it was closer to everything from the trains, trams, and buses station. Also, a lot of restaurants close by everything was walking distance.

the bathroom is not well kept and safe deposit box is very old and very small. the tiles inside the shower needs to be scrubbed.

The location is excellent, so easy to walk from the station with cases! The staff were friendly and the room was really clean. I think it was great value for the price we paid. Kettle in the room was handy. We would stay here again.

The room was small so it was difficult to navigate with our cases, it would be fine if you were just on a short trip with small bags. The bathroom was really small with no place for towels to hang or anywhere to put toiletries. But the shower was a good size and towls were changed daily. I thought it was a b&b so was expecting breakfast, the info in the room said breakfastin room 8am-9.30.....maybe we didn't pay for it. No big deal as there are lots of brilliant, reasonably priced cafes close by.

The room was comfortable with a comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. It is near the train station and airport tram, T2, the bath was clean and the shower relaxing. The continental breakfast was good and a good value. There’s AC in the room which, a big plus!

Minor things: it needs towel hooks int the bath, the entry gate of the street slams closed which woke me a couple of times (jet lag did not help, either)

The location was very good, 10min walk to the duomo and with the train station near by as well. Very comfy room, hot shower with good water pressure. Good wi-fi. We didn't have the opportunity to have the breakfast in the room because we left early but it had a small table and a couch as well. Also they had extra blankets which was very much appreciated, the room as not cold at all but I like the extra blanket :) Very intuitive check-in as well!

Location is really good near the tram station and close to city center. The AC was working and this was important as ouside there where 37 degree. The bed was comfortable and the water at the shower was perfect. It was a good value for the money.

The bathroom was really small and in need of renovation. The owner is kind of hard to talk to at the phone. She tried to redraw my cancellation money 6 days before my cancellation policy started. Later she asked me to pay the whole amount (for 5 nights) in advance (a week in advance) to have the self checkin codes. In the end after discussions with her and the booking office, I've paid only the cancellation policy money in advance, got the codes (but only because booking staff talked to her) the day prior to my arriving and paid the rest at the hotel. This part was really horrible, giving me panic attacks.

It was clean and nice, I did the checking by myself there was no staff waiting for us, I just followed all the instructions provided by the guest and arrived without any problem.

The rooms was supposed to be B&B but the breakfast was not included, even though it says that it was included.

Location is very close to train station. Fareed who maintain the services was cooperative. Great if you like sold style rooms There are numerous options of restaurants and shops around the place Very very clean and modernized bathroom

Almost nothing. They have tricky left there but with use and good instructions from the staff it was easy to deal with

The location is close to the Firenze station and close to the center. The room was warm, nice and clean and we had private bathroom with hot water at every hour we neded. The personal is very kind. The communication was very good, the staff waited for us and when we lived, we could live there our luggage for free couple of hours. Our rezervation didn't include breakfast but close to the location are many restaurant, fast food ( Mc Donald's) and cafes.

Fantastic location right around the corner from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Very clean, very friendly staff, easy in/out entry/exit to building. Building also has elevator if you’re luggage is heavy. Staff is available during the day at location and available via phone in evening.

No refrigerator in room. There is a community microwave & but really needs a community refrigerator also.

Right next to the Termini station and not too far from Mercato Centrale - it was easy to get to places. Air conditioning was good (essential in summer!). Room was spacious.

The lift is very small, but at least there’s a lift so we are thankful. The water in the shower drains very slowly.
