I really enjoyed my stay here. It was clean, safe and and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and they provided transport to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay enroute to the airport.

Amazing Experience – Highly Recommend! I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The in-room dining was a standout feature, with breakfast and dinner delivered straight to the room, making for a very relaxing experience. The food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was super comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed. I especially loved the Smart TV, which allowed me to connect my device and enjoy my favorite movies. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of drop areas to organize my things. Overall, a fantastic experience that I’d definitely recommend!

Good Stay, But Room for Improvement While I enjoyed my stay, there were a few issues that I think the hotel could improve on. There were signs of molding or water damage in some areas of the room, which wasn’t ideal. Also, the room didn’t have much of a view, which was a bit disappointing. Lastly, the in-room safe wasn’t functional, which was inconvenient. Despite these small concerns, I still had a decent experience and would recommend the hotel with a few reservations.

Breakfast was wonderful -- served to your room but you could take it into the little coffee room and eat there. It was quiet and the room was excellent. Super clean without smelling like cleaning solution. Great amenities -- sizeable bottles of shampoo and conditioner (but the way the body lotion tube is designed, the lotion won't come out!). No hot water in the shower, but it was sort of warm. The front desk clerk insisted it was "caliente." Everything was just wonderful, from the comfy bed to the clean, modern design of the hotel. I'd happily stay here again.

This hotel ended up being better than expected. We needed a place to crash for one night near the airport as we arrived late at night. We planned to walk the short distance to the hotel but rain changed our plans. The hotel sent a shuttle very quickly. Our rooms were very clean and much nicer than I expected. It's actually a very cute hotel. Our breakfast orders and preferred time were taken at check in and we were served right on time the next morning. Our first 'typical guatemalan breakfast' eggs, fried plantain, fresh cheese, creme, fruit and bread. The kids ordered waffles and cleaned their plates.

Most of the employees don't speak English, including at reception, so get your Spanish chops ready. The walls are a bit thin so we did wake up to a conversation in the hallway at 1am.

Great proximity to the airport and free shuttle pickup was hassle free. The area doesn’t feel very safe we decided to stay in for the night. The room service food was surprisingly delicious (Caesar salad and the burger) and our room had Netflix which was a bonus given we stayed in.

You need a physical card to pay - they put a hold in advance on my credit card that was registered with booking.com (which is a digital card) and then they were unable to take the hold off of it without having a physical card so I needed to sort out with my bank after the fact. The man at reception wasn’t very friendly about this and it took quite a long time to understand what was going on with it. The continental breakfast was also DISMAL (see below) so don’t rely on it as your sole breakfast for the morning!

I read many reviews before deciding yo stay at this location. Previous Reviews doesn’t make justice to this small place that has all you need to spend one night for your layover. Previous reviews were complaining about the shuttle not being there. This was not my experience. I called as soon I arrived. I went to the meeting location and my shuttle took maybe five minutes to get to me. They are super puntual with all their activities. They asked about my schedule for the next day and as I ask at 8 am my breakfast arrived to my room at 9 my shuttle was ready to drop me off at the airport.

The room was amazingly clean. I needed an iron and it there was one in the room. They have a terrace with tables and seating space beautiful. You can walk to the airport if you. Want because it is at walking distance. But they also have shuttle which is free not as another revues mentioned there is no fee for shuttle

Great location - you could walk to the airport - but no need - they offer a free shuttle. Free breakfast was delicious. Recommend eating on the terrace. They were gracious and stored our luggage when we arrived early. The beds are super comfortable.

Some construction was happening while we were there. One time our door would not stay closed. The next visit, we got locked in and had to call to have them let us out. LOL. The WiFi was spotty. We never did figure out the TVs even with three separate stays.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle service provided was convenient. Breakfast was good; my favorite was the ham and cheese omelet. You let staff know the night before what you select from their options and the time you would like to be served for the next day. So, your order is hot and fresh. I had a tour early one morning, and the staff was nice enough to prepare me a to-go bag for breakfast. Overall, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable The shower was nice and hot. The wifi was reliable. The hotel was safe with the gated entry/exit.

The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't much available in walking distance from the hotel (i.e. restaurants, shops).

Very close to the airport. Just what I needed: a place to stay close to the airport for my early morning flight out. Roof terrace to enjoin a beer. Excellent shuttle service to the airport, it's only a 2 minute drive.

Would be nice if staff could switch on the A/C in the room beforehand. Room was very hot when I arrived; so I switched on the A/C and went to the roof terrace for a beer. When I returned, the room was cool. Pillows are very thick, couldn't sleep on them; I ended up taking one of the small ornamental pillows and putting it in a pillow case; that worked.

We have stayed at this hotel before or after each of three trips to Guatemala. We will continue to do so in the future because it consistently meets our needs! It is walkable to the airport but a ride is available if desired, it feels very safe, the shower has hot water, a breakfast is provided and a simple evening meal is available (great lasagna), the rooftop lounge/dining area is nice and the employees are efficient.

We laughed about the fact that every time we stay here there are at least two “issues”. This time the toilet didn’t flush and there was only one bath towel. However, both “issues” were resolved immediately. I will continue to stay at this hotel and recommend it!
