The staff were amazing and accommodating. Especially Paul the waiter and the housekeeping staff. The location is great.

Unfortunately being dairy free and having to trouble digesting fat there isn't a lot of selection for breakfast. I did ask for an alternative to milk which was available but I think for the price of breakfast it would be nice to have a low fat option on the full breakfast like turkey rashers and sausages and maybe some butter alternative like flora. I ate out for breakfast so I couldn't join my family in the morning. I found the bed too hard and the pillows. I ended up sleeping on the cushion that was on the bed.

Stayed here for a concert in Slane and the hotel was not even 2 minutes walk from the bus stop. Shopping centre super close too. The room was very comfortable, not too warm or cold and the sound proofing was excellent, we couldn't hear anything outside when the windows were closed. Free parking when you're staying at the hotel, though we did get confused and parked in the wrong car park as we couldn't see the 'staff only' sign from the direction we were travelling. But it wasn't an issue, we moved as soon as possible.

When we checked in we were told that Revolut cards weren't accepted, which was fine for me as I had another bank card. But I just found it a little strange, especially considering I had already pre-paid for the stay with my Revolut account. This might be an issue for some travellers who only use Revolut. I had not seen anything about this on the website or in the T&Cs on booking.com

The room was exceptionally clean and well-kept while we were there, it is rare to see nowadays. One receptionist proved to be very kind and helpful while she was arranging taxi for us. I liked her kindness and patience while I was contemplating my options. Nice view from the room.

The room was rather noisy. Traffic from the street, singing and shouting of tipsy folks in the small hours, crying kids from the neighbouring room, we had to put up with these all. The noise is there, one cannot change it, and the hotel does not seem to be bothered.

I loved the room. It was the most beautiful room we've stayed in to date. Very beautiful and luxurious. The bed was massive, very quiet outside for a city centre hotel. Breakfast lovely, service great as much tea and coffee refilled for no extra cost. Staff informative and very helpful for information about town and good bars and music . Had a great weekend and only an hour from Belfast. Marshes shopping centre behind hotel also lovely shopping centre. Gyles quay 20 mins away lovely beach. We will be back as soon as we can. Brilliant hotel would recommend to anyone.

Nothing can't fault it. 10/10

Comfortable rooms close to everything

When we went to check in there were two girls at reception they were looking at something on a computer I presume trying to work something out but it would have been nice to have been acknowledged a little sooner just a sorry be with you in a second just felt we were hanging around waiting to be seen however very pleasant when they got to us. Had a big issue with noisy guests the next morning from about seven o'clock wandering up corridors drinks in hand calling up the corridor to each other and banging doors q0the whole time

Check in was very fast thanks to the availability of online check-in, the room was nicely decorated and clean, likewise the bathroom. Breakfast was very good on two of the three mornings, the exception being the morning we went down late, so for a nicely cooked fresh breakfast make sure you go early. The stand out at the Imperial is the quality of the staff, from reception to housekeeping to the serving of breakfast and drinks at the bar everyone was top drawer, polite and happy to take time to have a small chat without being obsequious. Anything we asked for was provided with a smile and helped make our stay a real pleasure. Thank you all.

very few drawbacks, some of the finishes in the room and bathroom could have been more subtly applied, the shower could do with a bit more power and the coffee at breakfast needs to be a few degrees hotter as it cooled very quickly once served

The atmosphere & food were beautiful. There was live music the night we stayed which was great! Staff went above & beyond to help my partner plan a surprise proposal, couldn't thank them enough.

There was absolutely nothing I could complain about. (Few arguments with teenagers on the street when we were there, one chap got an awful beating with a hammer, but not much the staff inside could have done about it as bouncers were aware of it happening outside.)

Lovely hotel, lovely clean rooms. Shower merely a trickle. Wall light hanging off the wall. Door security called Andy was an absolute gentleman. So was Mo who fixed something broken in the room when no one else could. Reception staff very pleasant. A couple of the barstaff while nice, need to be a bit more proactive in their job. Purely an observation

While the hotel is beautiful and well done up, sadly the lack of maintenance in the room let it down. A curtain pole fell before we arrived and reception advised they had no one to fix it. There were alot of street lights coming into the room. They said twice a manager would come and speak to us and give complimentary drinks to apologise as no other rooms available. This never happened. However I mentioned it to the doorman Andy, and he got Mo to go and temporarily put up the curtain that'd stop light shining in. He was more helpful than the manager we never seen! I think having a maintenance man available on call for incidence like this would be advisable.

Good size room. Lovely shower. Very welcoming at reception. Relaxed ambience. All staff were friendly. Location in centre of town was ideal. Cooked breakfast choices and delivery was excellent.

Continental breakfast choices were limited, the server was unable to keep juices replenished. They really need 2 servers during the busy breakfast period. Basin was cracked in our bathroom, not that it caused a problem.

Room was excellent and very tidy. Bed was massive and very comfortable with pillows to sink into..both dinners I had were big portions and very tasty, especially the steak sandwich..all the staff from the reception to the bar staff to the breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming..I was there for 2 nights and I felt like I was at home..best hotel I've stayed in quite a long time and worth every penny..

Can't find any fault to be honest, its just a pity I couldn't stay longer.
