The location is perfect. You can arrive by train from Termini station and walk to the hotel. It's super safe and you won't spend more than 5 minutes walking. Furthermore, for the main points of the city, you can also spend a maximum of 15 minutes walking. The location is perfect. The staff is very good, I loved the two attendants who welcomed us at breakfast. They were always very friendly, that was the best part of the day. The reception is always open, regardless of the time. I found everything perfect.

What a charming place and excellent value for money. I loved the terrace outside my room. I loved the warm decor of the room and excellent hard mattress. I would love to book this place for a month to study or work at affordable monthly rates.

The lady at reception was courteous, but it was clear she had no energy for tourists speaking in mediocre Italian :) she did all what was asked professionally and politely with minimum interaction. The second lady in the evening went the extra mile helping me to pick up bags when there was no one to help. There wasn't anything significant that I didn't like. Great place.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The welcoming ambiance, friendly staff, and fantastic breakfast made it truly memorable. The delicious breakfast options more than compensated for it, creating a delightful overall experience.

The bathroom was a bit small. Nonetheless, it didn't significantly affect the overall positive impression I had of the hotel.

The location was great; close to areas of interest and easy to get to from the train station. The room was aesthetically pleasing but a bit tight. Only two outlets available. The room was clean and smelled clean. They don't charge a fortune for the water in the mini-bar; only one euro. Breakfast was good; typical Italian fare but also included scrambled eggs and bacon. The room was soundproof to the noise outside in the streets but not to the people next door. They were kind enough to make a cappuccino for me in the afternoon.

The bathroom was very small (I'm only 130 pounds); a larger person would not be able to fit in the shower. I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room and front desk person couldn't tell me how. Fitted sheets aren't used on the bed so the bottom sheet gets loose and crumpled beneath you very easily. I felt it was a bit overpriced for what it was, but I guess because its Florence they can charge that much.

Very convenient to everywhere m, and the hotel was comfortable.

The only think I would say the front desk workers were no very friendly, but the dinning rom workers were very helpful.

Great location, great breakfast, and staff are helpful. The loft unit is a winner with my kids, and the room is very spacious.

Excellent front desk team; beautiful sitting area and bar; beautiful breakfast area with atrium ceiling- and delicious, fresh, full breakfast; room was clean and quiet.

The location was conveniently close to the train station and restaurants. Nice sized bathroom with complimentary toiletries available for those who don’t bring there own. The 2 ladies who greeted us for breakfast in the morning were so kind and prompt to serve. Breakfast was varied and very good. Clean room and comfortable beds.

The single bed was standard size but the two ends of it were closed in between the walls so not so comfortable for a tall person to stretch out. The room could be a bit larger considering we booked a room for 3. Apart from this, can’t really fault anything else.

Our room was big enough for myself and my husband. The ensuite was lovely, only minor problem was that the shower tended to flood the bathroom however as we were provided with a large number of twoels it was never a problem. The TV didn't have any English speaking channels again not a problem for us though it did have Netflix. Breakfast was suberb with a choice of any type of coffee you wanted, plentiful and kept permanently well stocked. The lady on breakfast duty was charming and always very helpful. The location was great as not too far from the train and tram stations and a 20 minute walk to most of the major attractions. There was a free cocktail (Happy Hour) on one of the evenings with nibbles and finger food.

I can't think of anything that could have been improved as we really enjoyed our stay!

Near SMN station - but see ☹️ below, nothing the hotel can do. Early arrival and hotel gladly stored my bag until check in time (also after departure). Clean room and bathroom with good shower. Coffee machine and kettle in the room, water dispenser in the foyer. Good breakfast selection, lovely dining room.

Access from SMN station - as the crow flies it is near the western entrance, but I witnessed considerable unrest around the station exit and Alamani tram stop. Ironically the police (and military) patrol the cafes inside the station where there is no problem. Using the east exit (opposite McDonalds) was fine, although further to walk round via the Unita tram terminus. If arriving from the airport, stay on the tram to Unita and walk round.
