Great location minutes from Firenze Novella station and Santa Maria del Fiore, 15 min walk to Uffizi, 17 min to Ponte Vecchio, 20 min to Giardino di Boboli. The room was bright and clean. Great that there was a bright, airy and clean common area with a kitchen stove, sink, frig, two tables and chairs and a washing machine!

I think this was the room that could've used a new shower fixture but don't quote me on that -- a minor, merely cosmetic observation. Had a minor problem with accessing the floor door with the punch code but luckily this was quickly straightened out with a text to Daniele who responded immediately on What's App.

The room was clean. The location was excellent, 3 minute walk from train station and 5 minutes to the duomo. The shared hallway and kitchen were nicely presented - we used the fridge to keep water cold. The balcony in our room was an added bonus and provided lovely views. Air con was very effective.

The room was small for 4 adults. It was advertised as more of an apartment, but its a private room, with a shared entrance hall and kitchen which is shared with other rooms in the apartment.

It was a great experience! The location is perfect, at 5 min walking from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Train Station. All the main touristic sites are within walking distance too. My room was spacious and clean. The mattress was really comfy and soft, and so does the pillow. I also had access to air conditioning. It is also equipped with a safe. There is a large wardrobe and a kettle for hot water too. The apartment was warm enough. There were several power points in the room so it was very easy to charge multiple devices simultaneously. The kitchen is also well-equipped, neat, and clean! I did not cook but there are pans/pots, an induction stove, and a microwave for making dinner. While the bathroom is private, the kitchen is shared. Overall, it was an excellent value-for-money ratio🥰 Daniele, the host, was really kind and available. I would definitely recommend him as a host😊

I did not expect mosquitos in Florence in December, but there were some. When I opened the window, which is not equipped with a mosquitos grid, some of those entered the room. It would also be a big plus for me If the check-out would have been until 12.00/13.00 instead of 10.00.

The room was as expected. A double bed and a couch that was converted to a double bed (was a bit small for two but we stayed as a family so it worked out well). The room was very clean and tidy. The location was perfect, just across the train station and very central overall. We travelled to Lucca, Pisa and Siena with train. The owner, Daniele, provided us with all the necessary information and was always available to reach by WhatsApp.

A few improvements could be done for breakfast. Lovely and kind staff at the Dispensa Emilia cafe but the variety of options was limited for a stay of 4 days.

Daniele is a friendly, helpful and communicative proprietor. Jade just a couple of minutes ' walk from the train station which makes it perfect for dropping off luggage immediately upon arrival, and for early morning train departures like mine was! Very clean, efficient, and well run. I happen to like minimalistic and perfunctory accommodation, so this was excellent!

It's on the 4th floor and the lift is tiny, so anyone with a lot of heavy luggage may have an issue. It was perfect for me, though, as a solo lite traveller!

The pictures made me think we'd have the living space and kitchen within our apartment - this isn't the case. These are communal areas and only your bedroom and bathroom are private. This works perfectly well , just slightly different to what I anticipated

TV didn't work - no remote control. Assumed breakfast was included (b&b) but it wasn't. No where to store bags securely on departure day - I gambled my bags would be okay (which they were) but would've preferred a.secure option.

Very clean, comfy, great location, not noisy, helpful and kind host.

Faced an issue with electronic lock, but it was resolved very quick even in the middle of the night and we got some (local and very nice) meals gratis as an apology - thumbs up!

we arrived early before check in..so I asked to be let into the room earlier than check in. and they cleaned up early and explained early. we could enjoy Firenze and work easy because of hotel’s thoughtful.hotel was also super clean and amazing place.thank you
