The hotel is in a great location, very close to all the main attractions, Temple Bar etc. The hoitel is lively with a bar which has a band on every night and downstairs there are celtic nights at an extra cost, which we went to and thoroughly enjoyed. We had a room at the back of the hotel so weren't bothered much by noise. The breakfast is good. Staff went the extra mile for my friend and cooked poached eggs on request every day we were there.

The hotel and the rooms are a little tired and could do with refurbishment. If your room was closer to the front of the hotel it could be very noisy.

Excellent location just north of Temple Bar, friendly staff and a slight "faded-glamour" ambiance. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I'd use this hotel again.

My room was next to the elevators, so it got the noise of late night and early morning to-and-fros. A bright line around the doorway during the night suggests that some extra soundproofing would go a long way. It was also too warm, but the window opens so not the end of the world.

Friendly staff, especially Carmel in the Restaurant. Her attention to detail, along with having time for each customer, was a joy to behold.

We were given a room, claiming to be a Double Room. It had a small Double bed with one side pushed to the wall and access only on one side. At best it is a single room with a double bed. Thankfully we were allocated a Double Room when we raised the issue. (One staff member at Reception had tried to convince us that "it is a double room and many Dublin Hotels have similar rooms!") I would advise people, if booking a double with this hotel, to ensure that it is a double.

Great location and price. Very good breakfast. Large clean comfortable room. Would stay again. Very nice wardrobe in the room and a safe for valuables. Also there was tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer plus an iron and ironing board. Lovely large bathroom with good shower.

Plenty of electrical sockets but none close enough to the mirror to use the hairdryer or if you wanted to use straighteners or any other electrical items on your hair. Lighting in rhe room would need to be brighter. Would like a mini fridge in the room if staying longer than 1 or 2 nights.

Location was great everything was close by, the bar and food was excellent, the staff were very happy to help and the service from them was great. Room facilities were great with irons/boards kettles and the usual condiments. Great security as well to keep you and your possessions safe.

It was a bit noisy, both in the corridor and outside, we had to leave a window open because it was very hot but then the noise in the alley below was extremely loud in the mornings. Also up on the fourth floor near to our room there seemed to be a cleaners office/room so we heard a lot of chatter from there.

Located right on the river, offers you easy access to both sides of the city within a walking distance. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and polite. Exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We were able to leave our bags after checkout too for collection later which saved lugging them around whilst we waited for our flight. Check out being 12pm was a bonus too, just gives you that little more flexibility.

Nothing to really comment on here. Bathrooms are a little dated but really didn’t effect or bother us, they were still functional and clean which is all that really matters.

Location was brilliant, bar is big and nice with good food. Breakfast was lovely with good options. The lady who greeted us at breakfast was really friendly and very accommodating. I don’t remember her name but she was an older lady and very very nice. The reception staff were nice but not as friendly as the night staff, they were really lovely. Room was clean and a good size, lighting wasn’t great. Shower was decent and not a dribble shower. No nightclub there anymore which we were surprised about as it’s still on the website as having one.

Nothing, it was just what we needed and wanted. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Friendly welcoming staff in the heart of Dublin Shane O Reilly goes above and beyond in his duties and Carmel Byrne is an exceptional person and when she’s there runs the breakfast area with military precision nobody goes unattended she’s is friendly and helpful and can’t do enough to make sure people enjoy their stay

Couldn’t check in until 3 I paid for the room by the day and only had half a day whilst travelling all through the night to sit in the hotel lobby for 3 hrs is a bit daunting would have preferred a room with a view and not of the alley way where it is continuously used by drug users
