The room was clean, the furniture was simple but very functional. From the property you could access a rooftop terrace with the view of the historical centre. We were allowed to leave our baggage at the property after check-out.

There was a lot of noise from the street, also at night (even if we were on the 5th floor, and promised soundproofing). The room (number 4) was small, and the shower box was small as well (we were promised 17m2). There was no promised landmark view from the room.

Hotel was located next to the train station and very close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. They were also very accommodating in term so luggage storage. I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated and the hotel was more than happy to let me store the medicine in their fridge even after check out until I needed to pick up my luggage to catch the train. Great value for money, would recommend stay!

The hotel is on a busy road and there’s holding construction across the road. However the hotel has block out blinds that shuts out the noise somewhat so a minor issue only in my opinion.

You can’t mention this property, without highlighting that incredible view! A beautiful sized balcony with gorgeous sites across Florence. The room was the perfect size with lovely toiletries in the bathroom, and a well stocked mini fridge. The addition of wine and Prosecco in the room was a great touch. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the self check in/out service made everything so easy and smooth. The location is perfect, just a few short mins walk from the train station, and near all major sites in the city. Will be recommending this hotel to anyone looking to travel to Florence.

We were really enjoy our stay in BellaVistaHotel !! The staff is really welcome ! The hotel is located only few meters walking from the main station and as well on the main center of Firenze, few minutes walking from Chapel Medici. It is on the 5th floor but it is an elevator to get there. It is very safe location and place , it will be given you a code to enter in the hotel. The room is fair enough big for a three to four stay. The view from the window is beautiful. We had a room service every day. There is a central heating and an A/C as well. It is a coffee machine where anyone can have coffee for free , a left luggage and a roof terrace view accessible for every guest.,⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you guys!

Grand hotel close to the railway station with plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. It was great to have a kettle and fridge in the room. The small roof terrace was an added bonus.

The lift is s bit of an antique. If it's not closed properly by the last user it fails to come when summoned - the hotel is on the 5th floor of the building.

Not all apartments are with the view on the church, as it’s written on booking. The apartments are on the 5th floor, there is an elevator and if the door is not locked correctly - it will not move and will be blocked. We had to bring the luggage upstairs. The electricity can be used with the electricity key, which prevents from the load. I couldn’t dry hair due to the limitation on electricity.

I went to the hotel for 3 days on my holiday and I could enjoy a calm, pleasant view of Florence from the balcony. It was an amazing experience to see the sunset with unbroken view of the beautiful cityscape.

The dome is not really the so-called duomo of the santa maria del fiore. It is that of the medici chapel. That being said, it was good enough to enjoy the city from the room.

Not exactly about the property, but sleeping close to the city centre has its shortcomings, it was very loud the whole night, people screaming, singing etc (we needed to open the window because it was very easy to catch cold with air conditioning, and the weather was really hot)

We loved: The location, the room, the service. We were very comfortable and it was perfect for our needs. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It was clean and a pleasant atmosphere.

When we first arrived we were a bit nervous of the lift, which was a bit small, bit we got used to this and had no problems with it.

The location is very very strategic. It is only 2-3 minutes walk to the train station. All the attraction areas are just around the place. There are many restaurants and supermarkets beneath the hotel. A very strategic place. And the reception lady Ilniko is very very friendly and helpful. Oh ya... The hotel even has a terrace at the top to see the view of Florence rooptop.

No complaints. Every thing is perfecf for a 1 night stay
