Excellent customer service. Hotel service and central location are Excellent. Close walk to Old Town or to Oktoberfest. Directly across the street from the Train station. Nice breakfast with plenty of good options.

Due to its central location, the area around the front entrance is very busy and somewhat dirty. Many hundreds of travelers transition between trains and busses.

We were at Hotel NH Collection München for seven nights, and in retrospect, it was an excellent choice. The hotel's location is excellent for users of public transport or pedestrians. The central station with trains to everywhere is outside the window (see picture). The drop-off/pick-up stop for the Lufthansa bus to Munich Airport is about 100 meters from the hotel door (cost 13 euros one way). Within a 7-minute walk, you reach Karlsplatz and the entrance gate to the old town (see photo), and from there, another 15-minute walk to the center of Munich and Marienplatz. The subway is right under the hotel and 2 stops from Marienplatz. Restaurants and shopping are everywhere around the hotel. We got a large, spacious, comfortable, clean room with everything needed. Cleaning every day. Excellent free internet. Excellent breakfast. Welcoming and helpful staff. A bottle of water every day and small treats. The sealing of the room is good, and you don't hear the street noise, but the windows don't open, so you need an air conditioner 24 hours a day.

Despite the good, not everything was perfect. The hotel is relatively expensive. Around the hotel is the central station, which has questionable people. One day, the room was not cleaned because we probably pressed some button indicating a request not to clean and not to disturb (probably a misunderstanding). We asked the receptionist to wake up, which did not happen. At checkout, the receptionist promised to send us a final bill by email stating that the meals are included in the room price, and that didn't happen either (hopefully, it will be taken care of). However, I would choose this hotel again.

The location is near central station and is about 15 minutes walk to Marienplatz with shopping and Christmas market. You can also walk to Viktualienmarkt which is a farmer and food market. There are good eateries near the hotel such as roast pork at Ayginer and noodles at Slurp Nulderbar. The room has 2 double beds and is spacious enough for my family of 4. The breakfast spread is one of the best with a wide variety of food. The room temperature is warm enough for winter. The reception staff are friendly. The room is kept clean everyday. If you are considering day tours, radius tour is just at the next building which is convenient for tourists.

Nothing much. There are some homeless around hotel which I think are harmless and they don’t disturb you.

The air conditioning wasn’t the greatest. The room never felt cold.

Excellent location. Just walking distance to the train station. Also walking distance to Marienplatz which is the centre for shopping, restaurants, tours, farmer's market and the historical centre. The rooms are comfortable with great bay windows and sweeping views of the city. Good size bathroom that is equipped with everything.We didnt get breakfast but there are many cafe's close by to get coffee/tea/sandwiches. The hotel is close to the tram stations and bus stops with so many lines running across it's front. There is a DM (cosmetic store) next door which is awesome for every kind of cosmetics, a supermarket and dept store also close by. You cant go wrong staying at such a comfortable hotel. It is great value for money.

Nothing to complain about really.

Hotel is very near Munich hbf main train station. About 10 mins walk to Karlsplatz and then to Marienplatz for shopping. Easy to walk to Karlsplatz near toy store to board the shuttle bus to Ingolstadt Village Premium Outlet Mall for shopping. Shuttle bus also return to same area. But you need to buy the bus ticket separately from Ingolstadt Village website. Leo from hotel Recep is a gem, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping is also very good. I had the buffet breakfast on Saturday which has large variety and is very good. It included champagne. There are a few restaurants opposite the road. Tram station and metro stations are below.

There are some beggars and strange people loitering downstairs outside at the corner of the hotel. But we saw police patrolling on Saturday.

Service:_ check in was smooth abd staff very friendly- and because that day was my birthday they gave us complimentary breakfast. (Surprise birthday treat)At the restaurant, staff was very accommodating too. Special thanks to Nicola who was very attentive and Janna of egg station who shared some helpful info tips. Very close to main train station, comfortable bed in spacious, quiet, clean room with modern en suite. Blackout curtains especially effective and well-designed - a plus for our jet-lagged party! Staff was welcoming and polished. We booked here due to a morning train reservation and this location has extremely convenient access -but I would stay here regardless, it was a very nice stay.

The lobby had a very strong scent, I'm sure it was carefully designed for the brand - but for the 2 of our 3 family members with sensitivities it was not pleasant.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bright. Windows worked which was a massive bonus considering it was very hot when we were there but when closed they blocked out all the noise. The hotel was very safe and secure which was important as 4 women travelling together. One of our rooms was ready when we arrived at the hotel at 11.30am which meant we could get changed and refreshed before going out to visit the city. Staff also gave us excellent recommendations for food and cocktails and helped translate some of our transport tickets for us.

There was no restaurant at the hotel and we didn't know this until the evening. There was a small selection of bar food but it was very open to sit and eat in the bar/lobby area.

The staff is extremely friendly. Anni, the Guest Relations Manager, and the reception team were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel's location is just across the road from the central station and within walking distance to the city center.

I was initially given the wrong room because I had made two separate reservations for different room types. The hotel staff managed to resolve the issue despite being fully booked. As a Titanium member of GHA, I had expected an upgrade, but I understand that it may not be possible during high occupancy. Additionally, I did not receive any welcome amenities.
