Excellent location close to Main coach station (busaras), Lucas cross city transport stop right by hotel, O’Connell street literally around the corner. Choice of breakfast was excellent , with choice for vegetarians. Room was very clean and cosy, bed very comfortable,We had a twin room which although ample in size it would have been nicer if it was a bit larger. Staff were very friendly and helpful.David who served behind the bar was very friendly and remembered what we liked to drink. We were in Dublin to see Simply Red at The 3 arena , and we were delighted when David made a point of playing Simply Red music in the bar the night before the concert. Overall we could not fault our stay at the Wynn’s Hotel.
Can not think of ant improvements.perfect location ,

This is a really old school hotel (in a good way). My single room was clean and comfortable. I liked the linens on the bed and there was a towel heater, which I used to dry my clothes, as well as a electric kettle and instant coffee and tea. It was also handy to have a small refrigerator as there are many grocery stores nearby and I could put some snacks in there. Breakfast was included in the price and quite hearty, with hot foods cooked to order. The man who takes the order in the morning is really friendly. The location was close to the airport but and sights were in walking distance and easy to navigate to. Abbey Theatre is next door and highly recommended. A little expensive for me but worth the price.
Shower would almost flood if I didn't keep the water pressure on low. Easy to hear people in other rooms at night so glad I brought ear plugs.

This historic hotel had all the local character I love when traveling with modern amenities like sleek bathroom fixtures and great water pressure. Having a real key to access the room was a real treat but having the desk clerk remember your room number as they fetch it from the cubbyhole made the experience personal. Without reservation I can say that the 'Full Irish' breakfast (included in the price of the room), served in the elegant dining room, was the finest hotel breakfast I've ever had.
If I am forced to come up with a criticism of the Wynns it might be that the beds are on the small side, though very comfortable. Like most 100 year old hotels, the rooms, hallways and elevators are not as big as in modern hotels

Breakfast was always professional and the staff at breakfast were great! Food was delicious. Exceeded expectations. Bar/Restaurant was also very well done. Food was excellent, staff there were friendly.
First night room was very small...On return to Dublin on 9/25-27 for two nights, the room was excellent, very large and much better than the room we had on the first night on 9/13. The front desk staff were not very friendly and were abrupt in most cases. There was no ability to park your car to unload luggage and we had to go to a Car Park and walk our luggage 2-3 blocks to the hotel...Not really ideal at all...Probably the most negative aspect to our visit. Everything from the moment I arrived - the Receptionist was very friendly, helpful and gracious. an added surprise was that the room was ready on arrival and I was able to go to my room. It was spotless and warm. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast staff and presentation were very efficient. I loved the old world grandeur of the dining room furniture and hospitality. I will definitely stay again - twice in fact before Christmas and recommend it to my family and friends
Nothing. Wynns is old world in ways that make it a delight. location is fabulous for city shopping, theatre and dining options nearby.

Staff were exceptional - went above & beyond to meet our needs. We were (very luckily) able to check in to our room after a very early arriving international flight. The front desk staffer moved mountains/rearranged things to allow this. We were extremely grateful! She (and others) also gave great recommendations and directions to various sights, locations, eateries during our stay. Room was large for 2 and extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the beds & pillows - dreamy! Location was easily walkable to the locations we wanted to visit - Temple Bar, Grafton Street, Trinity College, Castle, Christ Church Cathedral. We only had a short stay in Dublin, so didn't get beyond those places, but transportation in the City is easy to obtain and get around. Breakfast on the weekends was very nice and had good variety. Enjoyed a meal and drinks in the attached pub as well one evening - also quite delicious!
Not anything that could really be helped, but the street noise (especially on the weekend we were there) was loud and went into the wee hours of the morning. Lots of revelry, music, etc. from the local pubs and venues and people walking around. Even shutting the windows didn't help much.

Tea room, bustling, attentive, familial, not stuffy but very genteel. So civilized yet comfortable. A major meet up place for local respectable Dubliners. Dinner options great and served beautifully. Such a great spot also to sit after a long day of exploring, have a nice cup of tea or a whisky. It was our refuge and now miss it terribly! Terrific caring staff. Roberta at front desk and Simon who did everything! Breakfast staff so attentive. All so efficient and quietly go about their work, not checking their phones and gabbing like at home. Not a staff cellphone in sight our 7 night stay, SO refreshing! All genuinely kind. Tea and coffee in room so handy.
Room small, not enough shelves in br to lay stuff. They could have info on local attractions. Any negative not enough to outweigh the positives!

Fantastic location, right beside Luas stop on Abbey St. Great bed, probably the firmest bed I've slept in out of all the hotels in Dublin I've been fortunate enough to stay in. Excellent supply of teas and coffees plus a kettle and mugs. Very friendly cleaning staff, they greeted me warmly. A very nice breakfast the next morning. The toaster wasn't working correctly and a staff member told me to sit back at my table and she would happily serve me my toast...which she duly did - fantastic staff, they couldn't do enough for you. I hope to stay again sometime in the future
The view from my room was just ok, Room temperature water available only - chilled would have been nice. Carpet was a little threadbare in places, notably under the legs of bedside locker. Minor complaints - on the whole though - a most enjoyable stay.

Location. it was traditional yet modern. the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Room facilities were also great.
I had requested a quiet room ad I’m a light sleeper but think if I was at the frost of the building it would have been noisy - so advice to travellers booking is to consider this.

Location is great: 5min walk to bus/train station as well as to O'Connell street. Although Hotel itself is old styled, bathroom is modern, had 2 shower heads and great water pressure (which is a common issue in most places in Ireland). Hotel is located beside LUAS line, so we could hear LUAS passing by, but noice was minimum. Breakfast was delicious. You can order a main hot dish as well as have some scones, muffins, fruits etc. Served by waiters.
Room was very warm and also had air conditioner. However corridors were very cold, while bar/restaurant was cosy. Staff were friendly, but one older barmen talked too much and didn't hear my order. I came for the pint of Guinness twice during our stay, both times asking to add bit of blackcurrant syrup to the bottom of the glass and both times barmen started to pour beer, then had to spill it away, add syrup and start pouring again, just because was talking too much, and not listening. He also showed how unhappy he was that I ordered this way.
