The hotel is stunning from staff, cleanliness, hospitality, food, swimming pool its flawless one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in 5 stars for sure I cant wait to go back

Great pool. Lovely meal in the bar. Great service. Good atmosphere as plenty of other customers. Great to not have to go out again in search of an evening meal.

Maybe too much chlorine in the pool? We all had really stinging eyes when any of the jets were on. Breakfast a little chaotic - appreciate that on a busy weekend that this can happen if you’re just one or two staff members short? Had to keep asking for orange juice. Then told there was none. I don’t drink tea/coffee so a bit of a shame. Then some orange juice appeared in the end. Also had to chase up the toast and we’d almost finished our food when it came out. Breakfast food choices were lovely though.

Room was gorgeous, well presented, spotless. Ask for one near the front of the hotel as these have power showers and have been done up in recent years. The coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

We ate in the bar - our bench seat had a big split in the fabric, tables had plastic sachets of ketchup, mustard, but cutlery was being served in really heavy linen type napkins which seemed a bit of a mismatch. We both agreed prices have shot up since our last visit, the food quality and eating location didn't warrant the prices - €20-22 for Burger and chips, Fish and chips. Instructions for the much appreciated coffee machine in the room would have helped.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. A big thank you to Gillian and Johnson who organised a fridge for our room. Bedrooms were beautiful and the beds themselves were very comfortable. I was very impressed with the pillows as they are usually useless in hotels. These were very good. The breakfast was gorgeous. Lot's of selections and very tasty. Denise and Fra there were brilliant and kept us sorted and in the craic. We ate in the bar on 2 nights and it was beautiful. Small menu and the food was amazing. I didn't use the leisure centre but it seemed nice. I did get a massage from Audrey, the beautician who is based in the leisure centre. AMAZING!!! I'll definitely be back.

The only complaint was that some of the doors were quite heavy, which may cause accessibility issues.

Great helpful and cheerful staff at reception and bar and restaurant areas made for a very pleasant stay. The facilities are absolutely spotless, food was good also. Professional but friendly bar staff. Room was spotless, shower was top end powerful with a rain attachment that worked really well. Large wall-mounted tv was very well appointed with clear pictures and good UK etc channels.

It was excruciatingly hot and humid in the room and no air conditioning or fans. I would really recommend that hotel consider fitting rooms with fans as standard - Ireland is not a cold place in the Summer any more.

Our stay at Carrigaline Court Hotel was nice. The leisure centre was okay but the breakfast in Bistro was the star of the day.

We were in 3 people but the room was prepared for 2. Only 2 water, 2 cups, 2 bath towel. Plus the room wasn't properly clean. At the bathroom fingerprint at the mirrors and a stain on the wall near the switch. Mismatch of information regarding room service. We wanted to order a pizza for our daughter and were told by reception that we should go to the Bar to order it. At the bar they said we could order by phone. Collins bar service was terrible. Bar staff do not pay attention to customers, leave them waiting and grudgingly serve.

Friendly staff, nice rooms with tea/coffee facilities and lovely showers. Room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. It was great to get to use the pool/spa facilities. Bistro restaurant was good as was the bar on site. Priyanka was lovely on reception and very responsive to emails when booking :)

We were in Ireland in the hottest week of the year and the hotel doesn’t have aircon / fans so it was very very hot, but that’s hardly the hotel’s fault and we cooled off in the pool!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and well maintained. The Bistro restaurant was beautifully decorated and the food in the bar was delicious too. The swimming pool was excellent. Very clean and well kept. Great to see a lifeguard on duty at all times too.

The room was a bit too hot and stuffy. No air was able to circulate when the window was open, and no fans provided. Couldn't leave the window open at night either as the main road was quite noisy.

Fantastic hotel, loved the pool, staff all very friendly, Only negative would be very very hot at night we had to leave the window open and could hear passing traffic but once asleep the beds were so comfortable. The restaurant food was OK. 17.95 for a chicken salad a very small portion but was nice, steak was only ok but not the worst. All in all we had a wonderful few days and would definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves in the area again.

I stayed with my daughter and her friend for the Olly Murs concert in the Marquee, the girl in reception was friendly and helpful , we arrived at same time as bus load of french tourist, but chexk in was very easy and professional no delays at all

Room was fab, but when we were packing up we found a dirty wet sock under the edge of the bed that we hadnt seen when we arrived , everything elae was spotless, didnt say anything to reception when checking out as these things happen and human error is natural
