Kind reception staff. Good accessibility to the means of transport for the city. Large but expensive parking lot (20Eu) Large rooms but equipped with the basics.

Mini bar with few products. Agglomeration at breakfast. Average quality of breakfast. People from outside the hotel have access to the pool. The jacuzzi is always full. At the bar, although we had free soft drinks, we were asked to pay for them, one evening. Inadequate quality/price ratio. Noise due to some parties until 2 am, during the second night. No one took a stand.

This big hotel has a four star look and feel with a large shiny lobby with bar and restaurant, but the rooms are a bit outdated. Breakfast is absolutely fine. Most important: the thermal pool totally makes up for the outdated rooms, there’s a 15m pool at 27 degrees, then two smaller pools at 33 and 38 degrees - included in the room rate, and open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Bathrobes and slippers provided in your room, towels for free at the spa bar. It’s a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram station - take the A1 tram for two stops, then the metro line 3 takes you anywhere in Budapest. Visit Terror Haza or the Franz Liszt house. Tickets for the opera are not expensive. For authentic Hungarian food you dont need to go far - a good restaurant is 5 minutes walk away: Kéhli Vendéglő, live music, always crowded so better reserve a table.

the rooms are outdated, some things are loose or broken, and it smells a little musty.

Spa open from 6:00 to 22:00. Amenity is good. You can rent towels and the pool.Breakfast is good. it’s far from town but you can access to the tram easy. Overall it’s worth for the price.

Wired stain on the floor of the room and it’s covered with a red and blue spray paint. Pool area should be cleaned more often. Shower pressure in the women sauna is too low and I informed the pool attendant but he said that’s what it is. It was cold at night and no heater but they had some blankets in the room.

Excellent location, arrived with my car parked it up and used the public transport system which is brilliant and cheap in the whole city. Room size good and corner room looking at the park was nice. Listening to the church bells was a bonus. A/C good, TV size good but no settings available, wellness perfect, staff helpful and on the ball. Good atmosphere feels like in a high end Hotel on midrange prices. Breakfast is good with a nice variety. My 2nd visit and probably going to use it again.

Room was a bit old and worn out, dirty wall (constant moving beds)and curtains, also cigarette burn and badly hanged coming off railing. Not enough coat hangers available, not even for request. The extra charge for parking as a Hotel guest was really expensive and completely unfair for location! Would be nice if at booking have a clearer honestly represented room description available and not like a roulette…you may end up with bunk beds or a queen size (!?) I understand many people like to share a room but I prefer one piece of a bed and sofa maybe (!?) wasn’t really a choice. At this price range I expect more.

Very pleased to have stayed at this Hotel. The location was perfect with easy access to different parts of the City by Tram (1) or Suburban Railway (H5) . There is a good choice for Breakfast and the Thermal Spa was an added bonus. The room was clean and warm and quiet. We had a nice meal at the hotel as well. There is also a busy Hungarian restaurant (Kehli Vendeglo )just a couple of minutes walk away . There was also access to a mini bar in room..

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was furnished quite old fashioned, but it was comfy and worth the price. We loved the big bed! There is public transport very close to tne hotel, so its easy to get to the centre fast. The wellness facility was really good, we enjoyed the unlimited entrance, pools were quite big and surprisingly there was not that much people. We enjoyed the breakfast, decent offer of choices, good coffee and pastry. Overall, very pleasant stay amd definitely worth the price!

Breakfast food was quite cold even when we came at the peak times, and there was lack of fruits to choose from. The room had lack of lightning, even if we had all lights switched on, it was quite dark. The room overall seemed to need some touch ups, there were some stains on walls visible.

The hotel is not so far away from the center, the staff was always nice and helpful. The room is clean, there is a spacious comfortable bed. Breakfast was also great, you can choose from sweet and not sweet options, I really liked the juice, although there just one machine and they may be a queue for it. Some food can repeat but I think they try to change the offer. We had also drinks and food in the restaurant/bar and we were satisfied too.

We couldn’t wait to use the saunas, unfortunately only steam worked and the Finnish saunas were very cold. Others were all closed. This part needs an urgent renovation. It may effect the quality of your stay a lot since we book it also for saunas. The pools were clean, if you wake up at 6 am, it’s all yours :)

Hotel is conveniently near 2 different tram route stops and a bus stop. Situated on the Buda side of the Danube and close to the river, the view (if you have one) isn't postcard pretty, but its interesting. Hotel food & drink is a little pricy compared to the city, but of a quite decent standard. The buffet breakfast is well worth upgrading for. A very large selection of continental and cooked choices, drinks and tea/coffee. The Spa is excellent, very well presented and treatments are very well priced. There isn't huge availability, so make sure you book any treatments in advance. Access to the pool and steam/sauna rooms is unrestricted for the duration of your stay. The pool is large and is nicely warm. There is a smaller, warmer kids pool as well. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.Service is of a good standard. They won't even let you carry your drink from the bar to your table! We asked to move rooms after 1 night due to a vibration noise issue, and were promptly relocated after they failed to cure the noise. The lobby, restaurant and reception area are well kept and spotlessly clean.

The bedrooms are a little plain & basic.. think Travelodge, but clean. Our 1st bedroom smelled faintly of old tobacco smoke, so we were quite pleased we had to move rooms! Although comfy, like most mid-range hotels, it could do with a little updating and painting. Part of the corridor ceiling tiles had collapsed (water leak?) and the hole was covered up by a large sheet stretched across the gap! Some of the cooked breakfast items were not as hot as they should be. It's a good 45 minute taxi ride from the airport and cost us about £35 (October 2023). You could get there by bus, but it would take a while.

Perfect location next to the train station, just 1 stop from the Sziget festival. The staff is excellent and the hotel is really nice with a good breakfast.

The only downside is the bathrooms that are outdated. The taps are old and you cannot easily adjust the hot/cold water. Also there is only a tiny glass that prevents the water from going outside the bathtub, so every time you take a shower all of the water goes on the floor. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Really liked the swimming pools and related facilities, also the breakfast and the comfy bed!

The bath did not drain properly, so having a shower meant standing in a pool of soapy water, also the shower screen isn't big enough so you get water splashing all over the floor. The bathroom looked pretty tired and not like the nice modern ones in their photos that are obviously from other rooms elsewhere in the hotel. Also when we left the towels to be changed, for some reason house keeping replaced 3 large towels with only 1, and did not provide any replacement hand towels or a bath mat - and in my parents' room did not replace their towels at all! Bit bizarre why anyone would do that, and meant phoning reception twice and waiting around for them to be brought to us.
