The rooms are modern and the bed was comfortable, great location right next to the train station if you’re travelling in and out of Munich or to/from the airport.

Rooms are small with very little space for a suitcase or unpacking. The shower is strange in the middle of the room with glass. Definitely only share a room with a partner or someone you’re very comfortable with. The hotel itself was fine but felt somewhat like a hostel. The check in is at the bar and it seems the only staff you can speak to are the bar staff. The hotel is also above a shopping centre. Not a luxury experience but for a couple of nights to get around Munich it’s good value for money.

new hotel. the ambiance is fantastic , eco friendly with humoristic touch. A young hotel, pleasant staff and services. The hotel is extremely clean, homely with a luxurious yet very pleasant atmosphere. A beautiful hotel, very very close to Karlplatz and the train station in 2 minutes. Everything is right at the entrance to the hotel, restaurants, tram, train station, pedestrian, mall, C&A. excellent breakfast. A wonderful hotel. We liked it very much.

2 minuses - 1. the room faced the road, the noise from the busy street and trams is great for those who are sensitive to noise 2. no carpets near the bed.

I don't usually have much to say about the hotels I stay at, but Ruby Rosi is different. The entrance was a bit hard to locate at night, but once you do you'll find yourself heading up an elevator to a sleek modern bar to do your check-in. The entirety of the hotel feels like an eclectic rocker fever dream with traditional furniture clashing against neon signs and sleek minimalism, and a black labyrinth of corridors that gives way to the oasis of a pure white room. And if all that wasn't interesting enough, the rooms feature mini amps that can be used to play music off your preffered devices or those more musically inclined travellers can borrow a guitar from the bar. In summary, this hotel definitely left quite an impression and I hope to stay again in the future.

The entrance to the hotel is slightly difficult to find at night, and when you do find the door from the street, you end up in a small corridor of elevators with slightly unclear instructions. The elevator doesn't require a key, you just need to ride it up to the bar.

Great location as it's a few minutes' walk from the train station and a few minutes walk from the main shopping area. The room is trendy and nice. A bit too small but fine.

Food options are very limited. One night we went to the bar and asked for a pizza (which was the only option available on the menu), but the bar tenders did not want to go downstairs to bring it! They said they were too busy. There were two of them and only four tables with customers!

We are very welcomed by the warm staff, who made efforts to explain everything that we need to know, including the good places to visit in munich. Furthermore, you will be surprised with a bar as the front of their reception rather than the usual counter concierge, which amazes us. Rooms are clean and cosy. And hot water and teas are available at the pantry. You may also request glass bottles for filling up the water, which is so much better than any hotels we have been to this trip. The location is very well located. Not only is it near the train station which is expected, it is walkable distance to 80% of the attractions. (18 to 20 min walk) but along the way, there are many things to look at, which made the walk seems short.

Room is a bit small but frankly its known since my booking. So not too much of concern to me.

The location is great, especially if you travel by train: it's 5 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof. Despite being in the very center, the room is quiet and if you need to relax, nothing will bother you at any time of the day. The bed is quite comfortable, everything is clean, the internet is fast and free. The place has a nice mix of modern interior with a lot of details from past centuries. I like both modern and old, so I enjoyed it a lot. The staff was extremely helpful.

The room has no cups/glasses, no kettle and no fridge. For hot water, you have to either ask staff, or go to a shared kitchen on the 2nd floor. It wasn't such a problem, just a bit unexpected. The room has absolutely no place to unpack your things. The only storage room is a quite narrow closet to hang your coat or jacket.

The staff especially Sandra (amazing host!) and Pierre (both Hotel Manager qualities!), as well as Victoria and Enis were extremely friendly, trying to find a solution for everything and super welcoming! There was drilling (day and night) in the floor above my room (which did however not belong to the hotel but was extremly noisy), so an upgrade in a more spacious and beautiful room in another floor was provided as an alternative. This allowed a great and calm rest.

The noise (drilling in the floor above) and the location which is not a nice area but convenient due to great public connections and walking distance to the city centre.

Friendly personnel. Nice breakfast.

Impossible to reach the hotel by phone. I wanted early check in and called the hotel with no luck. finally I just showed up and they actually had a room for me. But why to have a phone numbers if the answering machine is just informing that all lines are busy and ends the call? Hotel located near the train station. A lot of homeless people and very dirty part of the town. I was surprise to see so many homeless people and so much trash in the streets in Germany. it is not a hotel’s problem, but if you want clean surrounding, this is not a right place. I did not feel safe outside either because of gambling offices around.
