Nice,clean and charming hotel at great location. Easy to find. Small but cozy and comfortable room. 5 minutes walk from/to the train station S.M.N. Close to everything in the heart of Florence. The staff is very helpful and professional. Good breakfast. They let us leave our luggage till late afternoon. Thank you.

The bathroom needs some remodeling and repairs (the shower curtain falls from the rail,and water sprayed over the floor. The plastic panel for flushing the toilet bowl falls a part). Room #1

Good location near lots of eateries. Daily breakfast was basic (coffee, juice, cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cheese) but appreciated. Room was small but ok. Felt clean. Bed was fairly comfortable. Air conditioner worked well.

My toilet flush button would get stuck so I constantly had to remove the plastic cover on the wall and jiggle something to make the toilet stop running. Had to request clean towels from the front desk on one occasion.

The location was great..walkable from the train station, and near Mercato Centrale. And certainly walkable to all the main monuments/churches. Reception was fine. Our room was a bit small, with 2 single beds, but very clean. Plenty of towels/blankets. Wifi was fine. We did not have breakfast because I am gluten and dairy free (and typical Italian breakfast does not meet my needs). We did find a good cafe that served eggs nearby - Fibbi Bar on corner of via Nazionale and Guelfa. It was a hopping place with good food! (My husband can eat these things and he was also very satisfied)

I like everything. We could have found a 'matrimonial' bed, but chose the cheaper option, so it doesn't really count as something we didn't like

Great location, short walk from the train station family of 4 and dragging 4 luggages, hotel staff were very friendly they helped us carry our luggage to the 1st floor (2nd floor for US) and tips where to eat. Kids loved the breakfast that was offered by the hotel. We were so close to everything that we came back to the hotel to rest and walk back out again, Our walk back to the train station was easier now that we know to take the tunnels so we dont have to worry about crossing the streets to get to the train station.

No elevators, good thing it was double L shaped stairs so you can take a break when climbing and much safer when carrying your luggage.

Clean and convenient. Close to the train and sights and js right in the heart of the action. Good food (literally out the door) and shopping. Staff was very helpful including carrying bags up the stairs. I was a solo woman traveler, and I felt very safe. Never been to Italy before. The room was quiet and I enjoyed hearing the rain on the roof tiles. Breakfast was more than enough. Would definitely recommend. Bed was firm and extra large twin. Perfect-o place to crash after sightseeing.

I like the location: close to trainstation, close to city center, all you need (shops, bars, ristorants) very close. The breakfast was simple but tasty and it was enough. No problem with stuff, very kind and helpfull.

Some other guest was very noise during the night, I would expect that staff should do something about it. And there are probably very thin walls, because I heard noise from from the hallway, room doors are very noisy

It’s a nice hotel, good located (4 minutes walk from the station and less than 10 minutes to the duomo). The cleaning was good. The breakfast doesn’t have many options but it’s ok. The workers are super nice.

Doesn’t have an elevator so you have to take the stairs with your suitcases. Doesn’t have a proper space to leave your luggage after check out or before check in.

The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to all the attractions, including the train station. There are various restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient. The hotel's boss and staff are incredibly friendly and provided us with many great travel recommendations. Very nice clean hotel with very good (big) breakfast.We highly recommend this hotel, as it will leave you with wonderful memories during your stay in Florence.

Thank you to Daniella, Serena, and team, for making our stay wonderful and memorable. We stayed in a spacious family room on the first floor, with a huge window facing the street/alley. The room and property felt quaint, but everything was well maintained and very clean. Great location - walking distance to the Santa Maria Novella train station, also the central market. There are minimarkets and plenty of good food options in the vicinity. Breakfast was simple and good. Good value for money.

Noise at night can be noticeable, but we have to understand that the alley is busy with many restaurants/cafes. Bathroom is pretty small, especially the shower cubicle, but we managed just fine. Please note that there's no elevator/lift.

The location, flexible check-in, friendly staff, cleanliness, and breakfast. My flight arrived late, but the manager was still there to greet me and conduct check-in. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay as a single traveler. I hope to stay here again when I am in Florence.

Check out is at 10 am, but one can store their luggage in the reception area.
