The facilities are enormous, they have a pool with normal water and a jacuzzi with hot water too. Rooms with air conditioner even though Guatemala City is cold. Comfy and elegant. They have access to a Spa and gym. And they are just 5 minutes walking from Miraflores Mall which is a pretty nice mall.

The water at the pool was salad because of the chlorine, I think that's not healthy. They should check on that. Everything else was OK, nothing to improve.

I felt violated when I was prevented from entering to have a drink after a long day of work. Fortunately, there's a shopping center below, and I decided to go there from that day on."

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The elevators coordinated well, no long waiting times. Excellent breakfast and the pool is open from early morning til the evening, giving time to everybody to enjoy. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

The room had a great view of Guatemala city and surrounding areas. The breakfast (at a cost) is great! The gym and pool were great! The location is central go the city's landmarks.

It is overpriced. I did not feel the price reflected the services provided at this hotel. Also, at the price, breakfast should be included at no charge. Moreover, we were overcharged during our check-in but they returned the extra cost without accounting for international transaction costs and exchange rate fluctuations. We also had issues with the spa. Even though we booked in advanced, the spa was not able to accommodate our appointments due to a scheduling issue. The prices for treatments are good though.

Amazing. Everything about this hotel is 5 stars. The customer service from everyone has been A+. The spa. the food. The room! So happy I decided to stay here.

Nothing. There’s nothing not to like. I do enjoy being able to open a room window for fresh air that’s about it.

The amenities, the next door mall, spa, sauna, visual aesthetics all appealing.

The toilet was almost in the middle of the restroom making showers awkward. The restaurant was overpriced and the food was not great!

Free facilities such as saunas and pool. Very large room and great view of the Volcano. Convenient direct access to commercial centre below and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby.

No infos about the facilities that were available and free of charge. Such as the saunas and free water. I had to ask. Shower was a bit complicated to use.

Excellent stay for our first trip to Guatemala. Its Near the airport. The hotel has a shopping center inside and eating places so you don't have to leave. They have a buffet breakfast, we didn't get to enjoy because of our travel plans but definitely a plus. The rooms come with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were helpful. This hotel is very beautiful & elegant. The hotel is family friendly.

The traffic is very heavy, this is something the hotel has no control of of course but leave early if you need to go somewhere.

My wife arrived before me and, despite calling and being assured that 'Booking' guaranteed them payment so the Hotel had no problem waiting until I arrived with the credit card we'd booked under... they insisted that she prepay with her card or they wouldn't let her enter. Baby and all! Hmm. Not the service I'd expected. we won't be back.
