Great location, and lovely heritage hotel. Rooms good (beds a little on the soft side for me but still comfortable!) Bathrooms clean and rooms made up each day. Great little jacuzzi and secluded courtyard garden for pre-dinner drinks was a bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful with booking restaurants and taxis; nothing was too much trouble.

If I'm being really picky (and this is more to assist the hotel with prioritising any future refurbishment), although clean and plentiful the towels could do with replacing, and some of the furniture in the room was a little past its best. Also, maybe consider replacing the fixed hairdryer in the bathroom (which was a little unwieldy to use) with one which can be moved around? But all very minor points and did not detract from our stay!

The location is perfect and the staff are so bright, cheery and helpful. The jacuzzi is very welcome after hot days slogging round the sights. The breakfast is a welcome bonus and delicious. The room was a good size and we overlooked the courtyard which was an oasis of calm. Just perfect.

A very small point but the staircase wallpaper leading to our bedroom was a bit marked- just needs a little attention or it would have been a 10. Difficult to keep pristine when you have guest with bags.

- The staff is excellent 10/10. Very polite and kind. Especially Giulia at the front desk, who are extremely patience and very helpful with our issue on parking ticket. It was our personal parking issue and not related to the hotel at all but is really do listen and really do try to help. Amazing service! - The breakfast is great and breakfast staff are extremelt delightful and very attentive - The hotel location is superb! Extrmely near the train station and consider very close to piazza and the Duomo. - The hotel decoration is lovely, and swimming pool in also very welcome! - the room is clean and well decorated.

This maybe just the layout of our room, the toilet is a little bit small and might a little stuffy for a bigger person.

Location is near the station and the center at the same time. There are additional amenities as it is a boutique hotel. Breakfast is good. The lady at the reception is nice, unlike the old guy who never said goodmorning and goodbye.

There should be a coffee machine t the buffet since not the hot beverages have different names in each country and this made it hard for the person in charge of the coffee to understand what we really wanted. There should also be slippers in the room.

The property is really well located for both the train station and the centre of Florence attractions. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a large size. We travelled with a 3 month old baby and the hotel made all the arrangements with the cot for our arrival. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The pool area was nicely enclosed from the sun when it was so hot and so a nice place to relax in the shade. The breakfast was also well presented and a wide selection.

Unfortunately you at still have to book a pool time slot due to covid…. (yawn) otherwise no complaints from me.

I am used to stay at this hotel since 2015. It's always a pleasure to be there. There's no other hotel I want to go. I enjoyed everything the welcoming, the personal, the bedroom, the breakfast and the personal who are so nice. I can't wait to come back and stay longer... Firenze is one of the best city in the world and believe me I travel a lot all over the world. This hotel offers so much it's a pleasure believe me I have tested other hotels since I know Firenze since 1993. Best regards !

Everything is fine for me.

The breakfast was wonderful. Wide selection of continental and warm breakfast items. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. Very cozy and delightful place. The location is perfect to walking right into downtown Florence. The spa facilities are small but nice. The staff was extremely hospitable and we loved all our interactions with them. They made us feel really well taken care of.

The air-conditioning was the only thing that we had issues with - it was blowing too strong and making the room too cold. Even when adjusted the settings and raised the temperature it was still uncomfortable to sleep. If we turned it off, then it would get too hot.

Excellent location. Such nice staff, breakfast great - staff really attentative. Jacuzzi and courtyard and bar brilliant. We jad twin room on street no noise but lousy Wi-Fi. Having said that excellent Wi-Fi at breakfast and downstairs. Our room was large with lobby area and big Bathroom with shower and long Bath. We drove and valet parking excellent and prompt. Car stored safely and locally. A great city hotel. Nothing glitzy just traditionally charming. We will stay again. Thank you

Slightly tired decor in our room but very clear sign in the room saying let them know immediately if you are not happy you should contact reception (very professional).

The rooms were very clean and the hotel is beautifully furnished. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The location is in the heart of Florence, perfect! Another big plus, you don't need to find a parking space, the hotel has the car taken to a garage once you arrive. When it was time to leave, the car was back at the hotel within five minutes. Would definitely book this hotel again! We did not use the Spa facilities, so can't say anything about that.

The jacuzzi-pool was a bit too cold for our liking, but we might to picky 😂 (but you can book your own time-slot which is amazing)

Staff was really professional. Breakfast has lots of choice and service was great. Beds are huge and comfy, AC is working well but cannot tune it. There was a "swimming pool", it is nice to be able to go take a dip when it is really hot in the summer. The suite (higher rate) was amazing. HUGE room with sofa and desk, huge bathroom with shower and bathtub. The area is quiet and it is also very close to the historic centre + many good restaurants.

The rooms can be very small for the base rate. The AC cannot be tuned properly. We had 1 basic room, and 1 suite, the suite was amazing.
