Everything was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful, prompt, and professional. The location is great.

The kitchen sink flooded the kitchen floor- some kind of leak underneath. The front desk manager offered to switch our rooms, but I opted for extra towels instead. They were very helpful and professional. The breakfast left a lot to be desired- watery Canadian bacon and watery eggs are always a letdown. The Hilton Honors sales rep who came over to me while I was working on my laptop in the lobby did not take the hint that I had headphones on and even commented on the fact that I was clearly working. They were polite but clearly did not sense that I did not want to talk engage with them at that moment.

The location was great. Not much traffic. Breakfast was ok. Staff did a great job keeping the breakfast area clean and organized.

I would like the pet friendly rooms to be optional by keeping a limited amount of rooms pet free.

The hotel is well situated, close to everything. The staff was friendly, professional, and respectful. The room was well appointed, and clean. The beds were dry comfortable - the pillows were super soft and cozy! My daughter enjoyed their pool at night, well lit, and salt water - so her eyes didn’t get too bothered. Breakfast was delicious and great variety. We look forward to returning next time we go to Charlotte.

Location, couple of good restaurants in area, comfortable bed.

Even though I didn't request a handicapped accessible room, I had challenges while taking a shower. I kept hitting the folded shower seat. To free up more space, the handicapped shower head located on the center wall should be moved and attached to end wall shower head. I suggest the bathtub be changed out and replaced with a walk, roll-in shower.

The size of the room and the bed was comfortable. Nice showers and clean. I like that the air doesn’t blow directly on you while you’re sleeping in bed.

The furniture, and in particular the couches were worn, dirty and dated. They need to be replaced for a better experience. The walls don’t prevent sounds from the room next door and above you. It was not quiet enough for me.

Wonderful suites. Brand new furniture. Very clean rooms. Good breakfast. We loved that the living room and bedroom are separated by a door that could be completely closed. Helped us a lot with the jetlag as awake family members could be in the living room and sleeping family members in the bedroom. Great restaurants in walking distance and a wonderful paved trail for a nice walk next to trees, flowers and beautiful creeks.

The swimming pool could have been a bit cleaner.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful and inviting staff, great pool area, clean rooms, super convenient location. Hotel manager made her way to every table and met with guests during breakfast (forgot her name so sorry!) Great overall experience.

Lighting in the bathroom is unconventional, made getting ready in the morning a little difficult.

Having a hot breakfast was the best

I didn't really like the bed I thought it would of been a little more soft Also I'm a Hilton Honore But i did book 3rd party so they said at the front desk that they only had water for me. Oh well i didn't like it that they didn't have snacks for me as. being a Hilton Honore.

I loved everything about the property. It was very clean. The staff was pleasant. Everything was well maintained. It was in close proximity to several nice places to eat and shop and close to a few grocery stores.
