The bed was comfortable.

The shower was very small. I would feel bad for anyone large to use it. There is no closet to hang clothes in. This is a very basic room, not many extras.

Extremely great value. Highlights of this property were the clean and modern room and facilities, the central location just a stone's throw from the Hauptbahnhof, U-Bahn/S-Bahn. Not only can you travel easily from the trains, but you can shop easily too. At the stop is a ton of shopping, fast casual food, several supermarkets, department store, bakery, convenience, everything. Almost a mini city. Also you can walk to old town very easily.

I don't fault the hotel for these! It just comes from the area. But being so close to a major transportation hub, it is a little noisy at night because of the foot traffic below. I wonder if the hotel has a fan or something they have for the room - it also gets a little warm even when the heat is all the way off. That would help with the outside noise. Also the kitchen is very basic - we were able to make nice breakfasts each morning items from the grocery and butcher in the u-bahn. But I would not expect to be making anything particularly fancy with the kitchen in the apartment. I did not have an issue overall with what we had however.

Batu Apart Hotel is very centrally located; near to the Hautbanhof and also the U and S systems (plus the maze of shops under street level) It's easy to find, but make sure that you've completed your on-line check in before you arrive, it makes it so much easier if you do. The apartment we were in was located to the rear of the hotel, so it was quiet and we slept really well. The air con unit was very welcome, as the June temperatures were nearly 30°C Didn't expect a full kitchen with a dishwasher, so that was a bonus. The walk in shower was great, the pressure and water temperature were both excellent. Really appreciated that there was a laundry room on the first floor (2 washers and 1 dryer) So good to be able to keep on top of the washing, and have clean clothes.

It's a wee thing, but a toaster would have been great in the kitchen.

Clean and modern. Excellent shower. We were 4 visitors to Die Wiesen and it worked well. One double bed (fold-out couch) and 2 single beds. Excellent location. Cafe 25m from entrance is excellent. 2 minutes from Hauptbahnhof. Coffee machine was great. Kitchen sink and utensils available.

Air conditioning unit. No breakfast. Pretty loud area generally and the tram runs most of the night and early morning. Pretty expensive. Quite small and the angled roof isn't ideal for tall people.

Centrally situated, a short walk from the train and underground station so we were able to get everywhere quickly. Nice apartment, good facilities for a family of 4 with adult children. Fridge, coffee machine, cooking facilities all good for keeping costs down. Nice big bathroom with good shower cubicle. Very easy to use door codes, you can’t lose your keys!

Lid on kettle wouldn’t stay shut. Smell of stale smoke from previous guests. We didn’t see any staff for our whole stay, but then again we didn’t need to so didn’t try! Air conditioning unit buzzed loudly every few minutes, but again we didn’t seek help for this.

Well-equipped apt. Nice host. They've tried to clear our room for checking-in before 3 pm. Convenient location.

no 24-hour- reception, resulting on some inconveniences. [They have on-line checkin system,which is easy and can compensate for lack of full time reception in some aspects.]. Loud noise from the street; both traffic and teenagers' hanging out and shouting at night (until 1-2 am.) Storage area in the laundry room? ? (The room was't cheap during event time in Munich)

This hotel was directly across from the train station and all subway/tram/bus/regional trains BUT it was not loud. There are stores for food nearby to fill the small kitchen fridge and cook on the cooktop or enjoy food at the restaurants nearby. The laundry (floor 1) came in handy, too, and the dryer actually dried our clothes (I put on highest setting) unlike most European driers we have encountered. Staff was great and attentive. We had a family room and there was some plenty of room for all of us (me + kids 11, 9 and 9). Shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure.

I can’t think of a complaint.

Excellent location right near main station. u Bahn entry with 50m leading down to underground city of shops! very convenient for transport too. Easy walk to main pedestrian mall, rathaus, cathedral, shops and main parks. Nice room, quiet for sleeping with lift and aircon. Plenty of kitchen materials, microwave and coffee pod machine. Very comfortable.

I recently stayed at BATU and it exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with attention to detail in every corner. The hospitality of the staff was outstanding, always going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location was perfect for traveling, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a 5-star experience.

Great little apartment near the main train station. Everything was clean and well maintained. You can easily walk to everything. I stayed here with my family for two nights and would return on future visits.

The check-in process was a little awkward. While this place has "hotel" in the name the reception area is not at all like a hotel. It was locked when we arrived and it was unclear where we could leave our luggage. It is run more like an AirBnB with multiple rooms.
