location is convenient, 10-15 minutes walk to Old city and very close to central city and market. great common areas where we could rest, have a breakfast and even a dinner one time after we bought a lot of food to try on the market . Rooftops are excellent with great views and tables

there is no safe in the rooms. also, not a big deal, but most of the rooms are kind of small with pretty small shower in the bathrooms.

The view was magnificent and suits the name of the hotel. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and adore it. Location was perfect in the centrum. Near to “old town” and the walking street (Ben Yehuda Street). There was also a supermarket on first floor. A travelling company (Abraham Tour Jerusalem) was in 1-2 minutes walking distance. The hotel was at the station as a staff member pointed out. So it was very easy to take the “light train” to the “old city” and central station. We also took the train from the airport in Tel-Aviv with help from a staff member. The staff was very nice and helpful with everything they could. Someone came and checked on the television for us. We have never had such a welcoming and guidance before arriving to a hotel. It was very nice to be able to have coffee, tee and water any time.

I expected a more glamorous hotel. It was almost a apartment hotel. There wasn’t someone at the reception always, just unto 20. But we could contact the staff via “WhatsApp”any time. You could not have breakfast at the hotel but buy a breakfast in a coffee shop on first floor with discount. You had to have the card with you all times. If not you could risk locking yourself in a space not being able to get into the hallway. We experienced two nights terrible music disturbance in the next building but also it was “The feast of Tabernacles” when we stayed at the hotel.

We arrived after almost 2 hours traffic from Hebron tired and sweating.  We misunderstood the instructions to get into the building, so it was a bit difficult to get in. Once we made it and arrived at the top floor where the check in is,  we where greated by whom we think was the hotel manager, and a lovely Spanish speaking Helena from the reception. They must have seen that we where tired and offered a drink to what we agree. We chose a glass of white wine and were offered a complimentary bottle of fresh Israel white wine, enjoying it in the spectacular terrace overlooking the old town of Jerusalem. What a spectacular welcoming! Our room was 2 floors below with its own separate big terrace to enjoy the view. Room was small, but bright, and with all amenities outside in a lobby room like coffee and tea, wonderful! The location could not be better, next to Jaffa Street and 5 minutes walk from famous lively Mahaneh Yehuda Market. On our departure the receptionist and manager arranged a taxi to Tel Aviv Airport as it was Saturday (Shabat) and no public transport was available. Manager even texted us to know about our stay and wish us a good trip. Such an excellency in service! We will definetely come back. Congratulation to all the staff and thanks for their help and warmth. Bobi and Andrés

This property is in a convenient neighborhood, a lot of shops and restaurants around. There is a supermarket next to the entrance of the building which is very convenient to get something for the breakfast. Although breakfast is not provided, coffee, tea, hot water and cookies are free all day. A light rail station is right outside the building which is two stations away from Jerusalem old city Jaffa gate in one direction and three stations away from Jerusalem central train station in the other direction. We experienced two rainy days during our three days visit. The property lent us umbrellas which were very helpful! The manager was very friendly. She greeted us when we arrived and kindly shown us how to go around the city.

The hotel is on one of the main streets of Jerusalem. You have to contact them to arrange a time for check in. We just turned up and another guest happened to be coming out of the building which has an access code so we got in. Once in the lift lobby you need a key card to call the lift, again we were lucky as one of the staff was coming to meet other guests so she stumbled upon us and told us and sent us to the 15th floor where the hotel lobby is for check in. Our rooms were small but our floor had a balcony area to sit in the evening and a small communal kitchenette and seating area which was nice. There is free coffee all day on our floor and also at the lobby. The hotel is approx 15mins walk to the bus station and about 20mins walk to the Old Town Jaffa Gate entrance. There is places to eat and supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is a nice place to stay and I would have no hesitation recommending to a friend.

Very little to complain about here. It has a hostel type feel but rooms are ensuite. You can however hear others entering and exiting their rooms and the floor. Bathroom is also quite tight especially the shower.

The hotel is small with a handful of rooms which makes it very personal. You feel like you have a lot of privacy and it feels very homely. There is a shared kitchenette and sitting area on the floor we stayed on, which is nice to move out of the bedroom to. We choose the most budget room, which although small, was sufficient and with a modern bathroom. There are two roof tops - one that leads out from the kitchenette area on the bedroom floor and up on the lobby check on level. Phenomenal 360’ view of Jerusalem with comfortable outdoor seating to spend hours out there! The location is superb - walking distance to the Old Town and right outside the metro! As a recommendation - The holocaust museum is on the metro line and was an absolute must. We underestimated how incredibly drawing and well presented it was and only expected it to be a few hours - 6 hours later I was only half way through! You should allocate atleast half a day to skim it!

The arrival was tricky - the hotel is in a residential building so you need to keep your eyes open and need the access code in advance. The hotel floor should be advertised in the building (although I take it that there is a building restriction over this;) The staff had sent us the arrival details so it was our fault for not checking them in advance. Do expect to see the arrival info then you will be well prepared and all will be fine. It was only a small hiccup and didn’t disappoint the stay at all.

Love this hotel. The entrance may not be fancy but you do get a room with a wonderful view of Jerusalem. The huge patio was also very nice for sunrise and sunsets. Love the room and the shared pantry where you get coffee, tea and water. The owner Yaki was very hospitable and made sure we enjoyed our stay and also made sure to recommend restaurants that are open on Shabbat.

Nothing much to complain about except the lift access was a bit of a long wait and especially during Shabbat when one of the lifts started going to every floor. But it didn’t spoil our stay

Location is great, room was clean and the view was perfect. Hotel is right on Jaffa street above a light rail station, couple of stops away from the Old City, and a few minutes walk from the market. Staff was very friendly, and while some past reviews say the hotel is hard to find, it's seems they've worked hard to fix that. There are noticeable signs and we got a message on our day of arrival with clear instructions.

Noise from the street was loud. While the hotel is at the 15th floor, you could still hear the train and cars. Sounds proof windows would make a huge difference.

This small unique property in the heart of Jerusalem. Really enjoyed living like the residents. The roof top decks were amazing and the communal areas with complimentary coffee and tea great. As close to home as you can get.
