The room was clean and nice. We requested for a baby cot and it was already in the room when we arrived. The shuttle was prompt and the driver was nice and friendly. We were looking for an airport hotel for an overnight stay and this worked very well.

The staff could have been nicer during check in. After a long travel, I certainly did not need extra hassles during the check in process.

The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best I’ve slept in. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Good for going to the city, or airport. Shuttle runs 24/7 which was nice, they take you to the airport and at the airport you can take a 20 minute train to Downtown Toronto. Much cheaper than staying downtown.

You get cookies whenever you ask for it at the front desk, only when we check-out, the woman told us you only get it when checking in which isn’t true. She was a bit rude and gave me the feeling that as soon as we checked out, she didn’t care at all.

Smooth check in/ value/ breakfast, and the cookie was great!Shuttle the next morning was perfect and we arrived at airport in plenty of time to catch out flight. The morning staff at the lobby restaurant were so friendly, it was just lovely. Check out was simple and no issues left unresolved.

I prefer the drapes that close all the way and darken the room. I had a late flight time and an early departure so I really needed to sleep as soon as we reached the hotel room. Shear curtains were an issue for me.

The lady at the front desk was rude and not very helpful at checkin

I especially liked the professionalism of the staff. The night front desk reception was extremely professional and helpful; the morning front desk reception (tall afro American) both professional and very helpful and supervisor/manager of breakfast lounge very very accommodating and helpful. Room very clean and room attendant very polite and courteous.

Shuttle driver very rude and discriminatory. Treated me differently and dismissive. Told me I was not for his pickup and was about to leave us after waiting at stop 39 as instructed. Refused to look at my confirmation booking initially and reluctantly allowed us to board shuttle. Baggage handler had to load my suitcases and was frustrated with the driver's attitude.

The breakfast was quite nice with lots of fresh fruit options. There was also a chef preparing eggs/omelettes to order. Serving staff very friendly and engaging.

Check in staff quite rude and dismissive. Morning staff and check out was the opposite. I wish I had read the hotel description better because I would have chosen a hotel with free parking. I won’t return to this hotel because $16/night is ridiculous for parking.

The front desk staff was very nice, I think it's pretty cool they offer warmed welcome cookies, upon arrival. The property itself, was pretty nice, and seems to be well maintained. The room was a good temperature, upon arrival, and there was a mini fridge!

The room was a little small, for the cost of it for one night. The bathroom did have some hairs on the floor, I would suggest a more thorough double checking after house keeping. Overall it was a great stay though.

Very handy for an early departure from Pearson, with various dining options & public transit connections nearby. Quite soundproof despite the proximity to the airport! Nice to see the hotel bar was open in the evening, many have been closed since the pandemic.

The policy that you can only book the airport shuttle at check-in is less than ideal for those who will be checking in late. Our preferred shuttle time was already booked and they run at 40-min intervals, so the later arrival time at the airport made our early flight more stressful than we had hoped.

Nice entrance clean rooms

You had to ask for room cleaning services 24 hours in advance 🫤 and it’s not always possible because we were out during the day and only came back in the evening and then it was too late 😒 sometimes we are too busy to even remember so definitely a bad bad option 🙏 Also, during breakfast, the chef was making eggs as per everyone’s choice putting pork meat etc as well…we were looking for vegetarian options and they didn’t even have a separate pans for people who are not allowed to eat meat/pork like us so a total waste of money on breakfast for us 😢

Room, AC, location, breakfast and swimming pool were great. Shuttle was always on time and on point. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful to guests

Needed a HDMI cord, and called the Helpdesk to ask for some 'help'. I had barely finished the sentence asking for help with a cord when the front desk replied with a resounding 'No". I was asking next, "can you please help ask if Someone on your IT team...", I got cut off mid-sentence with "Nobody has", and she got off the call. She could have been busy or not, it was the tone of voice and irritation. I've managed large teams remotely for so long, I pick up on inflections easily. Sadly that interaction stood out for me throughout my stay, I am not going back there. Courtesy is a big point for me!
