The location is right in the city centre of Rotterdam, making it very easy to access different points of interest (although it's a 25 minutes walk away from the train station). The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed it. The bed and pillows were comfortable and our room was rather quiet, which allowed us to rest properly.

Our room had a lot 'usage' signs and quite some dirty signs too. The walls were full of black and black-ish stains, the desk had some weird, hard transparent thing on top, and the TV remote was disgusting. The bathroom is quite small even though the shower was large and great. We were unlucky that the safe didn't work in the first room we were given, so then we were moved to another room and this second room had a view towards a car park whereas our first room had a nice canal and river view.

Clean and quiet - but with a window that can be opened (some hotels no longer have that option!) Helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Late breakfast till 12 at the weekend.

No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room (booking.com incorrectly lists 'kettle' as a room facility). Price much higher for the jazz festival weekend (but all Rotterdam hotels are the same... good old 'market forces'!!)

Good location. Friendly staff particularly a lovely gentleman called Deangelo who worked in the bar are and supplied us with cheese and nut’s with our drinks in a lovely manner.

Unfortunately we had a very unhelpful person on the night shift on the 3rd night who was very rude when explaining that the bar facilities were closed. Would have appreciated more hangers and tea making facilities in our room.

Location, location, location!!! Loved the location, everything you want to see is within walking distance. Easy to find hotel in downtown area. There was a parking garage right next door that was secure and affordable. Guests can request a kettle and coffee for the room when you check in.

The bed in both my room and my friends were extremely worn and concave…always ending up rolling towards the middle. They really needed to be replaced.

located in the best spot. i could sightsee the most important by day and found some amazing bars by night. Staff was very friendly (Specially a woman named DIVINE) and the bed was very comfy.

i've been living in rotterdam for the past 4 years and my parents & friends are coming to visit me from time to time. I can really say that this hotel is THE BEST in whole city. The people are the most amazing, helpful and problem-solver hoteliers i've ever seen. They are all about customer satisfaction, they even opened up the bar to serve us some tea when we were cold at night. Everything about this hotel is perfect. Best price-service combo in whole city!!!

Good breakfast, Very good location, Nice bar with 3 kinds tap beer. So reasonable price.

No fridge, No cup, No glass in the room. No hear treatment, No microwave.

1) The very central location which is a great benefit for sure, but in the same time the busy streets are away, so you are not disturbed by the noise. 2) Comfy beds which is important. 3) Clean facilities. 4) Friendly staff.

1) Breakfast: no scrambled eggs available (no English breakfast too!), coffee is below average, juice is possibly the cheapest one. 2) Whilst parking is discounted, you still have to pay extra, so count that into! 3) Cashless - so don't forget your bank card. 4) A kettle can be provided at request, but is not by default in the room.

the hotel is smack in the city centre, only a 20-minute walk from the central station, close to markthal and the cube houses. Shops are not far away. Room was clean, shower was surpisingly big compared to some other hotel rooms I stayed in. A lot of restaurants nearby. I loved the fact that you could choose to not have your room cleaned when staying multiple nights!

Bed was hard to sleep on, pillows were not very comfortable and fluffy but all in all, the room was more than OK. An extra bin in the room instead of just one in the bathroom would be more convenient.

This hotel is an excellent choice when you visit Rotterdam. It is very clean, and the buffet breakfast is fresh and delicious. It is 5 minutes walking distance to the train/metro station, restaurants, and many landmarks to be seem. Most importantly it is the staff; they are very friendly and responsive. I must mention that Dominique is a kind nonstop multitask lady, always smiling and very proactive. She welcomes us before the check in time and manage to find a nice room and help us with other matters as well. She absolutely went above and beyond.
