Located just steps from San Marco Square, this bed and breakfast is small and intimate, with only four rooms. I stayed in the single room, which was quite spacious for one person. There's also a shared kitchen area with breakfast items, along with a fridge and kitchen available for use throughout the day—quite convenient for guests.

The closet had a charming rustic, antique look, but wasn’t very practical for storing clothes. In the end, I had no trouble hanging them on the hooks behind the door, so it wasn’t a major issue overall.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location, very easy to find and we had a beautiful continental breakfast every morning. The host Michele was very helpful and welcoming from the moment we booked until we left and helped us with transport recommendations along with sights to explore in Venice. This was a great help. The air con and the room fan were very good in the hot weather. Loved the shower also.

The only slight negative point was regarding the bed, it was very squeaky and made a lot of noise when turning over and maybe it could so with a new head board. The mattress was comfortable

A pleasant B&B in a quiet street literally only few steps from San Marco. It was very easy to find, and it was very private. The room was nice and clean, breakfast is served in a dinning room (self-service), there is a good choise of everything and available all morning long so it is very convinient if you have to leave early. The communication with the owner was efficient, he is taking good care of everything, making sure that everyone is OK.

- The all day breakfast was really nice. The fridge was full of food and everything was supplied at all times. It really felt like I lived there. There is everything you need to cook as well. -I haven't met the host however he texted me to ask if I need anything and sent a lot of useful tips about the best way to get there from the airport and frequently asked if anything is needed. He responded quickly in case something was needed. -The location was wonderful, you just step out of the house and walk for 30 seconds and are on the St. Marco square. Everything was nearby and it made Venice an incredible experience. Sometimes I wanted to go outside in the evening and I would just go to St. Marco, and sit there listening to the live music and watch the amazing view of the Basilica. The location is 10/10! - Comfortable bed!

Everything was good, it is quite an expensive place but as I said you really get an unforgettable experince in return. The room was a bit small too, but that did not bother me.

Awesome location. We didn't even realize how close we were to St. Mark's Square. In spite of being close, this place is located at the end of a quiet street, so you really don't hear the noise of the crowds. Just the bells from the church and clock. The owners were super responsive. Always checking to make sure we had everything we needed and that was really appreciated. We had full access to a kitchen and food to make breakfast. It was nice to be able to make coffee or have a snack. A/C was great and we would definitely book here again.

Wifi reception was spotty in the actual apartment. Sometimes had to move around toward the window or go to the breakfast room (steps away from room) to get better reception, but other than that, everything else was great.

Located just off the main square - Piazza San Marco - in Venice, you are off to a perfect start when you stay here. Very clean room with en-suite bathroom that is cleaned daily. You have access to a well-stocked pantry allowing you to prepare your own meals whenever you get hungry or thirsty. The owner is very communicative, always ready with tips, tricks and all sorts of information.

The hotel is clean and a few steps away from Piazza San Marco. Very close to all attractions. The location is very good. Although it is very close to the lively attractions, the hotel is very quiet without disturbance at the end of the alley. The most commendable thing is that the hotel's breakfast room is very rich. There are many kinds of beverages, dairy products, and condiments. There are many kinds of flavors, and you can choose any flavor. Eating breakfast is like being at home, very good!

the owner is just a great and polite guy who replied all the questions about my arrival and transportation. this was very important for me since this was my first visit to venice and I dont have any info about the transportation system of this beautiful city. you could freely write him and he kindly replies them. the kitchen is great. you could cook anything you want. Clean and neat. the refrigirator is full of breakfast stuff. with vast variety. location is perfect.

Great location close to great food and attractions. The staff were so helpful and super accomodating when our air conditioning wasn't working. They happily and swiftly got us moved to another room. We loved that they had a fully stocked kitchen with foods and snacks for breakfast that we had access to when we needed
