there was no breakfast but that was OK

l am a senior citizen and do not do well with having to use the internet to get in the hotel. I prefer a receptionist on the ground floor when I arrive. You need to let people know before they book!

The location was great-- not in the center -center, but not far. I would stay here again. It was a 7 minute walk from the train and a 15 minute walk from most attractions. The room was large and comfortable. They had luggage storage which was a plus.

The room was a bit outdated and needs to be renewed. Also, the limited check-in time was annoying. We arrived at 13:30 and they informed us we had to come back between 3 and 7 for check in, That was very inconvenient because we were in the middle of an attraction and had to leave early. The elevator moves at snails pace. My daughter went up the stairs and arrived much faster. The elevator is good for luggage only.

Location is a short walk from the train station right near the centre of Florence, making it really easy to walk to most places from. It's only a few minutes walk from the Central Market, 10 minutes from places like the Duomo and maybe 15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The room was a good size, both of us got big beds. The room had air conditioning and a little fridge. It also had a little place with hangers to hang clothes up and a dressing table and long mirror. The bathroom was very serviceable; toilet, shower, bidet, towel rack and a storage unit to put your toiletries.

The only thing I didn't like was the toilet didn't flush very well. It would flush maybe once every 15-20 minutes, which made it difficult with 2 of us using it.

We loved the great location, ease of access and the size of the room (booked for two people and got a room for four). The staff were incredibly friendly, checking multiple times if everything was okay and we liked the room. The hotel was very clean and the beds super comfortable. Location is wonderful if you're tavelling by train. For breakfast you can just walk around the corner to the Mercato Centrale. 10 minutes to the dome and other historical sights. There is a lift, but walking to the second floor is not a problem either. We've stayed in three-star hotels that were a lot worse than this place! The price is great, reall good value for money. We would definitely return.

The shower wasn't the best (but served its purpose) and they didn't replace the single-use toiletries during our three-night stay. But honestly for this price we couldn't complain! Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise at night since the road below is busy.

The personnel was very helpful. They lend us a plug connector to fit our Spanish plugs and were very attentive. It is very well situated near the train station and in the old city. There are plenty of restaurants around. Clean and spacious, it is more than enough to spend there a few days.

It is a hotel situated on the second floor of a building. It has a lift but it is a small slow lift that I would really not like to use regularly. Note that this is a one star hotel, so as expected: no breakfast and no extra amenities. You get a small soap bar, some shampoo, clean towels,... but don't expect anything beyond the basics. The reception is not 24/7, although they are flexible. But you are on your own during the nights. If you are a picky guest, you may not feel comfortable.

Hotel Nazionale is in a really great location. about a 10 minute walk from the train station and other main areas, and you can hop on the subway easily as well. The rooms were really clean and had everything we needed, and the staff was really friendly and accommodating (we left our luggage in the lobby for a few hours before our train out).

The only negative was that the pillows were really lumpy, so not too comfortable.

Room was spacious and so bright and clean. we had our own fridge which was so handy. The shower was also one of the best showers I have ever used. There was air con in the room which was perfect. The location was very central and made it easy to see all the sights of Florence and the lady at the desk was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Florence

It is large, clean very comfortable room. Rome has everything you need to have rest. Personal waited for my check in for 1 additional hour,very happy with they service. I would give to this hotel 4☆☆☆☆ thanks for having us in your hotel.

I liked everything.

The room was clean, at a short distance from the main train station and within walking distance from all the major sites. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The rooms are on the 2nd floor. The elevator is very small and narrow - I was afraid to use it.

no proper cups in bedroom only one or two paper cups for three people and not even this everyday yet kettle and condiments provided...pity
