This was a great hotel in Guatemala City! We only stayed for one night because we had a flight the next day, but we could've easily spent more time here. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was really nice of them! The staff was friendly during check-in/out as well. The room was nice - a minimalist design, clean, and comfy. It was definitely the best bed and shower we had in Guatemala! The water pressure was strong and the water was hot. We also liked the restaurant on the same floor as our room and there are tons of restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area. We felt safe as well since you need a key to access the hallway to the elevators, to use the elevators, to get back to the hotel rooms from the restaurant, etc. Also the door to your room has an alarm. We also loved that staying here helped contribute to good causes!

The wifi was a little spotty, but that's to be expected.

I stayed here just for one night because i had a morning flight the next day. loved the modernist decor very much as well as the BALCONY with a great city view, especially at night when the buildings across the way light up. felt like Vegas, but in a good way lol. the bed was the most comfortable during my entire 7 day stay in the country (also stayed in Tikal and Lake Atitlan). Best shower of the trip - nice to have a consistently HOT shower! the location was in Zone 4, with lots of lively bars and eateries within walking distance. I've recommended this place to any friends coming to Guatemala City, and next time i will book at least two days here to see especially the Museo Popol Vuh and try more local eateries as well. GC reminded me a bit of Mexico City, and even Barcelona. it has that vibe! staff were very friendly and accomodating as well.

I was super bummed the gourmet restaurant, La Capirucha, was CLOSED during my stay. but the other restaurant, Caldos, had a great-looking menu and a good breakfast. I wished I'd gone there for dinner instead of just grabbing a slice of pizza at the food court next door. it was really quite NOISY outside as well if you're out on the balcony, but honestly it didn't bother me - it's a CITY what do you expect? very easy to shut the balcony door which shuts the noise out too.

The staff, parking, and location are great value for the money. Parking was included. The staff and security guards are knowledgeable about the area. They were also attentive and communicated well with one another. I did not have to repeat things, even though there was a shift change when I returned. Security also understood it would take slightly longer to park and let me park near the front.

There was no access to an ice maker. Also, there is no access to drinking water. Those had to be asked by the front desk. There were no telephones in the room, so I could not phone the front desk with any questions.

The hotel is in a tall building, very nice and tidy rooms, the reception is open 24 hours a day, the staff is very friendly. The beds and bedding are excellent, the shower is perfect. The location of the hotel is in zone 4, there are bars and restaurants nearby, which you can also visit in the evening on foot. The hotel is also easy to get to the airport (with transport) and if you don't mind walking, Zone 1 is about a 40 minute away. The hotel has a very good cause, all their profits go to children's education.

This is pretty new property located in the nice Zone 4 area. The Bus Line 13 is just outside the building and scan the credit card to access. It only costs 1 GTQ doe one ride. The ATM machines and a supper market are just around the corner. I lik ethe location of the hotel.

No fridge or cooler is provided in the room, as well as no TV set provided. The window blinds are kinda of semi transparent with the balcony to access the rooftop terrace to the restaurant. The privacy of the room is bit weird.

Rooms were clean and practical. The view over the city is great! 10/10 on hot, high pressure shower.

The restaurant was closed, which also closed access to the garden area which was a bummer. We preschedule airport transfer and had multiple conversations and confirmation on it the night before. When we woke up there was no shuttle and the gentleman working was being evasive on if it was ever scheduled. We ended up asking for a refund and just called an Uber. They were polite and gave us the refund.

Located in a beautiful, safe, clean area. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The check in went smooth and quickly. I was so surprise the restaurant I was so eager to try was inside the hotel!!! Ohh and the best bed we slept in on this trip.

Absolutely nothing. We had 6 hours before our flight so we decided to explore Antigua. The hotel was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the Good Hotel Antigua even though we didn’t stay there.

Beautiful place with a wonderful mission to help Guatemalan kids in need. Fabulous safe location near bars and restaurants, tastefully designed rooms and comfortable beds. But what really makes this place special is the people. Not only is everyone friendly and helpful but they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Kate on the front desk and Astrid in the restaurant for particularly fantastic service!

The atmosphere of the restaurant on the 7th floor really wowed me. Beautiful design! Also, we are really grateful to the hotel staff for allowing us to store our bags while we explored Guatemala City during the day before our flight late at night.

Rooms are quite small - smaller than I realized they would be. For two people, we were having a hard time storing and accessing our two pieces of luggage in our room.

The bed is soft and pillow is comfortable. we love the concept of room, it combines the charity for children, and the decoration is beautiful. And the breakfast is tasty, it gives some choices which is different from local diet.

It’s not big problem, but the waterproofing under the frosted glass folding door is not done well, and water from the shower may seep into the cracks of the door.
