We stayed for about 5 nights and we were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms and the bathroom. We appreciated the well-stocked toiletries available. Housekeeping makes sure the rooms are spotless, everyday. And the staff was very helpful in assisting us with questions regarding which trains to take. The hotel is also centrally located and is a short walk away to convenience stores and the train stations and malls. We highly recommend Hotel Vischio.

location is great near the main Osaka station which is convenient if you want to travel around Osaka and cities around there.

They refused to make hotel reservations outside the hotel which is so unprofessional and I’ve never had that experience elsewhere. The hotel has only one restaurant and is always closed. Japan restaurant is not easy to book due to the lack of English language reservation system.

The hotel is well located near Omeda train station, with many restaurants and malls around. It is also near the bus station. The wifi works very well and the room has a decent space, though do not expect a spacious hotel room in Japan. The AC is good and quiet. The rooms include also an air cleaner. Beds are confortable and rooms are quiet even when facing the street.

There is no place to put the clothes besides some hangers. This is usually a problem in Japanese hotels. I do not know how they do it, but really not enough to expect one to keep the clothes in the bags on the floor.

The room is real spacious by Japanese standards. Clean and modern. Highly professional & respectful staff. Check in and out are a breeze. Excellent location yet not crowded or noisy. Both the cafe and the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel serve decent food.

Only very minor complaint is that carpet in the room looks a bit beat-up and has quite a bit of stains. Perhaps because of the color (light gray).

Very conveniently located next to Umeda station. on site, coin operated, laundry was easy to utilize in English. Staff was very friendly, respectful, and most knew enough English that communication was smooth. AC worked great and kept up with 90F outside temperature in high humidity.

Though breakfast was good and had many options I would have liked to see a few more Western style foods available. Most guest were not Western so it makes sense that they didn’t have this.

Nice, cosy hotel with excellent breakfast at an extremely affordable rate. If you booked the room without breakfast, i still recommend to have it at the hotel. It’s worth it. Hotel location is near the Umeda station, which makes underground train access easy. Verdict: very recommended place to stay in Osaka!

-Walkable distance from JR OSAKA STATION -Many restaurants (in Grand Fron Osaka Bldg and Yodobashi Camera Bldg) and combini around the hotel -Room size is very good -Worth the money -Staffs are very helpful and polite. Especially Miss Sayaka Saito. She helps me a lot for this stay

-Getting to hotel might be a bit confuse when exit from JR OSAKA STATION for first timer (For me it is ok)

Location was great, close to major local train stations.

Unfortunately, they were no baggage Porters to help with suitcases to our rooms. If carts were provided for customers, that would be helpful. Also, I wanted to get late checkout & they charged 500 yens for each room for only an hour extension. It didn't seem like they were that busy ?

Excellent location , near osaka Station. Away from the busy main road , therefore less noisy. Daily room cleaning with free water which is well appreciated

The washing/dryer took 2 hours to wash and dry. Hope there is option for speeed wash

Everything. Location is very convenient if you plan to go other cities near Osaka such as Kyoto or Nara. Close to the JR Osaka Station and the Umeda Subway Station. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Hotel has everything you need.
