It was a lovely stay, comfortable, quiet and very well located. The check-in was easy and the steps to follow were well described. The staff was available via Whatsapp and they were very responsive and helpful.

Communication via Whatsapp was convenient but only if you have a Whatsapp account, which not everyone does. Without this channel of communication, it might be difficult for some guests to get in touch and all the information they need since there is no on-site staff.

Great Location. Comfortable bed. Luggage can be left outside the room, but the compound has close-circuit camera coverage.

The host mentioned it has a lift while we chatted before coming, my wife has a back problem and we had big luggage. Once arrived at the location, surprised to see there was no lift. When contacted the host, they mentioned lift is in another of their property, not in this particular one. We had to carry all the luggages up to the 3rd floor.

We loved how comfy the bed was, didn't want to leave! The location was awesome too, we were only a few minutes from the Duomo which we visited every night!

There was construction work outside during the time we stayed, and some odour which i assumed was from outside too. But i cant say if it would or would not be there if there was no construction :)

First — the location — it is absolutely ideal, 6 min from the railway station, 10 min to the Duomo. The nearby streets are full of restaurants and bars with good ratings, a lot of small supermarkets in 5 min walking. Very convenient. The check-in — no need to wait for someone or talk to someone: I received a 3-steps check-in list in 1 day before arrival. Works perfectly, especially when you are tired after traveling from another city. The room — it is small, but you have everything you need like a small fridge or even a coffee machine. The bed is quite large and comfortable. Despite the room is small, it is very quiet because there is a bathroom between your room and the next one. The bathroom — the showering experience was fantastic, the shower area is spatial, 2 types of shower heads and a wooden-like floor. Now I want the same floor at home :) The cosmetics is Prija, which smells very good with a mix of herbs and a perfume.

great location, right by the centre (5 min walk from station and 10 mins to the Duomo!), easy to find, staff easy to get hold of and very helpful. The spa bath and sauna were wonderful!

a few minor things had been overlooked - the remote for the tv didn’t work as needed new batteries, the mini bar wine was never put in the fridge and the two bottles of water left for us in there - one was half empty!

There were no difficulties checking in and out, the location is close to the train station and a walking distance from all the major attractions.

In the room with the sauna, the shower and toilet share a single glass door which made it awkward for us to use. Inside the shower we had no shelf to put soap and shampoo bottles.

The accommodation was in a very good location, close to the train station. The room was clean. The communication with the owner was very good, it was possible to leave the bags before entering the room. There are no kitchen utensils in the room, you will not be able to prepare your own food. We booked a room for four adults - we got one double bed and a bunk bed, where it was impossible to climb, there were no stairs.

We appreciated the excellent location of this spectacular apartment, which offered both convenience and comfort. Additionally, the availability of nearby parking added to the overall positive experience of our stay in the city.

Nothing, this apartment was truly spectacular and made our stay absolutely perfect.

Very secure property. Beautiful and modern interior that was incredibly clean. Location was 10/10 - only 2 minutes from central market and less than 10 mins to the heart of Florence and other sites/galleries. Highly recommend staying here

Nothing negative to say about this property

Very clean, the jacuzzi and the sauna were awesome, on a perfect location - probably the best street with bars and restaurants in Florence. Duomo in 5 minutes walking distance, and the SMN station in 3 minutes. Staff was really helpful and responsive. Maybe a bit pricey, but hey - it’s really worth it!
