What a fantastic hotel. We enjoyed everything about our stay. All staff went above and beyond, The breakfast was amazing and the lunch at Sydney's was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, spotless and comfortable with a great the shower. Harbour view room was exactly that. Stunning. Onsite free parking too.

If I'm being really fussy, I'd have liked key cards for the rooms instead of a traditional key, but if that's all I can come up with then theres nothing.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Really friendly staff

We booked a standard room for €252 a night, but it was a really small, stuffy room at the back of the hotel, looking straight into apartment windows across a very narrow road, we could have had a conversation with the apartment dwellers. We mentioned it at reception and got moved to a lovely room, what we should have got for that price. Everything was great after that.

The bedroom was nicely decorated with a lovely window seat overlooking the water. The bathroom was not to the same standard - small but functional.

The restaurant staff were friendly however the cooked breakfast was not very nice. The fire alarm woke us up at 6am - not sure what happened - no explanation given nor apology made!

The suite room was fab Very spacious and comfortable (apart from the frequent intermittent noise from the bath plumbing). Reception staff could have been more attentive and welcoming although a very nice helpful young lady found us a parking space. Dining room staff at breakfast were excellent.

Great location in town to walk to everything.

The Friday night party event in the bar area was extremely loud. It was loud at night on the street. But it was the weekend and a busy one with the Regatta going on, which we didn't know. But a great stay overall a d a great property.

The hotel was central to everything in town. It was so close to tons of shops and restaurants and even a boat tour for the harbor. Parking was onsite so I didn’t have to worry about where to park. Everything was so nice! Breakfast was included and was great.

Nothing… would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful harbour view from hotel bedroom. The Bedrooom was spacious and clean with very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast offering with equally prompt staff service. Staff service for all areas of the hotel was top class. Overall, a very impressive stay and I'll be back !

The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The bedroom was immaculately and tastefully appointed. An example of excellent interior design with elegant simplicity.

We could not have asked for anything more during our stay. Breakfast and dinner were both exceptional.

Actons Hotel Kinsale is in a terrific location by the water, and has parking for its guests. The staff was gracious and efficient. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and clean, and breakfast could not have been better. Our sole regret was that we did not stay longer.

Location, great views and on the edge of town centre. Really liked that the checkout time was up till 12 midday

We did get forgotten at breakfast in regards to taking our order but there was a tour group having to leave by 10am so they were probably under a bit of pressure.
