Excellent value for a family of five. Comfortable beds, little additional space (not needed), and clean and perfectly functional bath/shower. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Location couldn’t be better. Easy access by tramway from airport, even with luggage. Will use again shouldvour travels bring us back to Florence.

We loved our stay at the Annabella Hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Florence. The staff were really lovely and helpful and gave us great tips for our visit. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself was charming. The rooftop terrace with its picturesque view was a wonderful place to relax after a long day of enjoying the city. I definitely recommend it for visitors to Florence.

The breakfast was good. Small amount of hot food available.

The shower was small and the seals on the floor needed replacing as during a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. My wife left a sentimental garment at the hotel and I emailed them days ago, and still no response. Very noisy in the evening until midnight with young people staying there.

Location Location Location!!!! Great spot to launch our travels...2 minute walk to the train station...just 5 to 10 minutes from the Duomo and all the other attractions....Ferdinand at the desk was very very helpful in letting us know how to get around and arranged for our taxi to the airport....the rooftop terrace was a gem for us to go up and enjoy our breakfast or a nightcap....we had 2 different rooms during our two stays and the room on the Bijou side was bigger and very nice...thanks!!

Property is in a great location- close to the train station and close to city center. It is located within a building on the top floor, which includes a terrace with views of the Duomo. The staff was friendly and helpful! We got great advice about what to do during our short trip. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a lot of options (including for a vegetarian).

Everything was great. We could not figure out the building’s elevator so we climbed steps with out luggage, but I recommend if you cannot figure out the elevator, go and ask for advice. We learned the doors have to be closed on all the floors (and it seemed someone left it open).

Location is good, within 5 mins walk from train station. There are convenient stores around. Room was clean, comfortable and right size for a family of 4. Beds were soft yet provided enough support. The breakfast pistachio crossaint was surprisingly good, it's the best crossaint I have tasted throughout my Italy trip. Provided luggage storage service as well. The elevator was really old but functional, giving us a special experience to try an old elevator.

The lobby was full one kind of smell, which was rather unpleasant. Fortunately, the room itself was much better without any smell. One of the staff was not so friendly, he was impatient and his speaking tone was displeasure when helping us with luggage storage and directing us the location of washroom. If not because of the attitude of this staff, i would rate the hotel higher.

The hotel was within walking distance of the train station and the tram stop was a 20 minute ride to the airport. The breakfast that we opted to pay extra for was excellent. A nice variety of food and drinks. There was something for everyone. Access into the building was easy but still felt secure. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace, although small, had beautiful views of the city.

Thankfully we were only there for 2 nights as the room was much smaller than expected. Definitely not comfortable for a family of 5.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to stay at Hotel Annabella Roof Terrace for our one-night visit to Florence. I was specifically looking for a hotel close to the train station, the city center, and the stunning churches and historical landmarksand this hotel delivered perfectly. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality. The receptionist went above and beyond to ensure both my mother and I felt welcome, making sure she was comfortable in the room. Her kindness made a lasting impression. The hotel itself was spotless, and our family-sized room was spacious with some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. It truly offers exceptional value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional breakfast. Terrific value for money. Excellent location near the train station so you don't have to lug your luggage everywhere. Very kind and helpful receptionists. They have an elevator for your luggage, a big plus in Europe. Lovely rooftop terrace to take in the views. Very comfortable room. Hotel-grade beds and bathrooms. Rooms were expected size, and beds and blankets were very comfortable

The room itself was very slightly dusty, although the bathroom was spotless. The view from the terrace is the domed church of Basilica di San Lorenzo, not the more famous Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore

There are amazing views of the Duomo and the city from the beautiful roof terrace which has lots of bright flowers on it - that is the selling point of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and we had new windows in our room but the finishings were poor which let the room down. We had a decent fridge in the room and air conditioning.

Breakfast was good, but the tables were a bit tight, not enough room to easily get up and down without disturbing the neighbouring table. The lift was very small and very old and didn't always work. It would have been appreciated to have help with our suitcases up the winding staircase, but none was offered 'it's just one flight' we were told, so we had to manage by ourselves. It is a very old building, but the place needed some refurbishment, and what had they had started to do had poor finish, like they were only part way through the job and had stopped.
