I booked this hotel for 170 dollars one night one week before departure. But the price dropped to 130 dollars/ night when I arrived. The price isn’t fair and transparent. This app is a scam of money.

So close to town and the beach. Very easy self check in, full sized kitchen and bathroom was very comfortable to stay with 2 adults 2 children. Was worth the money and we even had beach gear like chairs, umbrella and snorkel. Also, we had free parking!!! Amazing really

Just the pool area was a bit dated but we still had a good swim. We had one person with disability and there was no ramp up the stairs.

The room is small but neat and very close to everywhere. The garage is very convenient and free.

The bed couch needs to be replaced.

Great location for me. Reservation-check in was convenient. Free Parking spot was also convenient. Everything was very good in the apartment. Quiet (for sleep), but plenty nightlife in the immediate area too. It was very clean, never even saw a bug. It has wifi, black out curtains, a big cable tv, AC. 15th floor unit has a city view with a little bit of ocean view. Full kitchen was stocked with supplies/utensils/dishes, full water purifier jug in the fridge, ice trays ready to go, and a keurig single cup style coffee maker. Cooler, umbrella, beach chair to use at the beach.

Not a negative because it was as expected and described, but I did desire a small real coffee maker over the keurig. Brewed coffee is just better, to me, especially when you can get Kona coffee. Not really an issue just a suggestion.

Location was great close to everything, kitchen is an excellent option, free parking is a huge plus for the area, pool and laundry are a great bonus. We loved this hotel looking forward to staying here again when we return.

Don’t really have anything that we didn’t like, only inconvenience we had, was one of the elevators were out of order for 5 days. Other then that the place was amazing.

location - very central and convenient free self parking - that was the main reason for me booking with them! large flat screen TV with variety of channels speedy internet

apartment was noisy - stayed at low level just above car park and facing Main Street tiny balcony and tired furniture and limited kitchen gear

Great location! Walking distance to beach, downtown, International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Center, restaurants, coffee shops and the famous Ice Monster Hawaii (shaved ice), etc. Room provided beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board. Great pool to enjoy and relax. The room had a great lanai to relax and enjoy a glass of wine, coffee, beer, mai tai. My room had a view to the beach. Gorgeous!

Location is awesome, only a block back off the main road and two blocks off the beach. Parking included is a HUGE bonus. Also a proper kitchen in the apartment was handy Swimming pool is nice and deep!

Heat pump was old and fairly noisy , only an issue if you use it at night. Other than that is was great

Excellent location. The host was friendly and curteous. I heard he was good looking but did not get to see him.

The aircon was noisy and erratic.
